Still a fantastic laundromat with a lot of extras but had to drop a star now that they no longer open at 5 am on the weekends. I really enjoyed going early and finishing my laundry before a lot of people showed up but now that they open at 7 instead, it's time to find a laundromat that is open earlier.

This is my first time using a laundry service for my business and I am so impressed. I wish I would have done this years ago. They are professional, prompt and their messaging system keeps me thoroughly up to date on their pick up and drop off times. We had to close early on one of our drop off days. I contacted them via email and they got right back to me. They were able to contact the driver and my delivery was dropped off with in 30 min after I emailed them I recommend these guys 100%! 10 stars.

New administration and new equipment! The new machines are very nice and modern. You can also do your transactions through a mobile app which I believe is very convenient instead a bunch of quarters and if you normally are using bitcoins you can use that currency there!! I totally recommend this place!! The manager is very nice and friendly!!

Great Service and wonderful customer service. It's a good quality cleaning even if the place doesn't look like it. They are able to finish your clothes as soon as possible.

THIS IS THE BEST AND CLEANEST LAUNDROMAT WE HAVE EVER BEEN TO ALWAYS STOCKED AND ALWAYS HAVE QUARTERS. NEVER SO BUSY THAT THEY DON'T HAVE TIME FOR CUSTOMERS. BHANU IS VERY HELPFUL HE RESPONDED TO MY CALL IN LESS THAN 5 MINUTES. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS LAUNDROMAT TO ANYONE.

Excellent service and great customer service. So happy that I sat down to write this review after opening just one of my 2 duffles. Picked up on time. Delivered on time by friendly driver. No one should be this excited over laundry - but I am. Clean, folded and organized by type. Only thing I need to do is put it all away. So happy I chose Lavender Landromat. Will certainly use again.

I live in Bellevue. My washer broke and I had a need for wash-and-fold laundry service picked up from my house and delivered to my door. After a Google search I found Lavender. I was very happy with the service, including how they showed up and delivered on time the next day, and the way they treated my laundry. I tried one other service that I was not as happy with. I can comfortably recommend Lavender to others.

Our washer broke amidst a lot of other things that were a higher priority, so I'm the mean time we're washing at the laundromat. This one is just a few blocks from home so it was perfect. The family that runs it is always so nice and helpful. Single loaders are $2, double loaders $3.25, and quad loaders $5. There's always machines available, everything is clean and in good condition.

I use this laundromat quite frequently. Been going here since 2011 when it was Pacific Laundry and was own by a very nice Korean? family. The new owners have made some changes(some good, some not so good). They put in some more expensive washers that I'm not really sure the place needed. I prefer the $2 washers. And the new paint job is a little overwhelming. And to me it seems like there never is a worker there when I come in. There was always a person there from opening to closing when the old owners were there. I will continue to use their facilities because it is close to where I live. They say they have a big demand for the bigger more expensive washers but yet just today, I had three people waiting to use the three smaller less expensive washers that I was using. All three were paractically ready to take my clothes out off the washer so they could use them. Need more less expensive washers put back in. Want to say thank you to the lady who took up all 7 off the cheap washers so no one else coyuld use them. If you have that many clothes to wash, use the bigger washers. Save the cheasp ones for people who only have one or two loads. Show some consideration. went to this place again. At least half of the more affordable machines not working/out of order because to not rinsing. Didn't see any workers there unless they were in the back. Need more affordable machines or fix the ones that are there. Use to see the old owner fix the machines himself all the time

The service is great !! Have added new machines and it saves money and time. Friendly customer service. I have been using this service for 6 months now . We have been using the delivery and pick up service and they are doing a great job . Never lost a piece and very responsible.

The employees are nice, the machines are clean inside and out. Everything worked without issues. I've also used the drop-off laundry service a few times for a giant arctic-rated sleeping bag- it was expensive but I was happy with the service. Will launder here again.

I used their drop off services and was very pleased with the service. They provided an exceptional service on time and clothes were very clean and had been folded neatly. I will use there service frequently as it gives me peace of mind and additional time for most important stuff in my life

Good, reasonably priced laundry service but a crapshoot whether delivery window will be met or ignored, always assuming you'll simply wait however many hours until they show up, and heaven help the customer who complains: you'll regret trying to.

The downside of coming here regularly is seeing all that they have to put up with. It's a laundromat, I don't expect much. Wash, watch TV, dry, fold, go home. The lady there is very kind and helpful. People complaining about the price, I don't understand it, you would spend five dollars for a meal at a fast food chain but it's too much to wash a week's worth of clothes that you wear? Same with the dryers. I have not ever had a problem. I've seen so many people put in 25 cents for 5 minutes and expect it to dry their whole load. Let's think before we speak people.

We were staying at a Airbnb house near SeaTac airport, and we needed our laundry done while we were sightseeing. We called these guys and they came and picked up our laundry and returned it back to us on the same day washed and folded. Really happy with their service. I would highly recommend lavender laundromat and would use them again. !

I am here working in Seattle and have used there drop off service..nice and friendly staff..laundry is clean and folded neatly..I've had the pleasure of meeting Ursula (2) times now and she is very nice...I also had the pleasure of meeting a gentleman attendant..also very friendly and courteous ..I will continue to use there service when ever I come back to Seattle...Thank you.

Unfortunately the washing machine didn't really work. The service was nice tho and the dryers were good. Maybe we just were unlucky with the machine we chose
