After our items sat in a Pod for over 6 months, everything was filthy. With having to unpack and wipe everything down and dealing with 2 young children, it was overwhelming to think about having to wash everything. We had Laundry Out pick up 10 trash bags of clothing. They picked up and dropped off within a few days. No contact. They sent a text notifying us when it arrived at our front door. Everything was nicely folded and packed well!

My family of 6 used the Laundry Out service for about 18 months. Highly, highly recommend. Initially we wanted the service because we were without a laundry room during a remodel. It was so worth it! We kept with them even after the remodel because the service was so great. The only reason we stopped is because we felt it was time for our teenagers to learn how to do their own laundry. :)

I was so happy to find this service during a time when I wasn't comfortable going to the laundromat anymore. I don't have a washer/dryer at home so the convenience of this is superb! They are always very responsive; always seem available and very easy to schedule. I've never seen my socks folded the way they were the first time! Didn't even want to unwrap my socks! It's very safe, very clean, no contact. Communication is great about pick up and drop off. I'm very pleased with Laundry Out services and highly recommend!!

Washer broke and was back-ordered so we used them for about a month. Expensive, but works flawlessly. It is a great feeling to not have to do your own laundry. Also, the amazing, elegant folding makes it feel like a great luxury. I hate to spoil the surprise, but it contributes to the value of it for sure, which is good because it's very expensive. We had no interaction with customer service. If they were a little cheaper, it would be tempting to use them every once in a while. I hope they do coupons or something so I can do this as a gift for my wife again.

Fantastic service! Laundry takes just the time it takes to request pick up time and load the bags, and they come back perfectly folded within 48 hrs! Really effective communication and very responsive. Nice people !

Getting laundry service is the best money I’ve ever spent! With my husband and I both working, laundry service allows us to spend our weekends with our daughter instead of doing laundry. The service sends you text reminders and fantastic customer service. Your laundry comes back sorted and perfectly folded. It makes my closet look like a Marie Kondo dream. Highly recommend!

Great service. Helped when we had our baby. They are prompt and responsive to questions or concerns. Due to COVID they were sterilizing clothes in hot water which is hard on them. A few minor errors, but easily fixed and overall would VERY MUCH recommend.

My house got randomly flooded due to bad plumbing and i was out my washer/dryer and I did not want to stay in a laundry mat to wash my clothing due to living with someone immunocompromised in the age of covid-19. BUT I had to get my items washed. Laundry Out really really came through for me. I asked them to disinfect/sanitize my items and they easily obliged. They are extremely professional and the website is so easy to navigate. They keep you updated on the delivery. Just great! They made a stressful situation so easy for me. That means a lot.

Wonderful service!! Pick-up on time and delivered in boxes. Nicely folded clothes. During covid I was happy to see in my security cameras that the employee picking up was no contact (bags are left outside door for pick up) but wore mask and gloves the entire time. Same with drop off. Great communication as well. I have referred them already to friends.

I live on a boat with limited electricity. In the winter, I can't do laundry and heat the boat at the same time. I turned to Laundry Out as a possible solution. The idea of sending out my laundry always appealed to me, but I insist that some of my clothes hang dry, and that was harder to come by. Not only will they do this, but they also pick up and deliver! I literally leave my clothes out in the provided tub (if you have a reoccurring service) and two days later I have clean and folded laundry! Once Covid hit, I was even more hesitant of laundry mats. Laundry out was already contact-less in their pick up and delivery, and they took extra precautions to clean and sanitize the delivery bins. It is a luxury to be able to send the laundry out, and it can get pricey as they charge by the pound (which is totally fair, but towels are heavy!). I found it was worth it to be able to not freeze in my home, and have one less thing to stress about.

My washer and dryer both broke (long story) so I signed up for Laundry Out. It’s great. I dump all of my laundry — bed linens, towels, clothes — into bins they provide. It’s picked up on Monday. On Wednesday I get my laundry back, perfectly folded and neatly placed in the bins. I literally pick piles of clothes out of the bins and put the right into drawers. It’s like having a maid do your laundry!

