This is a very nice laundromat. Staff are friendly and helpful, it's generally clean, and there are many washers and dryers including large washers for winter coats, bedding, and big loads of laundry.

I’ve only gone here twice and both times in the morning a little over an hour after the place has open and on the weekdays. My second time coming here, I was convinced to just start making this my regular laundromat. The reasoning has to do with cleanliness and they have an app to pay for your load! First off their website needs to be updated because I came here with the impression on their website that they do $1/a load on Thursday. Got there and turns out they changed their promotion/policy so the cheapest is $2/a load but they have the updated stainless steel Maytag machine that can do huge loads. So sucks I’m paying a little more but the machine is updated. Plus the machine nicely cleaned my fleece blankets that had a bunch of pet hair on easily so can’t complain. There’s a laundromat on Lyon Street that’s just a little closer to where I live that does $1/a load on the weekdays but it looks run down compare to this place. What really impress me was this is the first laundromat where I’ve been to that offer an app. I had a lot of load that needed to get done and didn’t have cash. So second time here, got the app and loaded money into my app and boom was able to do laundry instantly. Also, it helped that the lady working the morning who informed me about the policy change was super nice/friendly. So overall, my experience has been good and definitely recommend coming here (mainly morning because there’s barely anyone here)

I love coming here because of the low price which helps my budget during struggling times however I wish at least just 2 or 3 drying machines would be out of order instead of almost all of them being out of order.

I love this place. I've never loved a laundry mat before. The staff are all so sweet here, and each time I come in I feel welcome. Whether the staff are chatting amongst themselves, washing clothes, or cleaning, they are never too busy to greet people. The laundry mat is also always so clean, and it really is worth it to drive to come here. They have a punch card which rewards you for just doing your laundry, and while I've went to many laundry mats this one isn't priced too much differently. Perhaps the washers might be a quarter or two more expensive, but if a machine ever breaks the staff while replace the lost funds and change your machine. It's totally worth it. If that wasn't good enough, I'm relatively sure that they have discount days too where doing your clothes is cheaper. I won't go to another laundry mat in Milwaukee, and even though I just got a washer and dryer, I'll still frequent this place occasionally to wash my blankets and sheets.

I have to shout out this place and the staff who runs it! I have been to many other laundrymats that was horrid! This location is thy only one I go to! Lets start it off by saying: I have witnessed them cleaning their washers with the additives used! Not just half wipe them like I see others do! Second, Im not stared at bc im black..sorry had to add thst but u get the idea. Several places to sit and fold..charge and work on ur laptop. Totally clean bathrooms!!! Im apart of the Washing Club. Allows you to get ur hole punched and a 13th wash free when ur card is full! Staff Omg! There is a beautiful short lil woman whose always there working hard! Awesome personality! Heck the whole staff is by far some bomb people! I would HIGHLY recommend you guys wash there for all ur laundry needs! Also to add..for those of you that r busy..u can drop ur clothes off where they will wash them for you!! Get there asap!

First time going to any public laundry mat and this one was my second stop because the first one I went to was awful just awful but then I found this one and OMG my search is over. I would recommend this place to everyone. Great atmosphere and customer service!

Very nice, friendly and reasonably priced laundromat. It is also well lit, with very helpful staff. My only suggestion would be to level the area where the side door is. I'm disabled and sometimes it's difficult to maneuver my walker with my laundry in/out the door. It would make it easier to get in without assistance and taking the staff away from what they're doing. Otherwise, I do like this laundromat very much! 😊

The gentleman working was especially polite explaining their punch cards to me. The machines are efficient, fairly priced, and can be paid off an app. Free quarter change machine, super clean facilities, and safe (from a 22 year old female perspective I won’t hesitate to go by myself in the future). Dryers are HUGE and you get 32 minutes for $3(giant ones)! I was able to dry two loads from their super load washers for $3! Will definitely be coming here routinely!

Because of my wheelchair I hd to use the side entrance and I appreciate that. The employees there were friendly and helpful. The washers and dryers was easy for me to use. This place has been in business a long time and I see why. Bravo!

This is the only place I want to do laundry! They just installed a bunch of new washing machines (late 2019/early 2020 before the pandemic). If you don't have cash, you can use an app to pay your washer and dryer fees. There are also change machines which I regularly use without incident. The staff are generally very helpful and courteous, and everything is always clean!

Staff are super friendly here, facility is very clean, they do a good job at maintaining the washer/dryers here. There are different size washers to accommodate different loads. I was able to wash my king size bed comforter, sheets, and a load of clothes in the triple load washer. You can use the Pay Range app to use the machines through Bluetooth. There is also a no fee quarter dispensing ATM along with a change machine.

I have laundry facilities on site at my apartment building, but I usually have a large volume of clothes to wash so I like to do it all in one go. I have been using this laundromat for a couple of years now and I have never had a problem getting my things washed and dried within a reasonable time. Once or twice I have had a problem with a machine (as will happen with machines constantly being used/abused) and the staff has always been quick to remedy my issue, and to offer advice on laundering items in order to not ruin them. Also, there have been times that machines are broken or out of service, but this usually occurs right at the beginning of a week after many people have used the machines for large (sometimes overly large) volumes over the weekend, so I take it with a grain of salt that sometimes stuff breaks. They also do a cool “loyalty” program where you get a punch card and after a certain amount of punches you get a free wash! I will continue to use this laundromat for the foreseeable future and definitely recommend it’s use for any east side dwellers looking for a reliable place to get their things clean.

