If you are like me and don't have time to go to the laundromat yet their fluff and food option. Reasonably priced, Clothes come out clean and smell amazing. They take great care in folding your laundry too. Staff is great and remembers how you like your laundry.

I’m giving this place a 3 star because one it’s a Clean laundromat I’m say that. the lady Tina & the Hispanic man that works there is a nice workers the other black dark skin lady is not! she needs to work on her customer Service skills the laundromat is extremely hot! It’s make no Sense how hot it is inside of a laundry mat when the laundromat is in a place like Las Vegas that’s 104° outside it’s feels like 120 inside it shouldn’t say air conditioning outside on the window but when you walk in it feel like freakin heat is on the owner needs to get that fixed asap

Excellent service! Very professional! Laundry picked up and delivered promptly. Laundry folded and packed neatly. VERY friendly and polite staff especially from Ms. Shantell who is usually the one there when I come do my laundry and always goes above and beyond, they are willing to listen to all concerns. It's good. But is small. So if you don't like to be saying excuse me all the time, don't come. The very good thing is that, is very good for those who work a lot. You could bring it here and they will wash it for you and fold your clothe, and they will put it inside a bag. It depends how much lbs. They'll charge you.

Fantastic service.. used AJS for laundry whilst staying at a local well known hotel in Vegas. due to the excessive costs the hotel was charging for laundry service.. AJS collected ,washed dried and delivered back to me folded in less than 6 hours.. same day service!!! AJS.. you are by far the best service provider I've found in the U.S by far. Excellent!!! The place was super clean and organized but with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Love this service. They are reliable and do a good job. Even money I left in jeans was put inside plastic container when they dropped my clothes off. The only thing I would improve is if they could iron button up shirts and hang them instead of folding them. They offer dry cleaning but it would be too costly to do that for the all Hawaaian aloha shirts. They don't need to be dry cleaned but they get wrinkly after folding them. Other than that I would highly recommend this service for people on the go! ) side note.. they are able to get smells out of clothes that I was not able to in prior loads... so Kudos to them!

In town for two weeks and just needed to wash some clothes. Area is a little run down, but the laundromat is clean with lots of washers and dryers and pricing is good. They also have pay by phone option which is fantastic!! Everyone was super nice as well. Would definitely come back.

Down in Vegas, the hotel we stayed in didn't provide laundry service. Found Aj's laundry services and we absolutely luv it. 8.32 pounds of clothes cost is$12.45 to have them do our clothes. Thank you Aj's laundry. I'm from seattle and this is amazing!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 star at AJ'S! I would have given 100/100. The AJ'S Laundry Star is the place to be for all your laundry needs. Search no further!! Every time I came here, I am greeted and welcomed by a friendly and very helpful staff. The owners are extremely professional and they take the time to make sure their customers are taken care of, and most importantly, happy. They are actually involved in every load/wash or dry. They want to make sure things are done well and their customers are truly happy with the service that they receive. People can come and do their own laundry but the staff actually helps with no extra charge. It's like having a free dry cleaning. Did I mention how clean is the place? Extremely CLEAN! sanitation and disinfecting is used throughout the day after every wash or dry for every individual. There is also a Wi-Fi and TV to watch while you wait for your laundry. It's a WIN for sure!

So I went to do laundry at my apartment complex last night. We have two laundry rooms. Sadly both rooms have been taken over by homeless people. One rooms machines had feces and urine inside. The other room smelled of urine and it was unclear if the machines had been compromised. Even if the complex cleans up I will never trust or use the machines. So I spent a lot of time researching for a laundromat last night. I was very impressed when I read about the sanitation available here. In this era of Covid-19, one simply can't be to careful. There are many places very close to my apartment. But none of them looked or seemed to offer what AJ's has. So this morning I came over to try everything out. It's not a huge business and there's not a lot of space to move around. I'm a big woman and hate getting in the way of others. But it isn't so uncomfortable that it would stop me from entering. The staff seems very friendly. I completely missed the HUGE board with information on how to use the machines. I'm sure the staff must tire of people asking for help. Yet despite this I was treated very, very well. They also have plenty of laundry supplies to purchase here. Not generic brands, Tide, Gain, Bounce, and more. Now the machines. I didn't run to the bank for cash and refuse to pay atm fees. AJ''s has an app that can be used to solve this problem. It was extremely convenient to use the app and save myself from out of network atm fees. At first I was disappointed that they didn't have single load machines. I fortunately had 2 loads of whites and 2 loads of colors. They have machines that hold 4 loads. I paid for the heavy load and extra rinse. So two loads cost $11. This is slightly higher than other places. But no other place offers you the ability to sanitize each machine before you wash!! I'd be happy to pay more just for this feature. The dryers are very reasonable as well. Another great thing is they offer loyalty points!! First time here and I already had enough points to dry one load for free. So the loyalty points more than offset any additional costs here. But again I can't put a price on the peace of mind knowing my clothes are being cleaned in completely sanitized machines!! So over its worth traveling a bit farther and paying a bit more to come here. I feel so much better knowing that my clothes are being cleaned in sanitized machines. Next to having my own machines, this will be my only laundromat. Thank you so much for providing a wonderful, safe, clean, and friendly place to clean my clothes. Blessings to all of you at AJ's.