This company has been a blessing. We have 2 kids, and my wife stays home. The kids are 3 and 1, plus my father in law lives in. The laundry just does not stop. Using this service totally frees up our time so that 10 hrs per week, or when you break it down, 20 days per year, and even further over 40 years- it gives back to us almost 2 years of our time that we get to spend with each other. Your time is not only expensive, it's precious. I don't want me or my bride to spend it cleaning clothes- i want to spend it with family. I'm grateful to have found them.

They are incredible! I called with an emergency a day before I was going out of town, they were booked but gave me same day service and I had a huge amount of laundry. Was done and brought back so perfect! I will be using there service regularly.

We needed to buy back some time in one particular week due to surgery recovery. Figured we could save about 5 hours (I know - you don't actually DO 5 straight hours of laundry, but the time adds up) by sending laundry out. Never. Going. Back. To. The. Old. Way. Easy pickup, easy dropoff. No issues. Folded and ready to put away. One missing item reported and returned. Highly recommend.

Washer died unexpectedly and repair guy wasn't going to be able to come out for 2 weeks! Discovered Laundry Out on a google search and decided to give them a try. Wonderful experience! Prompt pick up and drop off, clothes smelled great and were neatly folded! Would recommend to friends & family for sure!

The pick up and delivery was good and timely. I did specify to use Free and Clear detergent only for the wash. They did not. I had to have it all rewashed to get the fragrance smell out of it as I am very allergic to the fragrances.But otherwise it was a good experience.

So convenient and to manage our schedules. We are without a kitchen and laundry room for a while and this has been a great find. The service notifies you the day before pick up, when they are en-route and emails you a receipt when they're done. Although they say to give them 2 days for turn around, it's been more like 1 day. Tip: the larger the amount of laundry, the more cost effective the service.

Fast and friendly, these guys are life savers when you have more laundry than you can deal with or simply just want a break once and awhile. Everything is returned cleaned and neatly folded. They both pick up and return to your door step. I've used their services several times. 5 stars.

I’m a dog sitter and have dirty furniture covers frequently. I also have two “cast iron” comforters. They’re at least 12 years old and have no rips, tears, even loose threads. A lot of the dogs sleep with me so these comforters are perfect. I send them with Laundry Out a couple times a week and they’re back two days later clean and fresh. Laundry Out is a life saver.

We were thrilled to find that Laundry Out was serving our neighborhood on West Seattle. Wow - it is so nice to use Laundry Out and skip the chore ourselves each week. This is a very affordable option for us - less than the cost of a latte each day, it's been a lifesaver. Our clothes come back washed and folded just beautifully. Try it. You'll love it too!

I am writing this review per my friend, J. Ward's request. "To have my washing done by Laundry Out is absolutely lovely and a blessing. I have been using there service for almost 2 months now on a weekly basis. They do a beautiful job and are great at following my instructions to the letter.I can not have my laundry washed with detergent that has perfumes due to health problems. They have a variety of detergent to choose from and when my clothes are returned they smell fresh and clean. They are also soft. I request it to be brought back on hangers as well. The clothes are very neatly folded.It makes laundry day a pleasure instead of a chore. I really love this service and Jenni Vail who has been the one picking up, processing, and returning my laundry is such a joy and very friendly and accommodating. In fact, everybody I have had contact with is very kind and helpful. This is a great service.

Laundry Out! is the best of its kind in the area. Their quality of work and customer service is simply off the charts. No laundry service is perfect, but these folks are way too good for a mere four stars and if perfection were the only measure, nobody would get five stars. The true measure of any commercial service is how they deal with issues when they miss the mark. If you use Laundry Out! and ever have problems, don't hesitate to communicate with them and they will make it right. This is what matters most.

I love this service so convenient affordable dependable anf trustworthy. I got my laundry back with over 40 dollars I had left in pockets. And did I mention they match socks!!! Who does that! Laundry out! Life savers. Now my days off are days off not added house chores.

Laundry Out is a great service ... I have used them when my washer broke ... for a extra help with the laundry ... the clothes come back clean and folded and all items found in pockets come back in a baggie .... they pick up and deliver!! I can not find one fault in their service.

They are reasonable with price and fast but did such a messy job folding that everything had to be ironed. Too bad too because we were hoping to use them going forward.
