I had my wedding dress altered last minute after picking it from another tailor in town. Nicholson did an amazing job! The tailor even fixed a very difficult skirt within a week. The dress looked amazing on my wedding day and I picked it up just a week after drop off.

Nicholson Cleaners is incredible! Everyone is so kind and helpful, and the work is fan-tas-tic. Not only did they remove a Taco Bell stain from a silk dress, but they also did a quick turnaround on a duvet cover emergency. Truly 10/10. Sprint over to Gallatin and use them!

I brought in 5 sundresses and one jumper. Over $100!! And no coupons anywhere on the internet that I could find. I didn’t realize that it would be that much until I got my claim ticket and saw the price! What is so special about them that they charge that much? Am I missing something here? I only went because they’re conveniently located near to my house but I would gladly go to another place if I knew they would be more reasonably priced. The person at the counter was nice though. Not $100 worth of nice, but nice. I guess this is the place to go if you have something big, important and high-end and not these little sundresses that I wore on vacation a million years ago. I’ll take my vintage dresses here for sure but I won’t bring in my day-to-day stuff again.

We’ve used them several times for our dry cleaning and it’s always a quick turnaround. When. I went to pick up today, I forgot my wallet and had to go home and come back. When I got back it was 6:10 and I hadn’t realized they closed at 6. The lady working was kind enough to let me in and pick up my items anyway. This new mom is grateful, my time for errands is rare and I really needed to get my clothes today.

The Best cleaners ever in Nashville. I have visited many cleaning places to remove this spot from my jumpsuit but it was unsuccessful. Nicholson Cleaners is the best in this field and they do know how to help their customers and super nice employees. I would recommend this place to everyone you won't regret coming here. The service is fast and affordable. My only aggravation is that I took 3 shirts to be dry cleaned and they never told me that my hangers I brought them in on would be tossed out. So now I am out 3 hangers when I could have easily taken them with me had I known.

I am getting married this summer and have decided to wear my mother's wedding dress for my own wedding. Although it had been preserved, the dress is almost 35 years old and had some yellowing and stains. I went around to a few other cleaners in Nashville to find someone to clean it; I didn't need it restored completely to its original color, I just wanted to get some stains out and get it smelling better. Other cleaners either would not take it because of its age, or were going to charge me hundreds of dollars simply to clean it. I found Nicholson cleaners and not only were they willing to clean it, they only charged me a small fraction of what others were trying to charge. When I dropped it off, they were incredibly respectful of how important this dress was to me and I felt complete peace that they would treat it well and do the best they could to clean it. I picked it up today and I am blown away over how much better it looks and the attention to detail they showed. I am very thankful for their professionalism and the ways that they worked to honor me as a customer with this experience.

Nicholson's is the greatest cleaners ever. Their attention to detail and amazing customer service makes it easy to return. My husbands great grandfather had a vintage army jacket we had altered they took it from an extra large to a small. It fits him like a glove and the turn around time was amazing. Also, they explained if it didn't fit right to come back and they would make it perfect. All around great experience. Love this place theres a reason why so many people here in Nashville trust them. (celebrities, titans, preds, TPAC)
