Comfortable, well maintained and pretty new equipment. Really like the credit card option and roomy space well spaced out folding tables to keep distance from one another. With plenty of seats, TV's, and parking outside. $7 for 6x load. $2 for 35min dry. They have larger and smaller capacity washers with pricing accordingly. Free wifi to keep yourself entertained while waiting for the 23min wash times. Went just after lunch during the week had no trouble finding machines. Started picking up a little after I finished up, but still available machines could be had.

Best Laundromat I ever been to. New Machines, Variable Load Sizes, "Very very Clean", Free WiFi, TVs, Cards / Coins / Bills accepted, On-site Coin / Detergent / Drinks vending machines. Friendly service, I added extra $s by mistake and they refunded the amount.

This place is spotless. Machines are all very new and facilities are very nice. There are number of comfortable seats around with lots of plug-ins. The bathrooms are exceptionally clean. I was very impressed with this facility. My only complaint is that it is very expensive but it is very worth it. Great location.

I don't normally use a laundromat but needed to wash a heavy comforter. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and we'll kept this place was. I met the owners who would clean each machine after each use. I thought the prices were reasonable and there were plenty of machines for a Saturday afternoon. I highly recommend this place!

Clean and spacious. I'll definitely continue coming here. Edit: Took it down a couple notches. I don't know what the deal is with cleaning this place when it's open and there are a bunch of customers in the building, but that's not the time to start buffing the floors. That's something you do before or after you open, not between 9-10 am when it's busy. I always seem to be getting out of the way of someone's floor cleaning when I'm there.

The laundromat of all laundromats! What a very nice, very clean place to do laundry. I came here to wash an oversized sleeping bag and was welcomed with this fantastic place. Plenty of folding areas, rolling carts, and a lot of machines. I will absolutely bring my oversized laundry back to New Hope Coin Laundry!

Very clean, well lit, and nicely air-conditioned with plenty of machines (and machine sizes up to 9xloads!) to choose from. Convenient rolling carts for helping you transport your laundry from washer to dryer and from laundromat to your car. Card reader and coin options for pay. Change machine and soap/softener/bleach vending machine available.

I never had a problem doing laundry here. The one time I used quarters, the dryer didn't register it. After another failed attempt I called the number by the change machines and to my surprise, they restarted my dryer via wifi and resolved my problem within minutes.

I'm not the world's foremost expert on laundromats, but this is a nice place. They have a clean facility, TVs, ATM, and plenty of seating. I would come here again.

Solid place with credit card supported washers and dryers. Bring your own detergent though as the available ones are only coin operated. TVs are around the whole place along with ample places to sit and relax while your clothes are being done and there are also bathrooms and free WiFi for you to use while you're there. Lastly, there are many carts/trolleys to use and make your laundry experience hassle-free. If you don't want to wait at the laundromat, you could also go to the restaurants, Lifetime Fitness, or Hyvee grocery store nearby as you wait.

Very clean, well kept-up facility. I always wash all my throw rug, pillows, comforters, and other items too large for my home washer here. No complaints. Washers are always in good working order, no built up grime or funky smells like I've experienced at other laundromats. In my experience patrons have always been nice and respectful of others property.

This is the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. All of the customers are friendly and willing to help others! The only staff people I saw were the cleaning ladies and they didn't speak much English. I use this facility every week and I love the huge washing machines and dryers! I wish that they would offer special deals like other laundromats do!

Extremely nice coin laundromat. I stopped here after I moved to give all my clothes a thorough wash. Machines are very nice, the building is well maintained. There's also TVs available as well multiple power outlets to charge your electronic devices. Doors open automatically so there's no waiting for someone to open up. Will definitely use them again.

Hands down the best laundromat ever! Super clean, new machines, they work great and none were out of order. The machines take coins and credit cards. Lots of TV's to watch with cable and free wifi. I bring big comforters to wash and they have the giant machines. All front loaders, all sizes, and a lot of them. I live in the area, but if I didn't, I would drive out of my way to go to this laundromat.

Great clean facility! The machines are very clean and work amazing! Hopefully they stay up with modernizing it every once in a while. Better then any laundry mat I've been in Minnesota. Also I wish they had smaller load machines, like a dollar ones for baby clothes or underwear.

Nicest laundromat I've ever been to and I've been to quite a few. Super clean, spacious, and bright with tons of machines. You can use quarters or card. There's an ATM and a coin machine that provides a mix of quarters and tokens but you can use both in all the machines. There is also plenty of seating, TV's, and tables to fold on. The bathroom is also big and nice. There are regular sized washers but the rest are HUGE. Same with the dryers. So I recommend bringing an enormous amount of laundry, at least 3 loads and/or large items like comforters, blankets, etc to get your money's worth. Personally I will return since this place makes me dread doing laundry a little less.

Clean, updated machines and cheaper than the other one down the road. The dryer dried a large amount completely in 28 mins which was only $2. Free WiFi and cable TV. Enough room to comfortably fold laundry too.

