Loved this place. One thing I hate about traveling for work is using public washers and dryers. Usually they smell like mildew and are dirty. This place was so clean. The staff was friendly. And since they use cards for their machines, I don't have to walk around with a pocket full of quarters. It's a little pricier than the last place I used, but the cleanliness, convenience, and comfort are worth it to me.

Very nice laundromat! They have washers and dryers of all different sizes, seats to sit at while waiting and large folding tables. The whole place is also VERY clean. The worker was going around every so often cleaning the floors, disinfecting the folding tables and wiping the washers. Overall I'd highly recommend! I'd maybe take half a star off since they make you preload money onto a physical card. It would be more convenient if it were an app or something that I didn't have to physically carry around.

Extremely clean and well maintained. Kate gave me outstanding customer service and really cares about giving 110% effort in her work ethic. Laundry genius is a very appropriate name and makes doing laundry very simplistic through intelligent application of technology. I recommend.

This is hands down the cleanest, nicest laundromat I've ever used. You get a card to put your laundry funds on and you use that for everything in the store. Their machines are nice (Electrolux brand) and definitely get the job done. The employees were present and available for any questions or help. There are several large televisions and wifi to keep entertained whole doing your laundry. This place is nice, I highly recommend them if you don't have a washer/dryer at home!

The cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. Staff is very helpful. The bathrooms are clean. Its well lit. The machines and area around the machines are constantly being cleaned. I wish more laundromats were like this. There is even a "community laundry supplies" shelf where people can leave extra laundry supplies that they may not need but someone else can make use of. Will definitely come back again.

It was pretty busy, very clean. They clean washer in-between which is nice. Not sure what the normal pricing of doing laundry but it's 8.85 I think for a medium load which I thought was a lot, but the dryer was .45 ever 5 minutes on high you only need 25 minutes for a pretty big load and for it to be dry. Everything is via laundry card, even the bathroom, you can purchase soap and softener for almost 2 bucks each. Hoping to get washer n dryer soon but will be returning if need to.

Needed to wash the king size comforters and saw this place was new and wanted to test it out. So glad I did! It's super clean, the machines are very fast, the system is way easier to use than quarters, there's plenty of parking and places to sit, and the pricing is comparable to other laundromats with older machines. I'll definitely be back!!!

This is the biggest, cleanest and friendliest laundromat I've ever been to. I washed and dried three loads in less than 45 minutes, in the triple load . The nice girl let me in just before the last load was allowed, before closing. I know she had to stay a few minutes longer, but she did it for me. I'm serious, it's a pleasant experience. Thank you!!!

Excellent staff who takes good care of their customers. Had an issue with the card load machine and my bank with floating funds. Spoke to the night manager Kon(?) about it and she followed through with providing a solution and a way to follow through with the technical issue. Turns out the funds just needed a moment and no harm was done. She gave me a free dry cycle to make sure I made the cutoff time and let me keep the funds. 10/10 service, will be returning in the future.

What an awesome place to have so close! It’s super Clean and efficient too! Went here for the first time today. Put my comforters in the washer and zipped over to Taco Bell for a bite and they were done washing when I returned. That is fast!

Best laundrymat I've ever been to. Always extremely clean. Lots of different sized washers and the dryers work very well. I absolutely recommend this place to everybody needing a place to go their laundry.

Nice and clean facility and machines. A little pricey but the electrolux machines are worth it. They do a good job. I fit 4 big 30 gal bags of clothing in their largest machine which cost $14.25. Not bad. Also found out you dont need to use nearly as much detergent or softener because they are water efficient as well.

I have never seen a Laundromat that was rated with 5 stars. Laundry Genius might rate a 6. Extremely clean and modern! Robin, the attendant on duty walked me through the process, as it was my first time there. She was so great, not at all condescending and so very pleasant! I hope at least one of Her superiors sees this and gives Her the appreciation She deserves. If She's like this with all of the customers I can see why the Ratings are so high.

Super clean place, with new high quality washers and dryers that leave your clothes super clean with little amount of laundry detergent. Washers are a bit more “pricey” compared to other laundry mats around the area but for the quality of this place makes it all worth it. They’re also bigger so it comes to being the same price if you think about it. They have happy hour 3 days a week which makes it even better, drying is super cheap compared to other laundry mats and the drying time is quick. You also get notifications when your laundry is washed and dried! Stuff is super friendly and overall my laundry experience has been always nice. and quick.

Been going here since we moved back to the state. Clean, powerful machines (although slightly pricey) that get the job done, and friendly staff. Tried their premium wash and fold service today for the first time. Excellent service, even with the slight miscommunication between them and their software. The manager Kate was wonderful and informative. Would recommend this place to anyone!

This place is so clean and very easy to use. You get a card and register and it takes care of everything. When you register it will actually send you a text when you’re washing is done. I love that I love that feature. One more thing what I love is when the clothes are in the dryer it will spend One Direction stop and start going the other direction so your clothes are evenly dried.

Recently found this new laundry facility everything in this place is all new washers and dryers it is very clean and there is an attendant there during all business hours. UPDATE The best laundry mat as they used to be called in and around this area by far top quality machines and dryers and it's still as clean as it was when they opened up here you won't believe it you can actually drop something on the floor and it will still be clean when you pick it up I promise. Brian the owner has done a wonderful job getting this place up and running, anyone that needs to wash something check this place out first you will see what I'm talking about and you may never go anywhere else again.