I love love love this laundromat, I'm never going to another one ever again. My clothes felt so soft and haven't ever come out this clean coming out of the washer. The washers are so amazing, they use UV technology to help clothes get a really deep clean. All machines are brand new and the staff is so nice and helpful 😊 if I could give it more stars I would.

Contactless Experience , updated equipment to help make it a positive visit. Pay with the app on the spot. The staff friendly and professional the late shift attendant attentive and friendly. No need to bring your own soap or bleach as you could aquire these here at reasonable prices. Machines are newer than most in other places and their fluff and fold most attractive in the area. I highly recommend .

I don’t review too often so that should say something. I have never used a laundromat prior to AJ’s. I have gone to this laundromat twice and enjoyed both times. The owner Adrian is very hands on and welcoming! He saw me struggling to bring my load in and took it upon himself to bring my basket in. Cándido had helped me the previous visit when he saw me struggling to put the detergent in the machine (nothing wrong with the machine, I am just short). Initially, I had visited one laundromat prior to this one and it was so old and run down. I refused to wash in any of those machines. Then, the reviews led me here (about a 10 minute drive) and it has been worth it each time. It is always clean and tidy in here which is nice and the prices are good. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Definitely will continue supporting this business! Thanks Adrian and staff!

Clean , organized and good prices! I have never seen anyone complaining or having any issues. I’ve talked to the owner before and must say he provides good customer service skills! I’ve had an issue with staff and the way they approached me and touching my belongings so I will not be going back . However I encourage anyone to give this place a try! I’m sure she doesn’t have the same attitude with everyone else.

I was on a 2 week trip to Vegas and needed to do laundry. This was the highest rated around my area and I have to agree. The place is clean, the machines are new with reasonable prices and the young lady that was working was very sweet and friendly. I'm not sure about extra services as I only needed the basic wash and dry, but for what I needed it did the job.

Just downsized from a house to a mobile home & wasn't thrilled( to say the least) with the tiny overpriced machines in the parks laundry room so I started researching a "go to" laundry spot. Was very happy with my online pick! Great NEW machines,large load machines to make a lot of laundry get finished quickly, good prices, & very helpful friendly attendant! WiFi, snack machine & drink machine ( with healthy choices included inside), & large screen t.v. playing music videos an added bonus! Definitely will be making this my laundry spot!

Did not have access to the laundry room at house for an extended period of time. We considered ourselves lucky in that AJ's is just around the corner. The facility and machines are maintained clean. Staff is always available to assist.

Wow it's difficult to impress me, but that they did! Customer service - 10/10 (Employee checked to make sure everything was going well, asked how I was doing, and gave me a free bag to hold my clothes) Time- 9/10 (Spent only 40 minutes total including Wash and dry ! I fit 2 large bags of clothes in one machine and split between 3 dryers (24 min wash cycle and 16 min for each drying machine simultaneously) Price : 9/10 (Was able to fit all my clothes inside a large load that was only $3.25 then I spent total $1.50 drying all my clothing! ) Cleanliness/over-all experience - 10/10 !!! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LAUNDROMAT to the community! Will be back soon :)

I am traveling and happened to get a couple things a little too dirty! Popped in here to do a quick wash. The machines are very clean and very efficient. The dryers (even the smaller ones) are so big that my small load of laundry was dry in 15 minutes! So it cost me $4 to wash and dry my clothes in about 50 minutes. While it was washing I went to the diner beside it for breakfast. Worked out perfectly!

