Neicy WebbThe best laundromat I had used. It is privately owned super clean and friendly staff. I was greeted by Ms Darlene who was just wonderful, she makes you feel welcomed. If this is your first time you will receive a small tide detergent, they have laundry bags for $3 . The laundromat doesn't have a drink machine or TV but those things are coming soon. Washer are $2 for 28 mins and $1.50 for 40 mins this place is a gem.
Alexa FuhrmanFriendly staff, great hours, brand new GE appliances, working space and kids area, and clean clean clean! You can use their app to pay for your laundry and also track the progress of your loads if you leave. All proceeds go to a local charity, what's not to love?! I love that it's a safe and convenient place near me to do my laundry. Come see for yourself!
William MooreI first went there about the 9th of October. I am new to Louisville. This is the cleanest Laundromat that I have ever seen. The attendants are so nice and helpful. I have been going back once a week since then. Keep up the great work!!
David ColginIf you are not using this laundromat then you absolutely should...here's why... when I first got there the attendant notified me that on the day I was there they were offering free Tide laundry detergent and 50 Cent washer loads and 50 Cent dryer loads and all I had to do was download their app which was the coolest thing because you download the app scan a QR code and control the washer and dryer with your phone basically and you can leave and it notifies you on your phone when your cycle is finished then she inform me that the laundromat is actually ran and sponsored by YouthBuild and organization a lot like Habitat for Humanity. They also have a children's section with toys and books for the little ones the attendant was absolutely wonderful so I watched four loads of clothes for $4 with Tide detergent supplied by the laundromat so this was my wonderful experience at Smoketown laundromat
Stella GregoryWe were looking for a near by laundromat because the washer and dryers at our apartment are all down. We read the reviews of this place and decided to give it a try. It was clean, the machines worked perfectly. We loved the app but also appreciated the option to use quarters. The kids corner was super nice to keep our two year old busy while we did laundry.
My only complaint is that the women working didn’t know the Wi-Fi password and I was hoping to work my way through a few emails while working.
I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone
Heather FrazierThank You!!! For opening this gem. Brand new machines. Clean and the prices are fair. Don't let the 1.50 dryers shock you. The run for 40 mins and get your clothes dry. And the attendant Darlene was great!!! Fun conversation and very helpful!!!! I will absolutely be back!!!

Drive a little further and go to”Smoketown Laundromat!! It’s clean,quiet and the attendant there is very friendly and helpful.
T LOnly 2 sizes of washer they do look like they are newer machines but wouldnt work for what i was trying to accomplish washing. Clean inside and out. Has a note door stating u will be charged $5 for leaving ur clothes more than an hr.
