This was my first time at Mulberry’s, and the experience absolutely blew me away. The staff is friendly and highly-efficient, the building was clean and light and airy, and the hangers are gorgeous! They even carry “The Laundress” laundry detergent, which I have only read about in magazines and have never actually seen in any retail store. I also noticed they provide a service that removes pills from sweaters, which I didn’t even know was possible! Any other dry-cleaner would be a disappointment after using Mulberry’s! Excellent!

Wonderful place! The team did a wonderful job preparing my husbands suit for our wedding and then cleaning and preserving my dress afterwards! Love the friendly worker at the front. Highly recommend!

My garment had a ‘lingering’ perfume odor that couldn’t be washed out. Mulberry’s cleaning technique removed all traces of the odor. My garment is in perfect condition 👍! Many Thanks to their team for preserving this garment in an especially fast manner, too! …

A perfect experience from start to finish. I'm really impressed by Mulberry's - straightforward and friendly employees, services done in a timely manner, and my items are clean! My delicate embroidered pillow case looks brand new. My bridesmaid dress is clean and, even though they couldn't get the stain completely off, it looks better than it did before. (They did give me a free coupon to have it laundered again, if I wanted). Definitely coming back in the future.

Mulberry's was my first time using a dry cleaning service, and I will definitely stick with them as a business! I brought my new white winter coat that accidentally got red lipstick smeared all on the front, and the stain came out 99% - a miracle! I can hardly see the stain, and I was not expecting that at all. Not only was the cleaning wonderful, the service and staff was very welcoming, informative, and easy to work with! If you want your day made with fun and bright energy, make sure to check in with Karlene - I loved her personality and genuine joy in the services she was providing to her clients. Clothes came back cleaned and completely wrinkle-free and ready to wear. FYI Their website promises free pickup and delivery including a return of your items within 48 hours. This is simply not true, and when I called the person was very unhelpful, unapologetic, and unconcerned. They didn’t stand behind the 48 hours on the phone. Their only solution for me was to have me call the warehouse in Roseville and see if they could “find” my items and then have me drive there to get them. This put me in a real bind. UPDATE: Alisha from Customer Service gave me a call and explained that they will be updating their website to reflect what the pickup/delivery service actually looks like. She also put a generous credit in my account. I'm impressed with their responsiveness to this concern.

Mulberry's is always quick, thorough and professional. They will find all the upcharges possible, so be aware: remove belt, make sure to lint roll, etc. But I've had suits, silks, woolens, furs all cleaned to perfection here.
