I brought 2 very elaborate ballroom dance gowns in to be cleaned and they took the time to look at every detail explaining where some stones might be a problem before proceeding. They came back flawless and perfect! They were so accommodating I am so happy with them and will not use any other dry cleaner. .

Fantastic service. The best dry cleaning and repairs and I’ve shopped around since moving here a couple of years ago. Tried at least 4 other dry cleaners. Tiffany’s is by far the best. Service is unbelievable. They call if buttons are damaged. They salvaged an old Chanel jacket that was unwearable. And their fluff and fold - sheets and duvet covers come back looking like new!!

Absolutely amazing results on the wedding dress we had them clean for us. The bottom was soiled from walking in the mountains and there were a few spots on the bodice from who knows what. It now looks brand new. I would highly recommend them for cleaning your most valuable items.

They're the best in town by a wide margin, and provide better service than cleaners even in major metropolitan cities. Exceptional cleaning and customer service. Delivery is a great option and they are perfectly reliable. They reach out if there is ever a question of how to proceed with a garment, and they do an excellent job. The owner is very engaged, caring and responsive. The delivery drivers are friendly and caring. The cleaners do an exceptional job handling everything from laundering sheets, to dry cleaning shirts, and extra care with special occasion pieces.

*** update*** this is an update to my previous review. Shortly after posting my review I received a call from the manager who advised that there were some staff out of town but they moved my embroidery to the front. Then 2-3 days later I got a call from the owner. She was very professional and was open to criticism regarding the incident. Overall I am very happy and pleased with how everything was handled at the end of the day. I am grateful to be able to one day pass on my wedding dress to one of my 4 daughters 💗 thank you again ! I was so excited to get my wedding dress cleaned and preserved. It took about 3 months which was not a big deal and the dress came back very clean. I had some rhinestones missing from the back train of my dress. That was disappointing. I also had paid extra to have my name and wedding date embroidered. I was sooo excited and when I went to pick it up they had the completely wrong year. They offered to correct for free and said it would be a week. I was not upset and waited to write this review. It has been 3 weeks and it has not been corrected or returned. Every time I call to find out I am told the manager will call me back but I never get a call. Today the front staff member hung up on me before I had a chance to finish asking my questions. I was appalled and decided to write this review instead of being patient. Think twice if you want to use them for a special occasion or memory because no one deserves this stress or bad service. I would have done 4 stars but the fact it’s been bad service on top of the mistakes warrants 2.

Both Judy & Claudia took great care of me & ensured quality care for my dress. The attention to detail is really great, as is their responsiveness & professionalism. This is THE TOP DRY CLEANERS & FUR STORAGE facility in Las Vegas & I've lived here 42 years! If you need a bridal/evening gown/beaded dresses or tops cleaned...this is the place! Honestly I’m very satisfied with the service done . I sent them 6 of my Versace leggings that are each cost $600+ So Im nervous to not get them damaged but they did a wonderful job In dry cleaning them plus they deliver to my building ! The leggings came back feeling brand new and fresh .... I will say it’s hard go call the them the numbers don’t work on google or they don’t answer but other than that they’re affordable And I’m happy . I will use them again now For sure with all my designer clothing

Tiffany's came in big for the save. My wife and I have been waiting for this house for months, and we finally got it. Under short notice and a very specific timeline, they came in and took care of everything. The nasty oven, the gross refrigerator, the shower that had NEVER been cleaned filled with calcium, and they made it all look brand new. I cannot emphasize how happy I am, and specifically how happy my wife is going to be when she sees our new clean home. Seriously guys, you made it all workout. I wish I could give a 10 start review.

Hi there, I just want to say thank you so much!!!! I brought in my long black dress jacket that had a lot of lint on it for you guys to shave off. The jacket was so full of lint that honestly there is no way that I could have ever worn it again because it looked horrible. At first I called around to see if anybody could fix it and most places did not have the machine to do that. But you guys did so I brought it in. I could not believe the results. My jacket looks brand new again!!!!!! Also, my jacket came back pressed and all the buttons were sewed on tightly since most of them were falling off. I just couldn’t believe it. I never even asked them to do that. That should have been an extra charge but it was all done for free. All I had to pay was $10 for the service to shave off all the lint. I just can’t believe the professionalism!!!!!! They are perfectionists!!!!! If you have any garment that is really special and you need to be taken care of properly. Please do not hesitate to bring all your garments here. They will treat it as if it is 24 karat gold!!!! Definitely the best cleaners ever!!!!!!!!!!

Being new to the area, I tried another cleaner before I started going here and they returned my shirts to me dirty. I dont have all designer clothes but I have enough that I appreciate a cleaner that takes care of my clothes. Tiffany's always returns my clothes in great condition and I even took an alteration there recently and that turned out really well. A little pricey but you get what you pay for.

Best dry cleaners in town. All my cloths are luxury clothing so it is very important to me I am able to bring my cloths to a dry cleaners knowing they will be taken care of with no mistakes. I've had interactions with the morning shift and the afternoon shift and I have had the best experience with the afternoon shift. The morning lady seemed to not take my needs into consideration and didn't seem to be engaged in the customer service experience. I decided to drop some garments with the lady that works the afternoon. Debbie was exceptional! She was very nice and very professional. I will no longer deal with anyone but Debbie. Tiffany Couture's needs more employees like Debbie and the current ones need to learn from her.
