The staff are always so friendly! The washers and dryers work great and are a good price. The bathroom is accessible only with a key, which is why it's so clean all of the time, I think.. Great laundromat!

They have full laundry service, which is already kinda hard to find, they deliver too! I had mishaps and the owner was kinda and even refunded half of my bill, which has kinda expensive. The employees are kind and the place is well kept and clean.

Due to some washing machine issues we have had to use laundromats for the last 6 months and this laundromat is an enjoyable experience. Me and my wife kind of look at it as date night, kids stay home mom and dad go to do some laundry and while we're out we stop and get some boba at a neighboring business. The laundromats machines are in good condition and the facility is nice and clean. We've never had any issues with machines that failed on us after we put money in like we have at other establishments. If you're in the East Hill Kent area this is the laundromat to go to.

❤️FIRST TIME to this place . Clean and well maintained . People coming in are wearing masks 👍. Easy access to get what you need . Affordable and love it . So many options to use , on your loads , I spent one hour and all my loads were done. There’s someone available to help you at the place . It’s really nice seeing the person at front helping the elder lady for assistance - that’s awesome 👍👍👍. This is my Place now , closer to my home 👏

Met the owner while there today and she was super sweet! Talked to all the customers and made sure everyone knew about her green quarters she puts in the change machines for customers to get a free wash. Also made sure we were aware of where the bathroom was and how to get the key. Sounds like she is on site at least twice a week if not more often.

Updating to 5 stars today because I was so very happy to see that they cleaned the part of the machines where you put the detergent in! Every laundry place I've been to, even if it's pretty clean all around, when you put your soap in that's when you see how gross it is. Not here! I checked 5 machines and they were all spotless!!

Very clean and very expensive. Go early as the place fills up fast. $7.75 for XL washing machines, $5.75 for L machines, and $3.75 for small machines. Dryers are 25 cents per 4 minutes.

Why is there a mask required sign on the door when your staff does not enforce it? today 01-09-22 @6pm there is a guy wearing a light brown jacket talking with the attendant and he's not wearing a mask since he walked into your business...your attendant is having a long conversation & not once has told him to put on a mask....

I go out of my way to do do our laundry here every week. They always have at least one attendant working. It's clean and well maintained. If there's ever an issue, it's resolved immediately. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Best place around to do laundry at. The management is slightly rude and there's a language barrier, and It's a little pricier than other places, but that's a small price to pay considering it's the only laundromat in Kent that I've been to where the machines aren't riddled with mold.

Most of the time this place is outstanding, but Saturday the 12th of Jan the woman working at night was a completely rude the whole time I was there. She is currently yelling at who ever she has been talking to on the phone, she took my laundry cart and put my laundry bags on the floor while my laundry was washing. We had to go out side twice to get her to help us make change or ask a question. Both times she never got off her phone I didn't know that customers needs were second here. Going to start looking for a different laundry mat for my weekly cleaning. Update : hour later still on her phone shouting in Spanish.

With our home laundry room being remodeled, I had to run to a laundromat. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly hello and help finding me the right machine for my small load. Upon settling in, I realized that in my haste I’d forgotten detergent. The woman quickly offered me some free of charge. I offered to pay or run to the grocery store next door, but she insisted. Wow! Not only that, but I couldn’t help but overhear her conversation with an adjacent customer, where she gently guided him to a larger machine that could accommodate his blankets, and offered to pay the difference (they cost a bit more, but blankets can break a regular machine), since he was concerned about the extra cost. Fantastic customer service and kindness. Well done!

I am a convert. I am actually physically closer to a laundromat across town, but I HAPPILY drive the extra distance to go here. There are a ton of units of various sizes, staff always onsite while it’s open, and if there is a problem with the machines (hey, it happens) they are quick to help make it right. That said, the machines are VERY well maintained, and get my clothes way cleaner than the laundromat I went to previously (despite being the same type of machines). If you have to do your laundry at a laundromat this is it! They also have a laundry drop-off service and a fun lottery type system at their coin dispenser. It’s just a great place to do my laundry!

This is a great place, except one of the employees always closes before they are supposed to. I got here at 8:18pm , just to dry a bag of clothes, but she said she closed, because there were no customers. How are we as customers supposed to know that, before we get there, when it clearly states on the door, that 9pm is closing time? I only needed 20 minutes to use a dryer, so I would have been done by 8:45. This isn't the first time that I have had this problem with the same employee. There is no sign saying that it will be closed if there aren't any customers. If there was a sign, I'd call ahead of time.

This laundry place is amazing ! The staff is definitely the most courteous and are always willing to help you out ! They go above and beyond ! ALL THE GIRLS ARE VERY SWEET,they are hard workers and keep the place very clean and professional all the time ! Ask for Irma shes amazing and is very fast if you need an In and out Laundry day ! Best of all, all bilingual also if that helps you out!

I live near 2 different laundry mats but I choose this one. The people that work here are sweet and amazing. Its always clean and well taken care of. If you have a problem they always help.

Very clean laundromat. The staff greeted me when I came in and asked if I needed help with anything. All of the machines were clean and it was a reasonable price to get my stuff washed. I would recommend this one over others in the area.

Laundry Depot is a great place to do laundry. The equipment is well maintained and the facility is always very clean. The staff is GREAT, Irma and Maria are always very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making laundry a pleasant experience.

Nice, clean, lot's of machines. Not cheap though. I don't know how people do this weekly. Atmosphere is warm and attendants are friendly. Too busy a place for children though!

Tammy at the Laundry Depot is so nice and so helpful, I will never do my laundry anywhere else. This place is awesome and the customer service is the absolute BEST. Dont waste your time and money any other place.

After my dryer broke I needed a place to dry clothes while waiting for repairs, the first time I went the place was clean although very busy. The second time I went they closed earlier than their posted hours, causing me to have to find another place to go to.

The lady who is there who takes care of glasses is very kind, even though people are rough with her, she always attends everyone in a generous way last Saturday a man was getting in the way with all his clothes baskets on the floor and the very kind lady asked him to move them and she herself offered to do it and the man was very arrogant with her I think he is racist with her, I hope the owners can take care of their employees with this type of abuse.
