Just used The Laundry Co for the first time and it will not be the last! What fabulous service! Heidi was so nice and quick to respond to questions I had. My wash was picked up at my door, laundered, and returned to me the next day. And with more care than I ever put into it! I'm usually cramming it back in my bags and running for the bus. lol But look at these cute little bundles, folded and tied up all neat!! I don't have laundry facilities at my place and loathe schlepping it on the bus. What a time suck. So glad to have found The Laundry Co!! 😃

I'm young but have fallen on my stairs twice now and decided to get laundry pickup and drop-off to avoid doing it again while carrying my laundry. The service is amazing and they have been so kind to pick up and return my clothes to the third floor, even checking in to make sure it's being brought up. No judgement at all and I really feel like they go the extra mile. Every interaction I've had with staff when calling in or changing dates has been responsive, helpful, and pleasant. Could not recommend them more highly!

The Laundry Co did an amazing job. It is expensive but it is excellent. To quote my DIL "They are awesome, they even match our socks!" The owners are so friendly and go above and beyond to help...they treated us like family.

My team mates ordered laundry pickup and delivery service for me when my husband was battling his second case of head and neck cancer. This was the best gift I could have received. In a tough time, I sent off all my copious amounts of bedding, cloths, etc... and it was returned to me the next day. It was obvious from personal interactions, everything arrived beautifully folded tied with ecru twine, and often my name artfully written on a tag that they cared about my stuff and us. I continued to use the service until my husband was able to help with his own laundry. I am going to miss them... I am okay at putting things in the washer and dryer but I hate folding! Thank you all so much for being part of our recovery.

We used this service while our home was under renovation and we did not have a washer/dryer in house. It was extremely convenient. They picked up laundry from our home and delivered it washed and wonderfully well folded the next day. Would use again.