This is the BEST laundromat in town!!!!! Doing laundry isn't the most exciting thing to do throughout the week. However, the owner goes above and beyond to ensure that every experience is an enjoyable one. The washer and dryers here are the most efficient machines I've ever used. They are very up to date and offer many options to meet the needs of the community. The staff is friendly and always make me feel welcome. I know when I come it will be clean, decorated to compliment the season, lively music, and most importantly for me greeted with a smile. They have had raffles and reward programs to give back to their customers. There are Happy Hour Specials available tue-thurs 7am-11am. Free detergent is provided upon need or your request. The owner is always keeping me informed or any changes or promotions. I can assure you any changes that are made have been in the customer's best interest. He has run his business from the perspective of the customer experience. Thank you so much for your quality service. I feel at home everytime I come.

I was looking for a laundry place to wash my bed covers and thick blankets. Came across this place. It is amazing. As soon as I approach the door..they helped me by opening door. They are very professional, but most of all the place is amazing...all sizes in the washing machines and dryers. They also always keeping the place clean and always disinfect the machines. Something I have not seen in other laundry places. Definitely coming back. The cleanest place to do your laundry and professional personnel that help you in anyway possible. This is by far the BEST laundry mat in the area and I recommend everyone to go there. They just reopened in the same center that had a old lavenderia (it was horrible! Old machines and no AC!). They just reopened this one and the machines and interiors are spotless and SO clean. All the machines are brand new and they did a wonderful job with all my clothes and blankets. Candido, the older Cuban gentleman working there is wonderful and was so helpful! I highly recommend AJ’s Laundry Star to everyone!

AJ's is the best. It's so clean and comfortable. Everyone is super nice and helpful. My partner and I both have medical conditions that flare up pretty bad sometimes, and it's wonderful to be able to use the wash, dry, fold service during those times and it's amazingly affordable to do. AJ's Laundry Star just recently opened by Desert Inn and McLeod. It's a very nice and clean laundromat and everything is new. Me and my family have done laundry here twice so far and no complaints, our clothes turned out great after every load. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable. Theres a small children's play area in the corner, as well as a snack and drink vending machine, ATM, and they offer free WiFi which is great lol. They have a special for using the dryer machines for free until September 11th and will be having other specials throughout the year. Ask about a punchcard so when you visit the 11th time, you get any 1 wash load for free. The owner is really nice as well and he seems to care greatly about how customers feel about the place. He makes sure everything is clean and things are going well. It's a cute, small place and definitely worth coming here to do laundry. Stop by next time if you need to do laundry.

Very clean,new mashines. They have UV cleaning system for their water. UV light kills everything so your cloths smells very clean. Seems like they use filter water so cloths feels much cleaner and soft. Attendant very nice,helpful and he keep cleaning. Price is the same rest of the laundrymats around the town so extra filters and UV ligh system dosnt cost u extra. I found my new regular laundrymat...

UPDATE~~ I know that the owner is very involved in his business and cares deeply about his customers. Sometimes things fall through the cracks and it's okay. My review was up for a short amount of time, LESS THAN AN HOUR!! And the owner was able to resolve my issue and assure me that my service will continue as impeccably as I had experienced in the past. Like I said, you guys are perfect! The service is very efficient and helpful. The clothes come back clean and nicely folded. Still, what would make my experience better is if I could get back my items each time. My bags have still not been returned to me. Still, I keep buying new ones and paying for this laundry service. I even have paid up to $16 for not reaching the $35 minimum for an order, WHICH I didn't mind. I just feel like, how am i paying all this money, but I am disappointed each time I get my clothes back? I feel like I am bothering the employee each time I call, as they assure me it will be sent back the next time. It doesn't. There have been times i call and a young man answers and he is super nice. But other times, it's like darn sorry I'll call back later! I bought hampers and laundry bags to use those, not to have my clothes returned in trash bags. If my hampers are gone, please just compensate me for them and we will be square. Don't leave me out in the dark. I seriously considered buying a washing machine bc of this. Again, the service would be better if you showed you cared about your customers a little bit more. It's been weeks. The receipt even has a note on it, where I am clearly begging for my bags back. It's the principle. This service is supposed to make things easier.
