Stayed at the Golden Nugget. Called and recieved easy instructions on what to do. Driver showed up and took my laundry and let me know when he'd return. Clothes were folded and he even returned loose items left in the pockets. CANNOT recommend this service enough 10/10 AMAZING SERVICE!!!

You can come do laundry whenever you want. Have the place to yourself before 8am. Only downside is if the attendants aren’t here you won’t have access to the laundry carts (bring your own) or the bathroom. Besides that I love getting here early and having my choice of machines!!!

We stayed at Mandalay Bay and needed a lot of clothes washed before heading to the Grand Canyon, but didn’t want to pay high hotel prices. Found Express Laundry Services on line before our trip and called them in advance to make sure they were a legit business and that this would work out for us so we could plan our packing. They actually answered the phone and explained that I could leave my dirty clothes at the Bell stand in the lobby and they would pick up before 10am and return that same day. The morning I wanted my laundry done, I called at 6:15am and again they answered the phone. They picked up laundry around 8:30am at the Bell desk and texted me. Returned it to Bell desk around dinner time and texted me again. I left $40 for them in the suitcase with the laundry. Everything was cleaned, dried and neatly folded, and I got my suitcase back with zero issues. Super easy, super responsive, nice people. Highly recommend!!

Wow. I'm so pleased and impressed by the services I received. I've used drop off and pick up at places in Philly, but I've never tried a pickup/drop off service. They made everything so easy, and comfortable. The level of customer service was outstanding. The price was perfect for the services I received. I'll definitely use Express Laundry Services again.

Wonderful service! I am staying at the red rock resort in Las Vegas and I desperately needed my clothes washed and delivered the same day. Express Laundry Services exceeded my expectations. Not only did they get the job done in a short period of time with very little notice, the price was very reasonable. Also, I was impressed with their professionalism. This was my first time using a delivery service and I was a lil nervous cause you’re putting your belongings into the care of a stranger. But I worked with Fernando and he was a amazing! The service was amazing pick up, and same day delivery at most. I loved it!! My clothes are neatly folded and it’s just all around amazing. I have 3 babies at home, work and go to school, so this really helped me so much! I loved the communication. Will definitely be using this service again! Thank you!!

Amazing amazing amazing!!! Did our laundry for less than an Uber ride on a Friday in downtown Vegas. Owner operator has a killer beard to boot. We will always use them going forward

I am new to the area and don’t yet have a washer/dryer. I searched for laundromats and Express Laundry came up as a pickup/delivery service. I called and spoke with Hernando and he was very professional and courteous and explained their services. This is a private company and they use only their machines, which means they know what goes in, not like a laundromat - who knows what goes in their machines? They arrived on time for pickup, provided with with quote by text (I had a lot of clothes, towels, blankets). I felt the price was very fair for the amount of laundry. Laundry was returned the same day neatly folded and still warm! This service was exceptional! I am already booked for two weeks out! Highly recommend. 😁

Amazing company. I had just arrived from a cross-country move to find my in-unit laundry was down. Even though it was a Friday night, Fernando still found room for me in the schedule for a pickup the following day and returned everything perfectly folded later on. Customer service is excellent- lots of communication!! They really came through for me when I was in a panic. I would definitely use them again for regular service, and will be using them for dry cleaning. Would 100% recommend!!

Edited this review a few times. The owner was happy to explain the situation that caused my disgruntled feeling. I will continue to use this service. As soon as I can I will be removing the screenshot. Please disregard all negativity I previously posted. The review below still stands to be true. Laundry service is arguably the most slept on service ever. I have always hated doing laundry. Express Laundry made my laundry experience so amazing. I requested a quote at 3am and had a response by 6am. The manager Eric coordinated everything perfect. He picked my laundry up at 10am and I had my clothes perfectly cleaned and folded by 2pm. The entire time I was kept in contact with and although at first I was nervous about giving my clothes away rest assured I am no long nervous. I will be using this service again as they are phenomenal people, the clothes are clean and my expectations were blown out of water. I hope this company thrives and I'll definitely be doing my part to keep them in business. If the owner reads this review please give Eric a raise. Thank you!!

As a busy mom of 4 laundry is always brushed off to the last minute I mean who wants to go to a laundromat with 4 little ones. I googled some same day pick up laundry and came across this one. Yes I was skeptical because someone else would be touching my clothes and what not. Well I got over that fear and decided to send a message within 5 minutes I got a response I can't remember his name but he was great. I than got a text from the driver with his ETA. When he showed up he was professional and explained how the process worked since I've never used a service like this before. Through out the day they kept me posted and even got my clothes back the same day. The price was fair. Only thing i wish was different is I like my clothes smelling good with softener which didn't. It wasn't a big deal though since they were so kind to do a same day with no notice. I'll definitely be using them again and the price was decent.

I was drowning in laundry and need a sort of reset button, I contacted Express Laundry and they sent some one out the following morning. It was reasonably priced and service was great. The laundry smelt amazing and was folded so neatly. I have used their services about 4 times now and I will be continuing to do so.

Fantastic business. I would definitely use their services again or recommend to others who are looking to have their laundry done. We just came from a camping trip and they went above and beyond to help us get the campfire smell out of our clothing. The fact that they came to our hotel to pick up, and delivered when the laundry was done is also a plus. They were absolutely professional and very responsive when I had question. After a random internet search I found this company, and with a few hours notice they were at my doorstep picking up nearly 300lbs of clothing. They responded in a timely manner, immediately told me what the price would be before they started on my clothes and kept constant communication throughout. The service was so needed and the quality was amazing they I literally can almost cry writing this review because they were such a great help, if you’re looking for a laundry service, don’t hesitate to reach out to them, you will NOT be disappointed!

We used these guys at random. Our flight was cancelled out of Vegas and we were out of clothes. They picked up everything from our hotel. Everything was washed, dried, folded, and packed up real nice before being delivered back to our hotel. They even left it with the bell desk and let us Venmo for payment! 10/10 will use again, as we are in Vegas about six times a year.

They picked up our laundry and delivered the clean stuff to the hotel so we could enjoy our vacation instead of spending a couple hours at the laundromat. I paid $90 for a large trash bag full of clothes and 5 or so items of dry cleaning. Delivery and pickup included.
