I don't know if ownership has changed, or owner decided to be hands on, but I believe the place to be better than it was a couple of years ago. The gentleman I see in there now is always maintaining/cleaning the place. He doesn't smile much, but watching people miss use your property isn't much to smile about. If you live in this area I would say a must use. Started to use tis laundrymatt because own apartment laundrymatt is useless and expensive for what they offer.
