I always love how clean it is here. Wife and I are here every week doing laundry. The owners are also very friendly and helpful when you have an issue. They have a large selection of machines in varying sizes. Also the cost is decent compared to other laundromat I have been to. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Though if you don't like a lot of people I would not recommend going during the day on weekends or in the evenings during the week as they are generally pretty busy. Early morning is your best bet.

Card or Cash. You can get Quarters from a machine there. Also can use credit card on some washers and big dryers. The larger dryers are decent and price varies on the sizes and there are 5 sizes of washers and 3 sizes of dryers, There is plenty room for everyone and not too busy. It works great more than the ones in my apartment. Sadly I will gladly pay more to do at a laundry mat then my apartment. :) The place is clean from tables to floor.

I love coming here. It is so much cleaner than other laundromats and there are so many machines of all sizes. It smells good! The prices are fair. There are nice waiting areas with plenty of benches/tables. The staff has always been friendly. Definitely recommend.

Very clean, nice facility with nice machines and the WiFi works fine. My only frustration is that they say they accept credit cards, which they do, but not on all machines. Most notably only the very large dryers accept credit cards, none of the smaller ones. A decent variety of the washers accept cards though. Also they charge a 3% convenience fee on each card swipe which is understandable, but would have been nice to know ahead of coming here for the first time.

Good experience machine did not start when I put money in they had posted phone numbers to reach someone. I called and the gentleman could see the issue on a app and was able.to start remotely. 1st time here will be coming back.

This place is always well kept. What I didn't like was the upcharge I noticed on my card charges. I didn't see a sign notifying me that I would pay more if not using coin. The upcharge was still less than an ATM fee, but I think that should be clearly marked at every machine.

I read the reviews and decided it would be a great place to get my laundry done. I used the 80 pound machines, because I like to get it done quick. They were 9.50 and I fit at least 3.5 large loads in there. The dryers to match were 4.50 and took 35 minutes, same as the wash. The dryer took my coins but wasn't registering right away, but I spoke with Steve since the number was on the refunds box. He was kind and quickly got my dryer started for me. Great service, clean environment. The smaller washers were 5.00 and 3.50 to dry

Ive been to a ton of laundromats in my adulting life and this one is by far the most clean and organized ive ever seen..i really like the lunchroom/lounge area for customers waiting, makes the wait not so dreadful! I drive 15 minutes just to go this location.

I read other reviews and had to check it out. I drove past the laundromats I usually go to because the machines take credit and debit cards. That's a huge plus for me. They take coins too - currency! Their change machine doesn't give you a bunch of tokens you can only use at their location and a few quarters, it's all quarters! So far, big win. I want currency convenience. The other reviews are spot on - the place is big, clean and there are a lot of machines. I used 2 80 pound load machines (2.5 large laundry bags in each) and it cost $9.75 each. I used 2 of the largest size dryers and they were only $4 each for 35 minutes! About 15 loads of laundry for $13.75 in less than 1.5 hours. I'm a happy camper. There's a kids area that's got a short wall around it to pen them in, but what people don't mention are the windows. Lots of windows, and you can open them when the weather is nice. I'm going to keep driving past my closest laundromats and head to Metro Coin Laundry. For those who remember, it's in the same location that was Famous Dave's in Burnsville off of 5 and 13.

First time here and very clean and neat. Lots of machines and love the 80lb washers as can get 3 loads done at once. Usually do laundry at my apartment complex but had three comforters so wanted to go to laundromat. I will come back.

My washer is on the fritz and this is the 3rd laundromat I've tried in the SW metro. It is, without question, the cleanest and most well attended laundromat I've been to. Keep up the good work Metro Coin Laundry!!

Very nicely clean machines and clean inside/outside of this laundromat. I only go once a year for bulky things and I will only use this laundromat. I've been to a few other ones and the other's machines always have mold in where you put the detergent and fabric softener.

Went for my first time today 8/7/19. Wasn't anything special. A lot of machines. They have double load washer for $3.50, have 4 load washers for $5.50 and 8 load washers for 10.00. Dryers are in the back double loads are on both side walls at $1.50 and then they have bigger loads on the far wall starting at $4.50. credit card options. And with the dryers you can pay with a credit card then add additional minutes with quarters. They have a quarter machine as well as vending machines and two tv’s for entertainment. As well as a kid area with toys. A/C is nice and they have enough roll baskets to go around. They also have a few tables with attached chairs as well as single chairs. They also provide free WiFi nothing fancy but kept clean. Would go back.

This place is clean and well-decorated, the machines work well and most are equipped with Fascard, so you can use your card instead of quarters. You can also use a combination of the two - put quarters in, and the Fascard will recognize how much you've already put in, and only charge the remainder to your card if you swipe. The owners seem to really care about the place and their customers. There's a play area for kids with toys and a TV, as well as plenty of places to sit and nice, clean folding tables. Prices are a little on the higher end (for the washers at least) but worth it for the safe, clean environment and good machines. Dryers seem pretty cheap. Overall, a great place to go to do laundry.

I've been here twice now because I'm in the area for work and the tiny hotel dryers just don't cut it. The second time I was here my clothing came out of the dryer cold and damp after running it through twice. I called the number on the wall and the person I spoke with remotely started a new machine for me for free and gave me some reasons as to why my clothes might have come out damp. I most likely didn't securely shut the door, which meant the machine was able to run, but unable to reach a good temperature. They were super kind and solved my problem right away. Usually getting something like this handled takes forever. Great service!

Although its not very expensive first time I went here I used the biggest washer and it didn't really clean my clothes that well and even using the best laundry detergent and had to dry twice. The lady that I amusing owns the place was nice the first time. The next time I went same experience with the washing machine and dryer even used different ones but only thing different this time was the lady that has blondish hair who worked there wasn't very friendly and seemed to have a problem with my child. My children always pick up after there self and if they are doing something wrong I am the parent and correct them but this time she seemed to feel the need to have an attitude about my child playing with the toys. If you don't won't kids to have a place to play might need to get rid of the toy area.. I don't know if she wss having a bad day or just don't like kids but even when they were picking up the toys to clean she seemed to just be pissed off. Had a pissed off face every time she walked by...not sure what was wrong.. I believe I will be looking for a better place to do my washing after spending $20 to wash clothes and still not smelling clean and still wasnt completely dry after second drying even with not using cheap laundy detergents and not very friendly lady I probably will take my business else were. .

I like this place for when my equipment at home breaks down. It's clean, has free wi-fi, and tv if you prefer. However, there was absolutely no toilet paper in the Women's restroom and unfortunately I did not realize this until too late. Luckily, I only had to go number 1 but it was still an inconvenience.

Clean, informative instructions, well kept, secure facility with numerous security cameras and best of all whenever I have been there washing blankets the owner has been there cleaning making sure everything is working well and helps out with questions. Great facility and business.

Metro laundry didn't sound very well but I was right down the road so I decided to stop in and this place shocked me I saw the play area and the washers looked new and worked really well and the dryers were good I had to restart the dryer for my jeans but that didn't bother me over all this place has got my money loved it keep up the good work. Oh and from the pics I just seen why did yall take up the carpet in the play area u could have just cleaned it. My lil girl fell today because their was something like almost dry sticky coke on the floor. For the little ones I would put carpet back down

Stellar service! Power went out just after starting my loads due to an energy company outage, and when I called the emergency number they sent someone over to make sure power was restored. Also, for the inconvenience, they dried my clothes for free! Wonderful owners and super service!
