Extremely convenient and professional! I was more than impressed on how quickly Gopher Laundry reached out about scheduling my dry cleaning pick up and the status of the cleaning process. The prices for dry cleaning service are EXTREMELY reasonable, in addition on the Gopher Laundry site has promo codes and coupons. Before your first service they will deliver a laundry bag at no charge, which is really AMAZING! Having recently moved from Washington DC to Minneapolis I have never had such a professional dry cleaner and couldn't sing Gopher Laundry's praises more!

Gopher Laundry is amazing! The laundry facilities in my building are constantly broken, so I decided to find another way. Gopher Laundry picks up my laundry and delivers it at whatever time is convenient for me. My clothes come back looking great, and so neatly folded. They are also very accommodating. When I had to go out of town unexpectedly, I realized that all my clothes wouldn't be delivered until the next morning. I called Gopher Laundry, and they got me my clothes ASAP-- I was able to have them for my flight that night. I am so impressed with their costumer service. I have recommended Gopher Laundry to nearly everyone I know.

I started using Gopher Laundry and stopped going to the laundromat/using my quarter-fed apartment laundry machine. I ended up saving around $30 and 4 hours of my time each month. Not only do they pick it up, wash it and return it, but they fold it too and deliver it to your door! Excellent customer service, great prices and amazing quality laundry and dry cleaning. I had a great first experience with Gopher Laundry. I made a mistake with understanding the weight by pound, thinking it was $1/pound and I even weighed the items (yes, I'm a nerd), but instead it is $25 for as much as you can fit in the 25 pound bag that they provide! Anyway, I called and they were very understanding and accommodating even though it was my error. The items were laundered very well, and my dry cleaning garments were done professionally at a very affordable price. At $3.99 per item, it's a good deal. I will be using again and again as long as I'm still in the twin cities. Thanks Gopher Laundry!

I was looking for a pick up / delivery dry cleaner one morning and decided to give Gopher a shot. I registered on their website at 11am and they were onsite, picking up my clothes by 2pm! I was amazed. They even called me 15 minutes before they arrived. Talk about service!!! The turn around was a couple days, which is reasonable for any cleaner. To top off their service, they replaced a cracked button on a shirt that I had not even flagged for them. They are my new go to cleaner!
