Would probably be a better idea to have someone stay overnight to do the laundry that is brought in for y'all to do instead of doing it first thing in the morning and tying up all of the machines since there aren't a whole bunch of machines there but what do I know

Extremely hot when dryers are running, other customers are rude and mean about fighting over chairs to sit in. Some washers and dryers are broke and do not have notes saying they are broke. If you put money in a broke machine, you have to wait for owner to get in touch with you only to find out there are no refunds. Absolutely no chance for social distancing and no feeling of safety or security.

The girls that work here are great!! Everytime I dropped off my clothes they were finished in a timely manner, most of the time the same day

Staff us friendly and always helpful. Clean and no broken equipment. Priced reasonable for dropping off your other for them to do them.

I use their wash and fold service. The price is well worth it and allows me to use the time to get other things done. Toni has helped me numerous times and she has proven to courteous, efficient and helpful. Once, I picked up my laundry to find a Ziploc baggie attached to the outside of the bag that had roughly $5 in change that I had mistakenly left in one of my pockets. Although I'm sure it is the laundromat's policy to do so, this shows individual integrity of the staff there. I will remain a loyal and thankful customer of theirs.

I love the quotes on the door.. If people quit putting bullshyt in the machines. They wouldn't stay broke.. people are so dumb at times..

Currently a regular wash in hot water will run $2.75, cold water $2.25 and I used $1.00 of drying time (24 mins). The place is clean, there were machines free all over the place. They open at 7:00am and take their last load at 8:00pm. They also have a wash, dry and fold service for $1.00 per pound. I wouldn't hesitate to go back!

There are several machines that have been broken for some time but the staff is always awesome, pleasant and helpful.

I like it it's a better laundromat then any others in the New Orleans East area even though this one is in Chalmette Louisiana it's still classified As New orleans East in my book.
