Great place with plenty of washers. Very clean facilities with claw games and snacks to keep the kids busy while doing laundry. Helpful staff as well if there is an issue.

Not great, but maybe the best in the area. I will probably come back, but I miss better laundromats. Spotty WiFi. Machines take credit cards and coins. They seem to wash and dry fine. The business is clean. The game was on TV, and there are a lot of seats. Payment system is confusing, and I work in technology. Machines have two screens. One shows the total cost for a load, one counts down how much is required for a load. I moved my clothes when I thought the machine ate my dollar coin. When I asked the attendant for my dollar back, she said "it's not my fault you made a mistake." True. As soon as someone opens a better place, you will never see me again. Management, if you read this, I look forward to hearing from you and getting my dollar back. Culvers is next door and is a decent place to hang out. If anyone can recommend a better place in the area, let us know!

Clean and have quite a few walkers and dryers. Reasonably priced, 4.00 for the big machine, if I remember correctly. Used in a pinch when I had gotten behind. Downfall … but I don’t actually know if it’s true, no children allowed…???

I brought my clothes that had been sitting in storage for two years. I had what I thought was a lot, but they said that they have commercial customers that bring in 700lbs of clothes. They were very thorough and sanitized all my items. The pricing was great as it saved me hours of doing laundry. I am disabled and plan on bringing my laundry to them on a regular basis. The place is well kept . I can't comment on self wash services as I haven't used that service.

I always have great service at the laundry place never any issues with machines and the staff is very helpful..there are plenty of washers and dryers to go around.

I have done my laundry at this place for quite some time. I love the set up and how neat and clean it is. I do have a small issue with all of the homeless people coming threw and asking for money. I understand that this is hard to control but there is a attendant. The washers and dryers are the best. They are a little on the hight side when it comes to most that I have been to are less. Otherwise if you are down by midway give the great place a try

Used their wash and fold laundry service and was very much impressed. From getting quickly entered into the system, laundry being done same day (was dropped off at 10:30 and was done by 3:45!) to the hassle free pick up...it was all a breeze! Garments came back folded in various plastic wrapped bundles, my sweaters were hung neatly on wire hangers, and all done with care and respect to my items. Since everything was folded quickly none of the items had wrinkles, just the nice crease you expect from folded clothes. ~21 pounds of clothes only cost $26 bucks. So worth it if you have found yourself just too busy lately to find time to do laundry. Do this. It was so hassle free.

Was bummed out when our dryer went out. So I decided to try this place out. It’s close to home, clean and Culver’s is nearby! I was charged for an extra wash load, which bummed me out, even more. The Laundry Place went above and beyond to make sure I was reimbursed! Definitely will go back, hopefully I don’t need to. 🤪 …

Great place to save money and time. I am in and out of there every week in under an hour and a half and only need to spend about $12.00. Very clean and my kids like the big flat screens. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I have questions. I enjoy not having to wait on a machine to open up. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly laundry facility.

The bathrooms are PUBLIC SERVICE though cleaner than most. However, the washers and dryers are perfect in general getting my clothes clean and free of soap than any laundromat I have been too. I will stick with University Avenue Laundromat it's the best! Others just suck - West 7th, South Robert, costly$$ plus bleads colors of foreign substances into clothing.

From out of town. But this place was way overpriced for what you get. $2.75 for 33 min dry and clothes still not close to dry. Most places in 30 min you get almost dry. $3, $6 dollar washes. Seemed high also. We do laundry all over country, it was one of the cleanest but we have seen them almost this clean , and charge 1/2 the fees. To bad for greed.

I've only been to this place twice but both times the place was clean and the worker on duty was very helpful! Free wifi, and also 2 TVs to watch. The machine prices are average and the dryer works great! I'm definitely going back and I would recommend!

There is a Clean N Press delivery point here. Last wash is at 8:30 pm. Well lit. Clean. Parking lot for customers. Right next door to a Culvers. Security cameras on premise. Felt safe. Prices are a bit much, but it looks like it's that way to have an attendent on site. I didn't see one when I first arrived but later did. I'd come again. Didn't see anything about any specials during the week. As I know that some laundromats have. I'd say check it out for yourself.

I have not been in a public laundromat for years since I have had my own washing machine for along time, a friend asked me to wash her blanket for her and this blanket was too big for my washer, it surprised how prices for washers have gone so high, I am glad I don't need too use them often.

maybe a bit spendy, but convenient with card swipers and plenty of high quality, efficient machines. great location only a few blocks from lightrail and bus stops, and nearby other grocery and retail for running errands while doing laundry. did i mention that their machines come in different sizes for variable sized loads? current fav laundromat!

Don't enforce the mask policy very well. See people and staff without a mask or wearing their masks on their chin. Handicap parking not really enforced. People parked their without placard or handicap plates and no one says anything and the person that needs it can't use it.

Great manger and helpful. Lives in Burnsville and work overnights at FedEx Ground in Mahtomedi and stop there every Friday after work in the morning. Keep up thee great work. At least there are still good companies on University. See a lot of homeless people come in and trash the bathroom though.

Awesome place. I saw the manager helping a family that didn't speak English. The manager spoke perfect Spanish and made the family feel at ease. Very clean insife and out. I highly recommend this place.

The place was nice and clean but when I asked about swiping my card and if a $20 hold was placed on my card after each swipe EACH SWIPE! I was told that it would only hold the first swipe...LIE!!!
