Typically for online reviews, the most obnoxious negative ones for this business seem to be written by people with expectations inflated by entitlement, and thus programmed for disappointment and to take offense. I've been using Dependable Garment for about 10 years, and have always been more than satisfied. No service-oriented business will be perfect 100% of the time. These folks are friendly, helpful, and always professional. I recommend them highly.

I've been going here for several years. I mostly give them cotton dress shirts and wool pants. I've never had any problems with anything they've cleaned. Nothing has been damaged or lost. The staff is always very nice and my clothes are always ready when they say they are going to be.

This is my go-to dry cleaners for the Carrollton and Uptown areas. We have a huge comforter that does not fit in our wash at home and bring it here to be cleaned. It’s always ready in two or three days and it’s always the same sweet lady and gentleman at the counter.
