Okay, so obviously this is a review of a laundromat, so factor that in when accounting for my star rating. As laundromats go, this one had some of the nicer/newer machines I've seen, and definitely the biggest machines I've seen. They're open 24 hours, which is a big deal. The machines I used seemed to do a decent job, even though the washer cup for the soap/bleach/softener was wonky and mislabeled. My comforter came out clean, though, which is what I came for. All the payments are done via a card which a machine dispenses to you. You can load it with cash or via credit card. No more counting out quarters! That's pretty awesome. Overall I was pleased with my experience and will come back again.

I have lived in jeffersonville for 4 years now and I'm from Louisville ..i have never had to go without my own washer and dryer before until I loved into an apartment over here and it sucks lol..but I used to go to the laudnromat on 10th street across from my apartment and I hate it .it doesn't get your clothes clean at all the only thing I liked about it os u can used a card to pay for the machines..so I was going to the one on eastern Blvd where the dryers were free but they no longer are and they seem to always be so busy u have to wait to use dryer or get a size washing machine u need.. So I found this place and I love it!!! Ive read the reviews and see people saying it's dirty and from what I see it's not!!!!! The lady at the counter this morning is very nice and very wonderful..enjoyable to chat with..its quite and not as busy so i can sit and read my book while I wait!!!!! This is definitely where ill be coming from now on!!!!!

Much better than most other laundry places in jeff. They are open 24/7 and washers and dryers work pretty well. I've never experienced any drama with the ppl there. Everyone just minds their business and does their laundry. Oldie but a goodie.

Nice, clean facility with new and well maintained machines. The only put off was the "debit cards" that you had to put money on and use to pay for the machines. Seemed like a good hook to get you to return if you had a balance on the card...

This is my go to place. Yes it is older and the floors look a little worn & the chairs are not real comfortable to sit in while you wait, but it is clean as a whistle. The woman who operates it is as nice as can be. No reason to go elsewhere.

This has to be the best laundry mat I've ever been too! The first time I went I was absolutely astounded at how clean and fast our clothes got. I washed and dried over 5+ loads of laundry in less than two hours. They also offer drop off and pick of service which is wonderful as well. I would recommend this to anyone who has to use a laundry mat or just wants they're clothes back to brand new!! If I could rate more than 5 🌟 I would!!

Great little laundromat and decently priced. The washers and dryers cut down on wash and dry times. Only took an hour and a half to finish all my laundry.

The laundry basket surprised me, no one i know likes to do laundry, but if you have to go out to do it, i'd recommend the laundry basket, the washers and dryers are well kept and the service attendant is very personable, the prices are reasonable and the facility is clean

The laundry mat is ok fairly clean. But the restroom was terrible. No toilet paper. No hand soap and a broken paper towel dispenser. In the middle of pandemic handwashing is critical. Thank goodness I had hand sanitizer.

The laundry bucket was overall pretty clean very clean for a public laundromat in a bucket it had vending machine so the concessions were good there was candy small snacks beverages there was no toilet paper in the bathroom and the paper towels were kind of scratchy my overall opinion of the laundromat bucket is it the swell place and I'll go there again I'll tell all my friends about it just because they've got ice cold $1.50 beverages they're 80 lb washer cost $8 and that's absurd I'm taking the star away

Very expensive but i have to give 3 stars because they are open 24 hours so as a hard working assistant manager no matter my schedule they are always open. They use a card system which is awesome because there is nothing worse than lugging huge amounts of quarters around just to do laundry.

LOVE the fact open 24/7!!! good place, lady in the morning/evening can be very very cool/awesome! but rude at first though!(just how she is trust me) Also if your outside and are loud I can hear/ then see you there :D

Well done. Bare bones 24/7 laundromat. Perfect. Ran into a problem tonight though. I couldn't upload money to my laundry card via credit card. Luckily, my best friend put enough money on her card with cash for both of us to wash and dry our laundry.

When this place was first remodeled and opened the owner took care of it, kept it clean, made sure the machines all worked. Now it is just kinda dirty, machines out of order, chairs broken. The dryers DO dry fast though

The Jeffersonville Location is old and kinda gross, rusty looking, the New Albany location is so much better and the staff there is so much nicer. The lady at the Jeffersonville Location kicked my laundry basket and didn't say anything to me.

The huge dryers need to last longer than 4 minutes that way you don't have to keep paying after the limited time.

Everything is fairly cheap, the washer ate my shirt, but otherwise nice place. They have an enclosed children's area which is also a plus if you have young children.

FIRST THING...I ROCK THIS PLACE ON SUNDAY'S, most times on Sunday no attendant on duty...the sign says it has someone Mon/Sat and offers drop off service...NONE ON SUNDAY'S THOUGH...😭 *****L👀K BELOW***** **This Location requires you purchase a pay card to use the machines, they don't take cash & the card will cost you $1 and is reusable**, and use the money machines to purchase the card and add funds to the card for use. Make sure you keep it for the next time...3 sizes of washers and 2 sizes of driers. 90% of machines are normally working. Only have 3 laundry baskets with wheels to move laundry from washers to driers. And limited space to fold your clothes, and bathroom is usable. As for a place to do laundry, it's ok...it's my regular spot I WILL BE ROCKIN THIS LOCATION AGAIN...I RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION....👍

Was not busy at all at the midnight hour on a Tuesday night. Love the fact that a 24 hour laundromat is available on this side of the river. Prices are reasonable and the DRYERS ARE EXCELLENT AND WILL DO THEIR JOB WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CYCLES (which equals more money and more time) only complaint would be the lack of a courtesy Wi-Fi for the customer to enjoy while they wait for their washer to time out.
