The place is nice n clean nice washer and dryers but the only down fall is the dryers are 3 mins a quarter way too high.

The drop off wash n fold service is very reasonably priced. Lisa was terrific, weighing in my bag of laundry and calling me a few hours later to let me know the clothes were ready for pickup.

Hampton Inn had no guest laundry, so I found this little location and was recommended by hotel staff. New machines and dryers. Staff friendly and professional.

This facility was very convenient in location. Despite being very busy, the place was pretty clean. Staff on duty was friendly and competent. I love that the washers and dryers are numbered to help with remembering where your clothes are. The driers are also affixed with a maximum capacity lineTo help prevent overfilling.There were old style video games, soda machine and a wall of candy machines for the kids. Nice place!

Never had.an issue doing my laundry here. It's very clean and has very nice selection of washers and dryers. I myse love those huge ones n the front. The manager, Lisa is very nice and its ran very good and always clean. I'm actually going there now. Ugh I hate clothes....I'm out

Saved my butt in a pinch when my dryer at home broke! They were closing in 25 minutes when I arrived, but the owner was so kind and let me pop in fast anyway.

I made a crash pad for my daughter. Basically it's a flat bean bag for kids to run and jump on. I didn't think to the future of needing to clean it 😂 That's where Plaza Laundry came to my rescue. I asked the attendant which machine she recommended and she showed me one. I haven't used a laundromat in years, and I never used the heavy duty ones. So needless to say, I was lost. She said if it fit and wasn't too heavy, I could use whichever heavy duty machine. It didn't fit in the first one. Oops. This thing is HUGE.... Ok, so, I didn't bring enough quarters for the bigger machine. Sad face. She set it on a lower setting, and yes! I could wash my super sized bean bag crash pad. The washer worked better than my at home machine (HE front loader). It was quicker, about 15 minutes, to wash my mega diy success er failure. Both 😂 I wish I had gotten her name because I had no idea where to even start and she guided me through the entire process without judgement. I wouldn't have been able to wash the crash pad without her help. I highly recommend Plaza Laundry for all of your laundry needs.

I normally love this place but today while it's busy here half if not more washers are out of order. There is a line of people waiting and the attendant is working on her crossword. I understand there is probably not much she can do but it gives the impression that she does not care. Maybe if she was helping people locate empty washers and people who need to empty their load. I don't know. I will be back though.

Excellent customer service! The kind you dont see or get anymore. I called to see if they were open and operating and that gentleman not only answered that but also informed me they did not accept cards and the size of washers etc. Directed me to another one they owned that was open 24/7 that accepted cards and cash. Its nice to get surprised by people who work with the public and keep a respectful professional attitude. Im so pleased!

Very clean, new unit washer and dryers. Some dryers are 4mins, that seems short. Others are longer. I will return. Nice staff drop off laundry service available.

Dirty use to be ok now it's just ugh I seen some new machines but it kinda looks like a dirty daycare slash hangout slash laundry mat update: it is better then when I went into it that time..... still not the atmosphere it had years ago.... oh and I mean years...... I used to go 10 years ago then again 8 years ago it was homey and diff. Atmosphere. now its ok just not like before.

The place is very clean when amanda is working not as much on other days ive been there, had never been to laundry mat before so she was very helpful the first time trying to figure out the machines, im always happy to walk in and see her working because i know the place will be clean specifically the bathroom

Decent place to do laundry and people watch. My favorite part is the multicade machine which has lots of classic arcade games on it. Frogger was my favorite back in the day so if you stop by while I'm there, that will be me playing Frogger while I wait for my clothes to finish.
