I want to rewrite my review for the owner. This is a wonderful place to wash. When I referred the term “bums.” I meant the people who keep your laundromat dirty. This place is safe and is kept clean by a gracious gentleman I see every Monday when I wash,working hard, and keeping the place clean and tighty. This is one of the best places I have washed in the Milwaukee area. I feel the customers need to help keep the laundromat clean as well. Thank you to the owner and the man that I see cleaning and taking care of this place. I’m grateful for your services. 🙏

This place was extremely well lit and clean. The staff is very friendly, helpful and awesome! I love that the staff was amazing and attentive to everyone who came in. Knowing that someone was there to disinfect surfaces after almost every person was a pleasant surprise. This place has exceeded my expectations for cleanliness as well as safety. I will definitely be sure to come back on a regular basis.

Best laundromat around ! Clean inside and SO easy with the app ! I never have to worry about keeping cash/coins on me - just pick my machine and pay all on the app ! I am able to run a quick errand while my items are washing or drying bc the app tells me how many minutes until it is complete !

Came here with my daughter today, they gave us great customer scervice, love the chips and water they gave us! <3 can't believe such a great store has little customers! Can't wait for the future of this store <3 will be coming back from time to time to wash my clothes here. They have good machines that are ready to go although some are still Being worked on. Love the staff here too <33 gave us a free wash!

I drive way out of the way because I love this laundromat. They have newer and more effectively cleaning washers and faster dryers and I can pay by app and don’t have to worry about quarters or tokens. They had a period of time where they didn’t have staff and it was a mess in there and half the machines were down, but I go there weekly and they corrected that very rapidly which I was impressed with. Only complaint I have is one time I paid for dryer and called/emailed for refund during that period where there was not staff and never got refund for those few dollars I spent. But otherwise 10/10 will keep coming here. New Staff is always nice!

I went here Saturday morning around 730 only 1 person was here. $7 for 6 loader washer. 11 for a 9 loader. There are 10 finished dryers with clothes in them. 24 dryers total. In February there will be price change but free dryer for that month

A lot of multi-load machines; some that take either 4, 6, or 8 loads at once. No need to use multiple single load machines across the whole place. The place was nice and clean. Will go back.

Only 25 minutes for a wash. Clean place. No need for coins...but you need an app on your phone.

I’m so happy that I found this place the staff is super nice and caring. The machine are very big for things you don’t want to throw in your washer or dryer at home . This place is super clean. I already recommended this spot to my whole family. I will come back soon !!!!

What awesome customer service! That is something I'm not used to saying about a laundromat. Most laundromat, there are never any attendants and it's dirty. But the service at Clean Laundry was great and place was CLEAN!! No spilled detergent that has been sitting for who knows how long. The manager there was so helpful and nice. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome. Also the location was perfect I was able to wash several loads and then run across the ran to Target. Between the location and the staff, you can't go wrong.

I haven’t been to a laundry mat in a long time and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I wasn’t expecting the experience I had at Clean Laundry and I mean that in the best way. The whole place was impressively clean and modern looking. The staff on duty greeted everyone and made sure everything was going well. And the machines were huge to fit all your laundry in one load and efficient enough to finish each cycle within 25 minutes. I will definitely be returning here to do my bulky bedding items.

Just did my laundry here and it was a great experience! Great customer service and a very clean facility. All brand new washers and dryers so I felt as if though my clothes really got cleaned well. It was so nice that they had free washing and drying for their opening week. That really helped me out. I will definitely be returning here and have already recommended to a few people I know to check this place out.

Not too crowded. Many options to pay 1. cash to coins 2. Credit/debit to coins 3. download an app and follow instructions also tells you how much time is left on each. Also I did not know this but certain days of the week are free dry and this happened to be one of them! Could use a little upkeep with stings on the floor, but also if people would clean up after themselves...

I went a little after opening time and it was probably the most convenient, in-and-out experience I’ve had with a laundromat. I didn’t see any staff, but the “token” system is so straightforward I didn’t need any help. It’s a bit pricier but for the convenience it’s very much worth it. I think the only small issue was when I went, it was a little messy. Lots of dryer sheets scattered around the floor, garbage bags/baskets/totes here and there. Nothing terrible though, kinda the thing you’d expect at any laundromat in the city lol. I’d recommend this place over others for sure.

This was my first time at this laundromat. It was clean and being sanitized by the friendly staff the whole time I was there. They have vending machines with snacks drinks and small things of laundry detergent. The extra large washing machines (which were $7) were huge and cut my six loads down to three; including my bed linens. The dryers were extremely large and we're FREE. They except cash coins tokens and credit cards. I'd give them five stars but chose four because of seating. The only thing I'd change is adding extra seats throughout the facility because the only seats available are in the front of the laundromat. Other than that this place was great and I'll definitely be back.

I went here the other day it wasn't to busy around the time I went. As soon as I walked in I was hit with a warm welcoming. The young lady stopped what she was doing to speak to me. I believe her name was Atesha she said she was the store manager or assistant manager I am not sure which one, but she was sweet and very helpful. she even help load some of my things into the washer. I could go on about this laundry mat but you really have to see it yourself. 5 stars for how clean and nice everyone was I will be back once a week!!!!

It most certainly lived up to its name I mean the place put the clean in clean laundry . I must say the machines were very clean and the employee Brianna is very professional fast friendly and very helpful I highly recommend this laundry service if you want fast efficient friendly and clean service you go to Clean Laundry and see Brianna.!!

This is a new laundromat on Miller Parkway since it just opened yesterday washers and dryers are free until next week Saturday!!! They have the fastest washers and dryers and they're nice. I'm picky about where I wash clothes at but I just found a new place to do so. Come check them out! Very clean!

I was meaning to do my review the other day when I came in. I am new to this Milwaukee and have been coming here for a few months now and I love this place. When I came in the manager ( I dont remember her name) was filling the vending machines as soon she seen me she stopped to help me bring my things in. I don't see how she does it she had a guy talking her ear off the whole time while she filled it and still managed to talk to other customers while he still talked to her.

This place is amazing! Super clean, washers are amazing only 25 minutes to wash and 30 minutes to dry! Definitely be coming back to this location all the time while I'm in town.

Strong choice for laundry in West Milwaukee, compared to many of the older more established locales, this place was spotless and modern. Tradeoff is that with modernity comes price. Machines range from 2x-9x loads with prices increasing as sixes go up. Only pitfall was that the smallest machine is a 2x load. So those used to only needing a standard 1x load at most places that run $1-1.50, will have to pay the $3 price for smallest machine. Be sure to have enough laundry to make it worth the price. Free dryers during grand opening however made the tradeoff worthwhile on price
