Clean facility and working machines. I went early in the morning on a Wednesday and was the only person there, besides an employee who was cleaning all the machines. Everything was reasonably priced (the 9x washer was $10.50 for a load, and the 5x dryer was $2.25 for a 35min cycle). There are two 9x washers and two 8x dryers, with plenty of 6x, 4x, and 2x washers and 5x dryers. Most machines take card or quarters. There’s also a bathroom and some counters for folding clothes. Also wifi, but I didn’t need to use it because I got pretty decent reception without it.

Clean but expensive! Rates just went up by a dollar per load ($11 for the 9x machine and $7.50 for the 6x machine) and they took away the $1.00 off loads on Tuesday/Wed weekly special 😢 Single bathroom is modern and clean and there is free WIFI and bottles of water. In response to owner comments: The Tues/Wed $1 off special advertisement has been removed from the window and when I went there to do laundry on a Tuesday, not only did the machine not show $1 less (as it usually does on those days) but the rates went up!😩

There's not much I can say here that hasn't already been said. This place is surprisingly wonderful. Modern, stainless steel high efficiency machines (you can clean and dry your entire household's wash in less than an hour!), clean lobby & restroom, friendly employees, Cable TV and Wi-Fi for while you wait, free snacks available on occasion, quarter machines that work well, ATM, large laundry folding tables, etc. The list goes on. This laundromat is a great fixture in the community and it's quite a pleasant experience coming here.

I freaking love this place!!!!!!! The washers and dryers looks new. It's like literally super clean (other than the ones I've gone through. When using the washers, I even wiped it clean as if its mines at home. I wish I can live here!!!! Water and snacks are provided. There's magaizines!!! An ATM!!! I thought the chairs were very comfortable for a laundromat. The bathrooms are super clean. Ohzem-geeee!!!! The time frame I came by to do my laundry, was not busy and another thing I love about this place is that it opens late!!!!!! Til 1AM!!! That's a plus for me!!!! Another things that caught my eye is you can use card on the machines, and the 10 wash is free! Tuesdays and Wednesdays are $1.00 off washers. Wi-fi is available. Theres plugs everywhere that you can use (me was charging phone). Everything is Ah-Mazing here!!! Never going anywhere else anymore!!! I love you The Laundry Room. I don't know why I was never introduce to this place from the beginning! Just wonderful! Thanks for giving me the best experience here at the laundry room.

first time here i have to say that i like it. not to pricey its small but has plenty of washers and dryers. you have the option of using a card to pay or coins. has a unisex bathroom which is kept clean and best of all for me..its open until 1am ill be back

We came mid-day and it was very clean and all the machines we needed were open. The woman who was cleaning was very nice and made small talk with me. I love that there is a rewards program.

Kind of a smaller laundromat. It's a newer one and my first time trying it out. Everything is nice and new and works and really good order seems to be. Bigger location would have been cooler but nonetheless very convenient. Prices are pretty normal definitely not on the higher end. let's not forget the added bonus of the brand new machines practically there's not the same lower pricing any of the broke down dirty laundromats normally. seems to be that they have an attendant on at all times. Also your 10th wash is free. and I'll just track it by your debit card or credit card. unlike tumble fresh that will tell you to sign up on their app and you'll get your first watch for free up to eight or nine bucks or something. I've tried to countless numerous times as well as my nephew and we have neither succeeded. Overall I would highly recommend this place. Before I forget they are also open late until 1:00 a.m. I believe everyday.

Needed a place that was open later. They were open till 1am. And it was so clean. It was so it Nice had all sizes of washers and dryers. I think 3 or 4. But for sure 3. And its not a big chain. Its 1 man. And if your like me I like keeping money in my community. And very great man.

Very clean, the washing machines are new and work great. The Dryers work super excellent, i couldn't believe my full loads were fully dry after about 25 mins. I will be going back to this place for sure when i need to do laundry.

This place is awesome!! The appliances are brand new, you can also pay with your credit card and if you pay with the same card 5 times your 6th wash is free. if you have no Cash on hand. It's cheaper than the other laundry mats in the area. I love how very clean it always is inside and out, Complimentary water & snacks for the children and/or the child like 😅, it's open until 1:00 A.M... My only draw back's that they have a laundry soap vending machine but there are no dryer sheets available 👎 but with all the positive I can look past this one.

I haven't gone to a laundromat in many years. My washing machine isn't spinning and needs repair and I had laundry that needed to be done. As long as I was making the trip, I loaded up all the bulky items around my house that could use a "freshening up". The equipment is new and state of the art. Many of the machines will take a debit or credit card. My laundry got a better wash there then it does at home! If there is any negative, it's a little bit tight quarters when other people are also transferring their loads or on the folding tables. But, a little courtesy goes a very long way, and I didn't find that to be an issue. A pleasant experience and not nearly as expensive as I feared. 2 thumbs up!

This is my second time coming here, and I will never go anywhere else. The owner and the lady that works here are so nice. I was coming in with all my laundry and my toddler and they helped me get inside. The owner offered me the snacks and water and to change the channel to cartoons and even reminded me they have free WiFi. I used to go to the other laundromat down the street, and while they’re nice as well this laundromat is the BEST in New Hope. They’re washers and dryers are decently priced. They even take cards and if you use the same card your 10th wash is free. It is small, but I’ve never had to wait to use a machine.

This has been the most pleasant experience as a laundry mat can get. It’s clean, the machines are great, and there are different sizes. I was here once when the owner was here and he’s so nice and clearly cares about his business and was very personable. Highly recommend.

This place is A one! I’ve been here a few times now since its been opened, it’s always clean, smells great, and very welcoming. The manager always has water and candy available. Also has cable and internet, you can sit comfortably eat you're candy and watch TV while your laundry is getting done. The Machines are brand new, high quality and always clean. Really nice manager who cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to help. my new fav place!!!

The Laundry Room in New Hope is always kept clean. Every Tuesday and Wednesday the washes are $1 off. I also like that they offer a free bottle of water every time you visit.

This is my favorite laundry mat, the only thing I didn't appreciate is the owners were watching me from their home and threatening me with setting off the alarms because they closed at 1am, and I had to wash a load over because it bled all over my other laundry and had to be rewashed and I have been in there after closing, my son works graveyard shift in the area, and I have moved away from this laundramat, I make a special trip to go there and I was greatly offended that I was being threatened that the police would come after dropping over 30 dollars that night in Thier machines and met the owner an hr prior. You could absolutely tell that I was being spoken to live, from a cell phone app. And was just trying to finish up my laundry that I already paid for!!!

I went there today to wash my clothes with my daughter after work and the place was clean and neat they had bottle of waters and suckers for my baby also the washer wash your clothes so well and it don’t cost that much 3.00 per load 1.75 to dry but you can dry 5 loads in one dryer so it’s nice I dried my 3 loads together and they came out soft and everything dry there was older Hispanic lady not sure if she was the owner but I didn’t catch her name she was friendly and helpful and sweet I will definitely be back to wash and recommend it
