Tried Laundromat zone again but at a different location. Apparently they had some construction going on but so far it looked great! The attendant on duty was very nice and helpful. I couldn't find the restroom because it wasn't labeled just yet and picked up on that and showed me where it was. A customer couldn't figure out how to use the thing where u add money to the car and she helped him with that. I know that's her job but service nowadays honestly sucks but it's nice to see someone taking their job seriously. My only complaint which is the same as the other location is that their folding tables were really small/short. I had to put some clothes on top of nearby washers until I collected enough of them to stack similar items together. Even though they had construction going on the place was definitely nice and clean. Also there were plenty of functioning washers and dryers. You wouldn't have to wait to use them or fight with other patrons so that's great! Yes I would recommend this place and will be returning soon

Pleasant and enjoyable experience. The attendant was cleaning nonstop and everything was absolutely spotless. The machines are fast and there are many carts to transport your clothes. Well lit and with ample seating. Yes, price is steep. But this was because I had three separate loads, one for bedding, one for regular colors, and one for delicates. It ended up being about $30 total for wash and dry. I think if you just have one big load, then it would have probably been about half. It’s definitely pricey, but the convenience is worth it! Will most definitely return!

New facility! The washers are clean, no built up detergent. The temperature In the building could be cooler but it's not uncomfortable. Very clean building and the atttendant does a wonderful job. The best part is you put your money on a card so you don't have to mess with dirty coins. Please public clean up after yourself and let's keep this place like new.

The staff is nice. Mr. Melvin is very helpful always willing to assist you and greet you with a smile. The laundry equipment is in excellent condition, the place is always clean and tidy. I don't go to no other place to do laundry. In my opinion its better than any laundry facilities I've gone to in the greater New Orleans area. I can go on on on about how this place is.

It was my first time going to this particular one. I bought a laundry card for one dollar. Attempted to load 20 dollars onto it and went to do my laundry. The machine told me my card was invalid. Some other patrons advised me to call the number on the wall, that it was the owner and he corrected the problem with in 2 minutes. I am very pleased and will return overall. Thank you so much for your swift help.

Good experience everytime. Everything works well. If there's an issue it is fixed quickly. The owner/manager seems to care about his customers. All of the employees I've seen there are overly helpful. I appreciate that. I'll be using this location until I purchase my own machines!

The laundry facility is close to my hone, it’s always clean, the hours are excellent for anyone with a hectic work schedule. It’s well lit, next to a gas station and someone is there working while you wash.

Although the place is very clean, I just discovered that you have to pay to use the restroom, I think about .40, So if you have noticed that your card balance is disappearing every time you go ro the restroom, that is why. The attendant confirmed it.

I have been washing my laundry at the Gentilly location for 2 years. A nice and very clean place/machines with friendly staff and TVs so you can have some enjoyment while waiting for your wash to finish.

Everyone is super nice its always clean, attendant always there to help and always on duty, great hours 7am-10,pm, Gentilly is my location by Louisa and the Interstate but I've had zero problems its only been open a year so all machines are brand new, its card operated not coin but there's a money changer and with the card there's a loyalty program the more you spend the more it gives you back like $2 off every $20 or go big it takes $18 off every hundred it just credits you back on your card, but randomly it takes off $3 and every 300pts you save you get $3, parking is available just more crowded over weekends but just show up early or later... It's convenient, clean, very nice, no problems. Also every dollar you spend is worth 10pts and 300pts gets you $3/Credit it goes fast They also offer, Wash/Fold Service just drop off laundry it gets done then just pick it up later...Its worth checking out, Michelle Weston

Overall great laundry mat If you can beat the crowd I only had 1 bad experience Their machine took a 20 from me and didnt load it on my card and there was no one there to help... I've probubly spent over $1300 at this place So $20 not so bad The best deal is when you load 50 or 100 on your card but I always make sure theres a attendant there and I let them know I'm loading that much on the card in case there is a problem

The nice lady who works there is very helpful and kind. The laundromat is nice and clean as well there bathroom. I would recommend this place if you have to do laundry.

They charge you to use the damn bathroom! And the prices for washers are higher then what’s shown in the picture. On the other side, the place is clean but expensive. Be prepared to buy a electronic card to use the machines...

Lesson learned that the card from gentilly Doesn't work at Claiborne I had a lot of money left on my gent card and the Claiborne location was closer so I just stopped over there .. kinda sucks the cards don't work for either one but all in all cool place to wash

Good place to wash and dry. I'm usually there when it opens at 6am. It's not so crowded at that time. The prices to wash and dry is reasonable.
