I’ve been going to Village Cleaners for years now. Customer service has always been good. I’ll never go to another dry cleaning service as long as they’re around. There’s something special about this place. I don’t know if it’s how long it’s been around (longer than my grandparents and I’m 29) but it gives me a feel of much more simpler times. In a crazy fast tech world we live in today, it’s nice to walk in or just pass a place that seems like you’ve gone back in time. It’s incredibly rare to experience and see in Nashville these days. It seems like Nashville has changed so much it’s become unrecognizable over the past decade. I make sure to go as much as I can because I know one day it’ll close and be bulldozed just like every other old place in Nashville and turned into something else. It’s the little things that count and boy is this one for me. I’m just glad I’ve got to use them for as long as I have. It’s been a blessing.

Great service, super friendly staff, quite simply the best dry cleaning and service experience in Nashville. For 17 plus years the quality and consistency have always been there time and time again. If you do have a problem, they will tend to it immediately, they are the very definition of quality service with a smile.

I have been doing business with them since 2007. They still have the same front of house staff, all of whom are wonderful. I like my HEAVY starch, and they deliver it in spades. The product is great, but the people are still greater. I actually stopped in last week just to say Hi!

Every other cleaner place in Nashville told me that they could not dry clean my full sized quilt for under $40, but Nashville Cleaners did it for $21. Not only was it a great cleaning job, but I think they fixed some of the stitching. I also got a student discount when I showed my Belmont ID. Definitely the best cleaners in Nashville!

This sounds odd but this was the first place that made us feel "at home" when we moved to Nashville. Our former dry cleaner in Florida always knew our names and so when we first had to take our stuff and fill out our names every time it was just a reminder of our life in FLORIDA. But it didn't take long for Jerry to recognize us and start to make us feel at home. Now, we pull up and by the time I've made it in our items our ready and the team is there with a smile. They always ask how things are going and make us feel so welcome. Love this place!!!

Best dry cleaners in town. Staff is very friendly, service is impeccable. They try to have your clothes ready when you pull up.

Good prices and fast turnaround. Tip: don't leave your good hangers with them, they will be replaced with cheap wire hangers. Just give them your clothes loosely.

They actually did a fine job cleaning my slipcovers, it's just that the women at the counter were so condescending and negative: "It's kiney dirty" (why else would I bring it in?) "It might fall apart" (well made, first cleaning, no reason to believe it would).
