Owner was awesome and reached out right away to ask if I needed change cause the machine was down. She was friendly and super welcoming. Great place to do laundry and it wasnt packed. Includes lots of places to sit down as well.

There was nobody there when we started thank goodness because we had a flood in the basement and all the clothes in the house that we're down there had to be washed. We had a problem with one of the dryers and they refunded our money back it was a great experience and I have lived in my house almost 18 years and never been over there.

I been doing laundry in the cities for 8 years and this spot the last 4 months. This is about the best your gonna get out here as far as prices. Plus the machines are all brand new and work great. Its fairly quiet for being next to the BC transit center

Clean environment in a not so clean area. The machines are always working as they should and other than having to wait to get change due to none of the coin machines being operational it is a excellent place to do laundry.

There are few things that I can do, which I call "My Zens," that allow me to decompress, zone out, relax, and feel like all is calm-ish, and will just get calm-isher. Well, few things that aren't illegal. Laundry is one of them. The Laundromat in the little strip mall (4 businesses, so I could have called it "stripmall-esque building") next to the Brooklyn Center Transit Center ranks First Place (and 4 stars) because of the convenience of going there. I'm unsure the names, but the Asian owners are wonderfully pleasant and helpful. It's a very clean environment, and the prices are good. The customers look like the New York City melting pot with a variety of different races, ages, ethnicities,band languages. The only reason I did not give a full five stars is that it isn't open 24 hours.
