I needed emergency alterations for a bridesmaid dress and westwood got everything done in just over a day. I had brought my dress somewhere else to get alterations initially and they did not do a good job, the dress was not fitting me correctly. I called Westwood on Monday and needed emergency alterations done by Thursday. Not only did they complete the alterations extremely fast but they did such a wonderful job too, the dress fit so much better and looked great. I will be recommending to anyone in the area needing alterations or cleaning and will be using for anything I need done in the future.

Always super friendly and quick turnaround on dry cleaning drop offs. My kids love coming with me, as the staff always offer them lollipops. It's the great service and small things like lollipops for my kids that keep me coming back.

I found Westwood Dry Cleaners online after moving to the area from NYC. Dry cleaning is always quick and great! I recently brought in a pair of trousers to be tailored (waist and down the butt taken in, and length hemmed) — I picked them up and they are PERFECT!!! They couldn’t be more perfect, actually. And it looks like they were never altered. The tailor has hands of magic!!! I will be a customer of theirs for as long as I live in the area.

I've been coming to Westwood for years after a terrible experience with one of MKE's bigger dry cleaners. The family at Westwood is phenomenal, they remember their customers by name, are quick, and most importantly, they actually know what they are doing! 6 years and I haven't had an article lost, damaged, or them be unable to fix. Just a gem, which is hard to find in dry cleaning!

Saturday 3/7/22 at 4:55pm, yes 5 minutes before close I called for a 15 minute window for pick up. I REALLY NEEDED THE ITEMS. I could hear the hesitation in the voice of the owner in saying, unfortunately, they would not be able to stay. By the end of the call, I was heated and they were frustrated. I TOLD THEM I WOULD TELL EVERYONE!!! I called back and paid for my items and told them to leave them on the sidewalk (needed my stuff). They were willing to accommodate (very reluctantly). Then, in a grand effort of customer service, they enlisted the help of another tenant near their location to keep my items safe and dry. This was a long post and one I hope sheds light on a company's handling of a difficult customer(me) and finding some way to help. Also, reminded me that my lack of preparation becoming an emergency for me can not make it an emergency for a vendor. As a client I should prep better. THANKS FOR REMINDING ME WHY YOU ARE MY CLEANER OF CHOICE.

I have had the opportunity to travel extensively throughout Europe and I previously lived in Chicago. I have used drycleaners from Rush Street to Bad Homburg, Germany and not one drycleaner can compare to Westwood Cleaners. They still adhere to the idea of delivering a quality product to their customers every single time you visit. They are a family run business and their reputation has spread to the North Shore all the way to Pewaukee Lake where I live. They are well worth the drive and it is not a surprise that I see my business connections and friends from Whitefish Bay to Pine Lake dropping off orders at Westwood. They are always pleasant to work with and go out of their way to earn your business. My shirts and suits never looked so good! I highly recommend Westwood Cleaners as the best drycleaners in Wisconsin!

Not one to normally write reviews but considering the awesome service they continue to deliver me, I couldn't help myself! Fair pricing, timely service, beyond excellent customer service. They recognize me by face and name. I get free dry cleaning threw my employer but always decide to go with these guys instead. I broke a button on my suit and they took it upon themselves to sew a new button back on. How sweet! Defiantly recommend this place. Keep up the great work!

Great customer service! They always remember my name and are in the process of retrieving my garments before I get to the counter. Clothing is always ready when promised with a smiling face. I once spilled coffee on my suit at work-I was able to get a suit I had in the cleaners from them and they allowed me to use their restroom to change so I could leave the soiled suit with them to clean before the stain set in. I recommend everyone to give the cleaners a shot-you will be glad you did and you will never take your clothes anywhere else!

The best part of Westwood is the family that runs it. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. Plus, they do a great job with clothes. I've left glasses, money and receipts in pockets and it's always returned. I drive past 4 dry cleaners to get to Westwood and wouldn't trust anyone else!

BEST CLEANERS the people here are soooooo nice!!! They really take care of you. I dropped a shirt outside in the parking lot and they picked it up knew it was mine and added it to my order. They called me to let me know what happened and that they got me covered. So awesome!!!

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. It’s Saturday and everyone told me the same thing. “We don’t do same-day on weekends. Not Westwood. I came in at NOON with my Northface down jacket that I NEEDED tomorrow for a Packer game, and they returned it to me looking and smelling BRAND NEW AGAIN. The furry brim around my hood had even had new life to it! Everyone who works there was pleasant and smiling, and they didn’t charge me an arm and a leg. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

I have been a regular for well over 20 years....Hassell Free, and the staff is most helpful....Alterations, repairs, mending, stain removal, they have always done an excellent job... Then there was the case of my 19 Year old winter hat...I'm emotionally attached to this "Gem" of a hat. Strangers walk up to me wanting to discuss my hat.... At first it was questionable...they determined that it would need to be sent out for special handling...They agreed to try....I had several discussions with them as the months went past....But, eventually They found and organization that was willing to accept the challenge.... I was so pleased to see my hat...GOOD AS NEW...very few establishments would put that kind of effort to bring a smile to a customers face... I'd suggest You check them out...So open, friendly, and kind....Please thumbs up if You like this review