When I told her I had no clue what I was doing, she walked me through every aspect of how to get my card, wash, tips on things, and how to dry my items. Thank you so much Kacey for all the help! This place is the best laundromat that I've ever been to! 😁 Granted that is brand new, it had an attendant that was there to help. She was very friendly and helped me very well. The washing machines were awesome. They even had a basket count that translated how much they were able to wash at a time. The dryers took a second to figure out, the means of adding money to them for a longer dry was not obvious. I had to tap the card that paid it several times for five minutes increments of time. That was another word thing, the machines don't accept coins, you load a card and use that to pay. The bright side of that is the ability to register your card and the machine will text you when it is done working. The folding places were amazing and clean. They even had more than enough baskets for people to take laundry from washer to dryer to folding tables. All in all it was a great place!

Just what this area needed! New high tech machines. Clean spacious and well laid out so people are not running into each. I got the chance to meet the owner. Very nice and genuinely cares. I can tell this place will be well cared for. No more driving all the way to Snohomish for me. I found my new place for all my laundry needs.

Constantly kept clean, quick machines with options ranging from 2-7 loads total, and you can add as much time as needed for the dryer. We've also been one time where they had a special where you get double the amount of what you add to the card for the laundry. We put 40$ and got 80$ instead!

This place is great, super clean, spacious & the pricing is decent! Brian R is super helpful, friendly & kind! Washers and driers are incredibly quick, maybe spent an hour and a half there in total, after having 5 baskets of laundry which would have been 5 loads at home, I was able to cut it down to two loads instead! Great place :)

This is definitely where I'll be doing my laundry from now on. Place is immaculate, they're constantly cleaning every surface AND they run the washers through a sanitize cycle whenever they're not being used. So much better than all the other laundromats in the area!

I am actually looking forward to do my laundry tomorrow. My first visit was last week and I was impressed with the cleanliness, the attendant was very helpful and my clothes have never been cleaner. I just received an email that they will match me for every 5 dollars I spend doing laundry next week too. Everett needed a clean, well-run, efficient and modern laundromat, and Laundy Genius is just that.

This is my first visit to this laundromat, but likely not the last. Compared to the options available in the area this laundromat is like a castle. They did just open, still everything is kept clean and neat. It's nice an bright and there's an attendant on duty. Wifi available. This is a card use facility which means you can load a free card (needed to run machines) rather than use quarters. Everything here uses this card even the bathrooms. The washers are unique and have anti-viral properties and cycles. Everything is huge. There are large TV's playing sports and they'll turn them to the Kraken games for you. They have specials and deals that I've never seen at any other place. Come here and you won't regret it.

Crowded and expensive. They require cards to use the machines but they don't refund the remaining amount. I'm giving it 3 stars though because most of the women who work here are friendly and helpful.

OMG! Loved this place! Prices are a little high, but worth it just for the experience. Clean, clean, clean establishment. Word of caution, pick your washing items appropriately based on your load! Or else the cost could be higher. Staff are really cool and helpful with TVs! I gave them 4 stars only because I'm used to 30 min dryers without having to reup the cycles. Enjoy! know I did.

5 stars for your friendly staff. The woman who helped me was friendly, supportive, positive and generous. GREAT JOB! But 3 stars removed because your machines use TOO LITTLE water which means that detergent never rinses out, not even with extra purchased rinses. I used a fraction of the recommended amount of my fragrance free liquid detergent. I watched the machine do its job and just KNEW that with such little water being used that there was no way the soap was going to wash out. In fact, your amazing employee helped me wash my clothes again with NO detergent, plus an extra rinse and the clothes still smelled of detergent when I got home. People: STOP POURING CUPS of detergent in these kind of machines. The extra soap remains in the machine after you have left which means someone else has to wear your smelly laundry soap. Also, the place is brand new and the dryers already reek of detergent and dryer sheets and transfer that to other people's clothing. Come on people! You have excellent, helpful staff, but the machines are far from genius. Spent $35 and I have to wash my clothes elsewhere today because the detergent never got rinsed out. What would be genius is if you had a fragrance free section, or even a drop off service that used fragrance free washer and dryers. This way we wouldn't have to deal with detergent addicts and those who use 4 dryer sheets for one load. If you offered something like that I would be back in a second. Update: Added another star because of the quick and supportive response from the company. Much appreciated, and I think a fragrance free option would rock.

It's a bit spendy to wash a full load ( 3 full loads = 28 bucks +/- a buck or 2) ( I have a lot of clothes ) but it sure beats the hell out of trying to round up qtrs to do laundry at my complex. My clothes also are much more cleaner by taking them here. The washers are huge and can very easily fit a couple queen sized comforters inside. The dryers are also huge and in the past I have fit 2 large loads into 1 dryer with zero problems. The dryers make up for the washers being so expensive because they are super fast and dirt cheap. I'm usually in and out with 3 large loads in just about an hour. To where if I was to wash at my complex with the same amount of clothes it would literally take me all day. The place is very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. I would however suggest go during the week in the morning or early afternoon and on the weekends go in the morning because the place does get busy pretty fast. Nice thing is I have never waited very long for a washer to open up due to the speed of the washers. Over all I give it two puppy paws up !

Very clean, love the option to sanitize the machine before use! An attendant has always been present - another bonus - keeps it clean, adds safety, and if a machine has issues, can assist! If using cash or card, need an extra dollar to purchase a card loaded with funds to pay for and activate machines. Otherwise there's an app you can use to pay via smartphone. Prices are higher than other local laundromats, but you're paying for high quality machines, bathrooms for patrons only (another reason the $1 card is needed!) and an attendant to be present. Definitely recommended!
