I used Monica at this location to do my wedding dress and she was absolutely amazing. I had a difficult (putting together 2 dresses) situation and she was so relaxed and chill about it. Instantly put me at ease. My dress is absolutely perfect, its incredible what she can do. My girlfriends warned me on wedding dress alterations cost and I was shocked at how reasonable she was cost wise. Couldn't recommend Monica more!

Always a friendly smile from Erica, my clothes are complete in 2-3 days at most (sometimes before I'm ready!), with no weird chemical smells as I've experienced from other dry cleaners. Shirts and other items are starched perfectly and neatly pressed. They've even repaired buttons and snags in sweaters and coats I hadn't even noticed! Happy to spend my money with a local and conscientious business!

The St Croix Cleaners location downtown Mpls. on 10 S 13th St surpasses all other dry cleaners. Every time I enter, I am greeted by their star employee Dionna . She is helpful and amicable. St Croix downtown Mpls has excellent service on all accounts. They know how to get the job done! Handling the garments and clients with care!

You get what you pay for! Perhaps the prices at St. Croix Cleaners do seem a little high, but now that I've used their service, I know exactly why. The person who took my dry cleaning order was polite, professional and friendly. My order of four dress pants was ready in two days as promised -- and the clothes were beautifully done. Good clothes are an investment. Ultimately, you're not saving money using a cheap laundry. St. Croix at Loring Park handled my clothes with special care -- and they also treated me well -- and that makes their service worth every penny.

Dropped off three dress shirts for regular Dry Cleaning. Found them through Google and they have good reviews. As far as first impressions, they were great. The young woman checked me in, took my information and happily created a profile for me. It seems like they will text once my shirts are ready. The anticipated turn around was two business days but since it was over a weekend it's more like three, maybe I'm used to 24 hour turn around. Anyway, when I asked her a question about pricing for cleaning a particular item she was very kind and patient, she even looked up the answers and gave me a timeline. That made me feel confident about their service. Also, is it just me or is Dry Cleaning in MSP compared to larger cities like Chicago stupidly expensive? $5 per shirt! The only concerning thing was that they didn't ask me for preferences while setting up a profile; normally establishments ask which service specifically one wants and especially if starch is preferred? Again, only going off first impressions, hopefully the pickup is as anticipated/on-time and the service itself is up to expectation. Will update.

This St. Croix location houses the most reliable alterations tailor in the Twin Cities. Darcy Zeppernick's work is precise and the quality is consistent. She's done several hundred dollars' worth of work on my wardrobe and I've never had a problem that she could not solve. Highly recommended.

Great service! My shirt was damaged a month ago. Their manager called me and told me that they would compensate me for the cost of the shirt. They mailed me a check within a few days. The pricing is reasonable.

Average place to go to, I only go when I have a coupon. More than once they have forgotten to mark a stain and it doesn't get cleaned. Also, their standard turn around time is 3 days