Large laundries are great here. As explained in the website. Card accepted. Cash necessary for dryers. Cash notes can be exchanged to coins and they end up with no value token coins that can only be used in the dryers here. Dryers also have card payments but may be too less to make a card transaction. Detergent may have to be brought from home or that is expensive one here. Also please make sure you've plenty of change. Convenient for the open hours 7/7 week with timings 6am-11pm quite often. Expensive but large commercial laundry (duvet,pillows,mats, rug, etc.,) even whole weeks' soiled clothing is easier here. Although the Dollar store is near by here for detergents bringing from home is recommended. Please make sure you've cash for dryers. People are friendly and it's well maintained. The staff helped me get back coins instead of token as the drying cycle was completed. Dryers can be opened while on the cycle so I highly recommend to sit for 32-1hour while clothes get dried up. There are 3 big dryers for large items. All types of customers seen using WiFi and seated while the stuff is getting washed and dried.

All the machines take credit cards, which is pretty handy. The staff is nice, the facility is clean, the dryers are HUGE, and they have all the necessities if you're like me and you forget stuff. We got all our bedding and towels done in a little over an hour.

Loved credit card option. Extra large capacity washer was great for our oversized sleeping bag. Fast spin cycle really helped drying time.

This is the best laundromat that I ever been to. There are plenty of large capacity washers/dryers and the place is always very clean! The staff has always been very friendly, and you can tell that customer service is very important. It is very spacious, and well maintained laundromat. The free wi-fi and multiple high definition tvs are great! I would definitely drive a long distance just to come to this laundromat compared to other ones in the area. If you want to go to the nicest laundromat out there, go to this one!

We loved the size of the machines here. It was easy to get a lot of laundry done quickly. We will likely be coming back here. You can use cards or coins and they have laundry soap that you can buy on site if you forget your own.

Definitely a cleaner and more updated laundry facility. Adequate amount of washers and dryers. Cost of machines is decent. And it’s true. Go in the morning if you want to avoid human traffic at the laundromat. Lol.

The price is decent and they have plenty of machines. It's always been clean when we go in. We left some items behind on our first visit and the owner went above and beyond to make sure we got our stuff back. A+ on customer service for being a type of business that's typically more hands-off in that regard.

My husband and I found this place a few weeks ago, and as long as we live in our current apartment, we won't go anywhere else! It's clean, spacious, and we've never had to wait for a machine--even the jumbo washers! We love that there are multiple TV's with individual cable boxes, so we can let our kids watch cartoons while waiting. It is honestly the nicest laundromat I've ever frequented! Added after initial review: I commented on their Facebook page, suggesting the addition of a diaper changing station in the restroom. The owners took it into consideration, and did just that! What a wonderful way to go above and beyond, and listen to their customers. I am so grateful for it; dedication to customer satisfaction like that is hard to find! A+

Cleanest laundry I've ever seen...most of the time. Get here at 6:00 AM on a Sunday and it often looks like the aftermath of a frat party. Machines work well and there are plenty of folding stations and carts.

**I love my new laundromat because, it's close to me & the floor & machines are always clean & shiny! **I always can put in a lot of clothes or less in the machine! **The people are very friendly to talk too! ☺ **My laundry always turns out really clean here! ****But, where I live my clothes are clean but, a lot of times my clothes has lint on them-I use laundry sheets too &/or they get ruin! ****We have laundry money cards at my place but, a lot of times it takes more money off the cards so then, I got 2 new cards w/money & I still can't get my $5 off 1 card! ****The extra card place owes me $5.00 bcuz, it doesn't work in my home machine- it says error! Ugh! I like putting money in the machine & not laundry cards!

Washes pretty good. Machines washes with adequate amt of water so its clean when finished. Prices are good. Lowest price washer for washer is $3.50. Dryer machines start at $2.00 for 32 min.

I haven't done a laundromat in close to 20 years and I have generally not been a fan of them. Our dryer was on the fritz this week, so I had to find one. I was very pleased with this one. It was a Very clean space. There was Free wifi. The Machines work well. There is staff onsite for any issues. There are 5 or 6 tv's with cable. Whenever I need to use a laundromat again, this will be my first option!

Clean laundry mat. Not a loitering place of sketchy people - at least not when I visited on a Sunday around 7pm. I didn't give it 5 stars because their coin conversion machine will randomly give you "tokens" mixed with quarters that can only be redeemable at this particular laundry mat and are obviously not of any cash value elsewhere. I personally prefer a money exchange of equal value.

Fast, efficient washers and dryers. Plenty of tables for folding, flat screens to watch, and super comfortable chairs to wait in. I love being able to use my credit card at the washer and dryer as well since I don't carry cash!

Love the place. We use the $4 dollar dryer and drys all my clothes up! Worth the price, we also use the $11 washer and does the work when we have a lot of clothes.

In town for business from texas. South texas to be exact. The reason for the specifics is because all of the laundromats there are utter trash! This place changed my whole attitude because I was prepared to be agrivated by dirty and half way functioning machines only to be pleasantly surprised by a spotless, quiet, and friendly place with new machines that all work! Also, if you have a bank card you dont need to bring cash. They work right off of your card for each machine! As long as I'm here I will ONLY come here!

Best laundrymat EVER. HUMONGUES MACHINES ( ONE SAID 6-LOADS IN ONE). DRYERS actually dryed my KING comforters which that alone is AMAZEBALLS and some throw pillows ON JUST THE ONE CYCLE! I have home machines but King comfortables dont get clean enough in small machines... DEFINITELY will use again if I need to. THANK YOU to owners for taking PRIDE in their business.
