Hello! Yes, I am the daughter of this family business, but I promise you that my parents are super hardworking individuals who value integrity over all else. Recently, with the increase in workload due to the closing of a local cleaners, I went in to help them. They go through such a complicated and long process, which includes tagging each piece of clothing, washing, drying, blowing with heat, pressing, ironing, and bagging, at the bare minimum. They can make mistakes from time to time, and we sincerely apologize. But please please go in knowing that they do their best of their capabilities to serve you, and we are always so thankful that you choose to trust us.

We've been going here weekly for years, after trying most of the other dry cleaners around. We've never had any issue, no missing garments and no problems with them. Always ready on time, and we also do alterations or repairs with them from time to time. they always look good. There is always someone at the counter ready to help when i walk in. When we needed something cleaned quickly for our wedding they congratulated us and gave us a free gift. Really nice folks.

I had a terrible time with Executive cleaners and a couple of the pick up/drop off services crushing buttons on my shirts or even losing pieces. My shirts are generally Charles Tyrwhitt from the UK. They do not have extra buttons and to have perfectly matched replacements, I had to have them send extra all the way from the UK. Needless to say, it is just an inconvenince. Using joy cleaners, who's employees are great, I have never had any damage to my clothes and nothing has ever gone missing. Good pricing and highly recommended by me.

I took my Patagonia down jacket here to get the zipper fixed and my annual dry clean. They had to order an entirely new zipper for it in this light teal color to be able to match the rest of coat... so the waiting time took a tiny bit longer than normal (a week and a couple of days). It was finished when he said it would be and you wouldn't have ever thought the zipper didnt come with the coat-- my down jacket looks and feels brand new! It was my first time coming to the place, and because my coat was not cheap at all... im always nervous about trying a new drycleaner. I walked out a very happy customer today!
