This place was okay. It’s a very small laundromat. A few details that I would’ve liked to know before hand and the person working wasn’t friendly but wasn’t rude either: - you can’t just go there to dry stuff. You must wash. - I was on vacation, so I only washed and dried one small load of clothes and it cost me just under $10. - although it is expensive to wash, the dry was much cheaper. - the washing machines and dryers are huge, so you could wash more in a single load. - end of the day, it was a decent experience and I got what I needed to do done.

The best thing about this place? You can just drop it off and the friendly guy would wash, dry & FOLD for you! They’re awesome!

Not as friendly as it needs to be. The lady who runs it. Like to tell you how to wash or dry your clothes. This is not the approach that is needed from her. I know that I won't be back there to do laundry. Everything has a tag not working.

They're rude... By telling people how to wash clothes like everyone is idiots. However, in most part the machines wash good. The cheap $2 machines only ONE works out of 8. They have no public restrooms. And, no AC so, you'll get over heated washing, likewise drying laundry. They open way before 8 a.m....around 6 a.m..

Great customer service, always friendly and smiling and ready to assist. It can get backed up quickly on busy days, but for it's size and location it's great for family laundry needs.

The best Laundromat I've been to. Both the owners are always nice and helpful. I'm always greeted with a smile and Hello. Plus the price is affordable for the amount of laundry that I usually take there. I've already recommended this laundromat to my friends because of the great service. Their washers and dryers most definitely gets the job done, my clothes always come out with a clean smell. I used to go to the other laundromat up the street but the owner was always rude to me for no reason. But once my friend told me about The Royal Laundromat I had no other option but to start going there. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!!

Friendly service, excellent clothes washing service. Dropped clothes off in the morning. Clothes were ready for pickup in the afternoon. Washing clothes doesn't get easier.

Not going to lie, place looked sketchy when we walked in - but that quickly disappeared. Me and a buddy were in town on business and of course the hotel washer and dryer were busted. Came here because it was close to the hotel. As soon as we walked in (pretty packed) someone said hello and pointed my friend and I to some open washers. The prices were a little steep ($3.75 for a basic wash with two load capacity, $1 dry cycle), but the machines were all industrial. The workers here (people paid to do laundry by the pound) were helpful and gave me a cart and pointed me to the dryer sheets, told me how many quarters to put in to get my clothes dry, etc. Highly recommended as long as you arent easily sketched out!

The bathroom hot water faucet handle burst and it was like ole faithful geyser. All the towels & blankets were used to soak up the water. This was the first but not the last time using the laundromat. I was greeted immediately showed how to use the washers, it's clean, friendly staff and yeah I see the cameras but so what. I' ll be back to wash my blankets & comforters to give our washer a break!
