I had a very delicate / intricate wedding dress that came back from another cleaner in worse shape than when I left it—a bizarre orange stain and some ripping of the skirt. I worked directly with the owner, Patrick, who came to check out the dress and see what could be done. It was delivered back to me 2 days later in fabulous condition! He figured out and treated the mysteriously caused orange stain and it was a pleasure working with him and his team. Highly suggest! It’s worth the cost to have your luxury garments treated with delicacy and care.

This is the best dry cleaner in Vegas. They clean so well, the soap doesn’t leave any weird perfume smell, and the woman who does the alterations has done an amazing job on several of my designer pieces. I’ll never go anywhere else.

This place did an awesome job with a special request that I had with my Dry cleaning and alterations. I had to get ready for a wedding that I totally forgot about till 2 days before! Me being so short I had to get my suit altered and cleaned in less then 48 hours. Crystal cleaners pulled through with the request! Thanks again and i promise next time I won't wait last minute lol!

They did some cleaning and alterations on my Tory burch dresses and they came out perfect! Thanks guys and I will definitely be coming back!

The only place in Vegas with a 24/7 drop off service! I work late and don't make it on time to drop off my clothes, but with the 24/7 service you can't go wrong! Also note they are eco friendly.

I came in and they were closed they reopened for me so I could come in and get my sports jacket that was severely destroyed with bleach, they fixed the jacket, looks like brand-new, unbelievable service ... anybody that goes out of their way to open up a store even when it's closeed to help me I take very seriously and I really appreciate.
