This laundromat is clean and reliable. I have been going here for many years now and the machines are good and the location is favorable. It does get crowded from late afternoon to early evening. However it is very reasonable cost wise and I haven't found a better laundromat in that area so if one is nearby then I recommend The Washtub.

The staff cares very much about the cleanliness of the location. Always making sure machines are wiped down and constantly picking up. Tip: They are always busy late morning/early afternoon so a lot of machines are in use.

I've used this laundromat before, and it was fine. Usually a little crowded, but the prices are good. However, I just had the most annoying experience. Their website and the sign on their front window says they close at 11pm with the last load at 9:30pm. I call at 8:30pm to double check the last load time, and they confirm, 9:30pm. I had to run and do some things, so I wanted to be sure. Then I arrive at 9:15pm, and the doors are locked, and the "closed" sign is up. People are inside finishing their laundry. The guy behind the counter sees me try the door and ignores me. I wouldn't be so annoyed by this, but I *just* called to check! Went to a different laundromat, probably won't be back.

I've been doing my laundry around Vegas now for a few months. Some places are nice, but costly. Some places are inexpensive, but poorly maintained. This is the Goldilocks laundromat. I imagine it makes sense to go during off hours because even early morning it was already popular, but there's a reason for that...it's clean, the machines are effective and in working order, it's quiet and seems safe, and the Asian grocery next door is A+ for visiting while your clothes are in the dryer. I'm genuinely looking forward to returning, and that's a first for me and Valley laundries. Highly, highly recommended.

It's a small laundromat with a lot of Nike machine shoes are clean it's organized it's safe the machines actually work just wanted you out but that's irrelevant they have large machines that handle rugs your blankets stuff like that they also have a cleaning deposit for you very well small wall area but it's got big heart and a lot of vending machine party tables that he said I'm very special to us and I've been using this to the police about 10 years on that's friendly and you know the problems they have no problem giving you your money back and or adjusted in the scenes from five stars

I went around 10 a.m. and was able to get right in to use washers and dryers. Everything was in good working order. There were a few coin operated video games, too, which is nice for kids. Bathroom and coin machines available for customer use. I would be happy to go back.

I drop off my laundry for wash and fold here and this place is absolutely great! Always clean, do an excellent job with all my items, reasonably priced and always provide exceptional customer service. I’ve tried a few other similar services in the Valley and was underwhelmed. Washtub Laundromat is a bit of a drive for me but it’s totally worth it. Thanks guys, you’re the best!

Went mid morning and they are very busy. Two attendants constantly wiping things down. Very clean. I forgot my detergent and they sell small bottles of detergent that thankfully weren’t too horrendous for perfume. Definitely will go here again when in the Vegas area.

I used to love coming here but for a while now it's been a headache. Seems no matter what day or time I come here there is this same couple here with their 3 little kids. They don't mind the kids so they're running around and crying and screaming constantly. You would think at least one parent would maybe stay home and watch the kids. But no. They whole screaming crying gang has to be here running around in everyone's way.

Place is always clean machine are Great I wash my California King comforters there and I am very pleased with how clean they come out, I hope who reads this can adjust the dryer’s time make them hotter so that they dry the comforters a little better otherwise the people who work there are amazing they are always washing down the machines and cleaning out the lint traps to the dryers. This place is right where it was last time, although the BigLots store closed the and sign I used for navigation is gone too. South-East corner of Spring Mountain and Decatur. Lot of Asian restaurants and a grocery make passing the time easy. Prices also still the same: $3 for a 3x washer, 24 minutes, and it handles a Cal King comforter. They also have 1x, 2x, 3x, Mega, and Jumbo, but I didn't catch the prices. Dryer is $.25 for units of 8 minutes. (Mine took 24 minutes and was slightly damp in the center. Flip it around mid-way: the machine will restart when you press START!) Quarters only, but they have a change machine. WARNING: the coin slots are in the middle, with dryers above and below. ALSO be sure to select a temperature. Medium was just right for me. Arcade for the kids, Massage chairs in the back, but bring extra wipes as they are full-contact from ankles to neck. 10-12 regular chairs for watching TV or reading. Bathroom clean. TV on a neutral talk show channel. Plenty of carts to roll wet clothes to the dryer. Most will not go outside due to anti-theft frames, so once you lug everything inside, you're good to go. AC working just fine; it was 96 degrees outside. The only drawbacks: some lady with her cell phone music made it hard to hear the TV, and some other lady with her dog. A No-Speaker-Phone and No-Pets policy would be nice.

I'm impressed with this place. Obviously, if you live in Vegas, the struggle is real! Especially if need to find a laundromat to do your laundry! The machines are nice & maintained. I love the front loaders with three different sizes & prices. I've never rated a company before. But, this one deserves it!

This place is great. Family friendly. Working machines. One time a machine broke and it was replaced in less than a week. I’ve met 2 employees here so far, both were nice and considerate. One time he even helped me carry my baskets of laundry to my car. I have not yet used their dry cleaning services.