I am happy to call this place my local laundromat! Their AWESOME Tues-Thurs deal and great service keeps me coming back. Whatever minor issues I've had with the machines have been quickly remedied by your knowledgable, helpful, kind and funny staff. They play wrestling on TV sometimes which is awesome. The dog that occasionally working there melts my heart. So friendly and always comes up to say hi! Great work guys!

I have been using this laundry for a couple of years and drive past many other laundries that are nearer. My clothes always come out clean. I like the fact that when something does go wrong there are paid attendants on duty who are authorized to fix the problem in a satisfactory manner. Very nice, clean laundry with great employees and yeah, there are always problems with the machines. I still use the laundry mat.

We were visiting the area and stopped off to do our laundry here. They had an excellent choice of washers and dryers. Place was clean and staff was very friendly. Next time we visit the area and need our laundry washed again we would absolutely use this business again.

Love this place. Very clean, a lot of places to sit, and they have volume on the tv so you don't feel like your in a prison yard doing laundry. There is always staff on site, so the place is orderly. The only downside is that because it is so nice in comparison to other places, there can be a wait to get your load in, especially since they have $1 washes Mon/ Tues / Wed

Coin-less laundry! Used the app for the first time and it was super convenient. Free WiFi, vending machines, pretty clean and air conditioned. Never had a bad experience with the staff nor other customers - most people are friendly and some are quirky. But overall - a decent place.

I like the laundromat. I like that someone is always on staff - except when they're not. This is the second time I've been waiting for over 40 min for them to open. Frustrating. Wasting my time. It's fairly clean but they really need to clean the gaskets on the washers. A lot of them are dirty and many of the washers smell musty. A lot of times the drys are out of order for long periods of time. This place is better than most, but they have to stop getting complacent and pay attention to cleaning and open the place at 7 or change the hours.

It still has the old school charm of a laundromat which seems like a good thing when you look at the obsolete pinball machine in the corner and get tempted to waste quarters on it. I never do wash here outside of 1$ wash days since it outdoes my buildings coin laundry and does a much better job. I can forgive the small washers for a wash that cheap especially since the dryers need only 30 min to get it pretty much completely dry.

This is my favorite laundromat. You can pay for washers/dryers with a card or coins. It is air conditioned. Has a friendly, helpful, family oriented staff that regularly cleans and they have a clean bathroom. Also has a parking lot.

This is a nice place to do your laundry. They have free wifi, a decent amount of machines and various drop off laundry services. Id like to see credit card machines for some of the bigger machines but they have a coin ATM machine which means you can get exact change so you just have to take the time to plug in all the quarters. Will continue to do my laundry here

this place arbitrarily closes on whimsy an hour early sometimes indicated only by a hand written sign on door and for no reason other than they feel like it foul especially for people who only have one day to do laundry ___________________ *modified jan, 2021 the hours have been leveled off lately. too many people refuse to work, i guess work is too difficult? in any event the hours are now varying daily but at least the same every week

We enjoy going there doing our laundry, I met some of the staff they are very nice,but this one little guy just add joy to me.his name is Chewy, his dad is pretty cool too. I call him tete baby,he just get to wagging his tail,jumping up on me.when I am there . My husband and I take him on walks with us,over to our house. Lots of machines of different sizes and prices (washers - largest is $7, triple load is $3.50; dryers - largest is $3/32 minutes, smaller ones are 25 cents/8 minutes). Clean and bright with some vending machines and seating for waiting.

Let’s start this by explaining how I come here once a month & I’ve never had this issue!!! Already running late to do laundry, as I was putting my coins in the machine, the screen clears and I had already put in at least $1.50, I just knew ... so he cane over to the machine to look, I had already started counting out the rest of the change I had left from the $20 I put in the change dispenser, minus the load I had already put in. Petty, 😂🤷🏽‍♀️ Oh well, I needed my change. So he checks the machine, and says “oh yeah” & told me “ok machines good” I said, “Thankyou” ... I walk back over and the machine is started, without me having to put in any more money!!! Machine was $8.50 for super deluxe, I only paid $1.25, I just got a $7.25 profit!!!!! ✨🤞🏾 Thankyou sir! Didn’t catch your name, but your customer service is awesome!!!!! 👏🏾👏🏾 I work in customer service so I love great customer service! He likes his job, & I can appreciate that as a paying customer.

Easy parking situation. Nice area with places nearby to grab a sandwich while the washer is running. There is always somebody at the counter. Probably the best place on the east side to do your laundry.

East Side Maytag is great! They offer a great drop off laundry service with convenient hours and a location right across the street from Alterra Coffee! You can't complain with free WIFI and a clean, safe place with tables for homework.

This is the place I come to all the time to do my laundry. $1 wash on Tuesdays Wednesdays and Thursdays. I normally to 2 loads which only cost me a total of $3.50 to wash and dry! Great deal!

So disappointing this morning. Place was supposed to open at 7:00 a.m. I left at 7:30, it was still not open. Up to now, I have had good experiences, but when you walk or travel by bus, this is a big inconvenience. Talking with another patron, he said this isn't the first time for him.
