Nice laundry facility, conveniently takes credit cards, although the tap to pay doesn't seem to work. The floor is a llittle dirty, but it is Sunday and it is about 70 percent capacity. Machines seem clean and no out of order machines noted. And if you have a huge load of laundry or monster amount of blankets, they have equally huge machines if you need them

The facilities are great, but people let their kids act crazy & jump all over the machines/chairs. No attendant & every time I've gone it's messy App rarely works probably with machines. I prefer the Fridley location

This laundromat is a far cry from the laundromats I went to with my mother back in the 80s! It's no longer dingy dark dirty place where people hang out but instead is almost in arcade it has Wi-Fi clean bathrooms loads of washers and dryers and also a place for the kids to be entertained and grab a snack!

A nice place to do laundry with plenty of machines, places to wait and sit while the machines spin. Didn't seem to be enough baskets, however, as people put their empty laundry bins into them to 'hold' while their machines were going.

Love this place. Can catch some great bargains like 75 or 25% off if you watch your emails, especially on holiday weekends! Never so busy that you have to wait to use machines, all of their machines reasonably priced(always 10% off if you use their app, which I HIGHLY recommend!), a scratch off machine, a waiting "room" with tv, pop, and snack vending machines. Great place, clientele usually pretty friendly, and the hours rock!

We use Tumble Fresh regularly for our laundry needs. 9/10 times it's always a pleasant relaxing experience. Today was one of those nice days. The facility is quite clean and well stocked. If you do ever have any kind of issues with the machines or restrooms there is a call center to handle your issues rapidly and with full satisfaction.

I like this clean laundromat and their machines which you can conveniently use their app to pay. But it seems like they raised the prices just to be able to give you 10% off making you think that you actually saved money. So it is on the pricey side. Also their vending machines only takes cash and the card reader always says network error. I wouldn't put big bills into them. Their bottom dryers also don't activate right away when using the app.

Where are the carts???? That is one huge complaint. For the whole laundry mate there was only 10. Are people stealing them??? Is this are badder than I thought. It seams pretty quiet and safe but… hmmm went to May car to wait for my clothes to wash. Returned before they were done and my carts were long gone. It kinda hard to stay Covid safe if you have to constantly search for another cart that some is taking because there simply are not enough to go around. Also it was a bit dirty for being that early in the day. Good on the floors… dryer sheets all over. For the price of a wash dry I would think better cleanness of the place. The room was very well kept and the hand washing station and the guest lounge. Not sure what happened to the main washing room.

It's an decent laundromat. Pretty clean and well lit. I'm not real crazy about the layout (the machines, benches, carts and people are too crowded in places - especially along the back wall of dryers), but it's not awful. They have an app you can use to see how crowded it is.

I love this laundromat. It's always clean and bright! It's usually never packed to the brim with people and they even have a place where you can vacuum your car out while waiting for your clothes to dry. They have several different sized machines for your washing needs and the dryers actually dry your clothes without having to add more quarters (if you don't jam it full of clothes of course) They have a lottery ticket machine for ppl who like that and snack machines with healthy and traditional options. They of course have the soap and fabric softener dispenser for those that have forgotten theirs at home and all the other options those types of dispensers have. They have USB connections at the tables for phone charging and TV's galore. They have bathrooms available so you don't have to go searching for the attendant when you have to wee. I just love it here and could go on and on about all the perks!

I really like doing my laundry here high quality washers and dryers that don't damage my clothes that don't use too much heat and shrink them also there are vending machines a quiet room charging stations and places outside to eat a vacuum outside for your car very nice place to do laundry it's done very fast high quality wash and dry in an hour to hour 20 minutes

This was the best laundromat that I have ever been to. The best part for me was the fantastic washers and dryers that are available, and then they have an app to download on your phone and for the time being they offer 5 dollars off your laundry service and 10%/25%, off of all the machines that you need to use, depending on how much you load on to the app, meaning your money, I believe is the deciding factor on your discount. Personally I received the largest discount, I was seriously greatful for the discount because I was in the hospital for a month and the laundry built up at home. I wasn't able to do for at least 2 months, and this laundromat really saved me alot of money. They had the best washers and dryers that I have ever seen! I was so impressed and it was really clean and safe. I really feel like it's taken care of like a super high class establishment, at an affordable price for everyone and your clothes will come out seriously clean, I just stared at the washers like I've never seen any clean so well.

place was great. very clean and good machines. family dryer gave out so i took 8 large baskets of clothes. took me a bit to figure out which ones i needed. been a long time since going to laundromat was astonished by the price. used 4 xlarge machines and 4 xl dryers. cost me about 50 buks but got job done quickly. most important was clean and new. j

I love all their locations and especially their laundromat because it's cleaned. It's also well maintained, love their washer and dryer. Dryer only 1 dry and it drys everything.

This laundromat is clean and never too crowded/busy that I can't use my preferred wahsers. The hours are great (open late) and the washers are clean and seem well maintained (never had an issue with them over the past year). The company has an app to pay for the washers/dryers, so while you can still pay with quarters, its not required. There's a 10% discount for each load paid/started through the app, and the app also notifies you when your machine is almost done, which is super convenient to get in/out quickly. Location also has restrooms, vending machines, tvs, and plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside. If you want to multi-task, there is a car vacuum area in the parking lot.