Been going here for the last year & it has served us well. They try to keep it pretty clean, they could do with some remodeling. They do offer dry cleaning. Washer range from small to big & dryers work pretty dang well. $2,$3,$4 washer loads. 25cents for 7 mins of drying

We have been on the road for two years and find ourselves in a different laundromat every 10 days or so. I often pick our stops based on Google reviews. The Washtub ranks among the best laundromats we’ve visited. While the overall appearance of the place may be tired, it was clean, the machines were great and very competitively priced, they had unlocked bathrooms available, and there was decent WiFi. Having not one but two friendly and attentive employees (one may have been the owner) is almost unheard of.

Great friendly service. I'm not sure what to expect to pay for detergent, fabric softener and fabric sheets at other places but here the charge was $2 for supplies that would take care of 4 loads. Ended up chatting with a cute lady there too.

Why didn't my clothes have any smell on them as if they didn't get washed?? You could see all of that soapy water but yet it left all of my clothes with no smell, what is up with that? I think even 2 or 3 of my clothes came out smelling funny. Anyone??

I've been coming to this place since I was a little kid. Always has great service and clean machines that always work. They have games for kids and massage chairs and also free WiFi. If you need help They have attendants who are always more than happy to help and the owner is a very nice very humble man. i would really recommend this place. Even if you don't have time to do your laundry they have Dry cleaning and Fluff and fold service.

Very accommodating laundry facility. We did our fluff and fold drop-offs here. If you take it early enough (9am at latest) they turned around our stuff same day. Awesome!! My clothes are cleaned and don't smell of the heavy detergent some laundry mats use when you do fluff and fold. Very happy with our experience.

Machines work and I enjoy the massage chairs while waiting. I don't know why people say it's clean here. I often have to wipe down machines before I use them. Workers are nice enough, so I'm guessing they are just to busy.

This place is ghetto fabulous! Forget about new school washers and dryers with the magnetic card stripes! Blah! This place will let you do your laundry the old fashioned way... with coinage! Not only that, you'll have some dignity after leaving. You won't feel like you've been molested by a washing machine, because of the reasonable prices. Put on your grungiest duds and rock out like a local while you wash your goods for the full Vegas experience. There's even a mini arcade for the kiddos and they don't charge to use the restroom! Can you believe it?!

Wow, the gentleman working Thursday evening opened the door for me while I carried in my clothes. Awesome! After my clothes were washed I was trying to figure out how the dryer worked and he came over and explained it to me. Great service. They are da best!!! Treat yoself right and go here. Plenty of washers of all sizes. The jumbo one was only $4. What?!?! A jumbo dry load only took 24-32 minutes, so under a dollar cause 8 minutes per quarter. There's even a bathroom to use and a mini arcade to play. Walk next door and there's an affordable Vietnamese grocery store Dddoppe. Thanks guys

I’m from out of town, and this is my go-to laundromat in Vegas. It’s out of the way compared to most, but reliable, affordable machines are worth the trip every time. Lots of Double, Triple and Maxxi machines, $2.25, $3.25, & $4.25 respectively (2023) Large, efficient, HOT dryers. Typically $1.50 to completely dry a full double load. Staff are friendly and helpful, change machine and ATM onsite. Restroom for customers. Soap, bleach, fabric softener available for purchase $1 each (2023) Highly recommended.

Bisher 3 mal im Urlaub genutzt. Wäsche Vormittags abgegeben und am selben Tag noch abhollen können. Wäsche von einer Woche bekommt man für ca 12 USD komplett ohne Aufwand sauber, trocken und zusammengelegt zurück. Für einen kleinen Aufpreis kann die Wäsche farblich getrennt gewaschen werden. 1 Stern Abzug, da ich ein etwas sensibleres Kleidungsstück angegeben habe, dass genau wie alles andere gewaschen wurde. Das ging entsprechend schlecht für besagtes Kleidungsstück aus, allerdings habe ich auch nicht extra etwas dazu gesagt. Kommunikation ist auf Englisch je nach Angestellten, denn man erwischt in Ordnung bis schwer. Grundsätzlich habe ich es aber immer irgendwie geklärg bekommen. Parkplätze sind sehr viele vorhanden, direkt ums Eck kann man auch sehr gut japanisches Essen genießen. Fazit: Ich werde auch in den nächsten Jahren in Vegas auf das selbst waschen verzichten und meine Kleidung hier abgeben. (Translation) So far 3 times used on vacation. Laundry delivered in the morning and on the same day still can. One week laundry you get for about 12 USD completely without effort clean, dry and folded back. For a small extra charge, the laundry can be washed in separate colors. 1 star deduction, since I have a more sensitive garment stated that was washed just like everything else. That went accordingly bad for said garment, but I have not said anything extra. Communication is in English depending on the staff, because you get in order to hard. Basically, I always got it clarified somehow. Parking lots are available, right around the corner you can also enjoy very good Japanese food. Conclusion: I will do in the next few years in Vegas to do the self-washing and my clothes here.
