The only washer that was available was literally FULL of animal hair!! Good thing I had just bought some Clorox wipes. My only other complaint was that the table at the back was SOOOO dirty! I'm wondering if it gets cleaned at all!! I used approximately 7 Clorox wipes and they just kept turning almost black! I'm sorry, but that place does harbor quite a few homeless people (I talked to one that came out of the bathroom - tweekin out!). But......the lady that worked there was so sweet!

Today Tuesday September 7th at 8:40 p.m. I attempted to walk into the laundromat that I have been coming to since I moved here in 2018. Immediately upon entering the laundromat I was verbally confronted by the employee, ( a mid 20s female with braids), I have dealt with her before. I had one basket containing two uniforms, and four towels. I was told that I cannot use the washers because she did not want to stay. My uniform, and my wife's uniform cannot be dried. When I stated that last wash was 9:00 she got even more upset, and began to be even ruder toward me. I have never had this problem at this place before we come there because it is clean and the staff is courteous. I live by the south point casino.

Cleanest laundromat ive ever used- besides my own when i had 1. The staff works hard to keep it clean and customers are happy. Feel safe and welcome every time im there even tho the area has been deemed dangerous and scary. The staff and owners are very aware of the patrons and look out for them as if they were family. I will wash clothes at this establishment before considering another until i have my own amenities to use. A big THANK YOU AND APPRECIATION TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AND ITS EMPLOYEES! Carmen...love you woman! You are an amazing person and friend- besides that- works her behind off- give this woman a raise!!

Went there for the first time and it was nice and clean... Lol... For a laundry mat... But for real it was clean the machines did it's job. The guy working that day was very polite and respectful and kept going around to make sure that you are doing ok with everything. The bathroom was being used by some people that left it dirty, very quick did the guy come and cleaned it off!! I do perhaps wish that the dryer time would be a bit more/.25

Prices are fair. Employees are present and courteous. Vending machines are a very fair price. Change machine works! The only thing I wish was extended more are the hours. I work swing and sometimes grave. I have to walk about 20 mins with a cart and if I don't have items in the washers by 8pm, i can't do my wash until the next day and with the summer heat approaching, it's sometimes difficult.

This place has really stepped it up over the past few years. The previous owner cleaned it up real good and the current owner has had it maintained very well. TVs to watch while u wait. It's a little small and gets too crowded at times but, it is what it is. I'll leave and come back if it's that bad. Attendants are friendly and pleasant.

Most of the time I have my baby with me when I come here and there is a female attendant who will always offer me help! She has held the door for me, she has taken my laundry from my car to the washers and she has taken it from inside to my car and waited for me to load my baby in the car and laundry to take my basket back in for me. I really try to be that super mom that doesnt need help, but theres been times where I have done this on my own and it can be a struggle. The help she has given me isnt part of her job, she goes above and beyond.. I dont know her name but I'm truly thankful for the help she has provided on numerous occasions! Thank you!
