Took in my antique horse blankets to be cleaned and they took excellent care of them. The customer service is great and the prices are very reasonable!

I'm so happy to not have run in to any issues with the front desk like I've seen other customers complain about. My experience was incredible! And the removal of a huge stain on my g-daughters satin military gown came completely out. Finally I dropped off the gown on a Monday and prayed it would be finished by Thursday. Well it was done by Wednesday. I won't be using any other cleaners from here on out!

Unprofessional desk clerk. Have been bringing in items to get laundered and delivered. I'm kind in my requests to make a payment for the services rendered, but 3 times now she has rolled her eyes and says she's too busy and doesn't have time to find my receipts. Understandable, and yet even when I have questions regarding delivery; whether I can pickup instead, she was irritated and ignored my request and is unwilling to make changes. She doesn't seem at all happy to have the business. I'm only the middle (wo)man, helping out an elderly woman who can't drive herself. 3 stars for doing what is needed, but it's more than just doing business here in Wyoming.. it's the experience. And I'm sorry to say.. it's lacking.

I have been using this cleaners for almost a year now. Nothing out of the ordinary has stuck out to me about this cleaners...aside from the fact that they do a good job. However, yesterday, I found out that my sons ROTC uniform needed to be done a day earlier than expected. I called the cleaners and they had not yet started on it. They told me to call back after 3PM as they were going to try their very hardest to get it done that day. Thankfully they were able to get it done and it looked great as always! I know that this may not always be the case and that there may be times where they cannot rush the process like they were able to on this specific day. Their customer service is what makes them stand out and why I would recommend them. Im happy that it all worked out and they tried (and were able) to complete the job faster than expected.

I went to three other tailor shops before coming here. The first didn’t answer my calls. The second didn’t have anything done on time and was disorganized. The other is closed for two weeks. Then I came here. I won’t go anywhere else again. I had two dresses that were XL and I am a small. The seamstress here has been doing what she does for 58 years. She took both dresses in and hemmed them for me, and they actually fit and are very professionally done. I dropped them off on Thursday and got a call within 24 hours that they were ready. I highly recommend this shop!!!

After getting quotes on a wedding dress for alterations and cleaning in Denver and Fort Collins, we chose Elite and so glad we did!!!! Colorado was overpriced (by hundreds of dollars!), a no-can-do attitude and were adding on rush fees. Not Elite! Chris solved some tricky seamstress problems for us and the dress looks better than imagined! She has a nononsense attitude, to be sure, but hang in there, she's a peach and Cheyenne is lucky to have her! A snag in the dress, quoted at hundreds to fix and no guarantees by the Colorado businesses, was easily removed with a steamer. REALLY?!?! The dress is beautiful, clean, pressed and all for a reasonable price. Would not go anywhere else! Thanks,guys!!!! 💛

I had two outstanding experiences at Elite's this past week. I've never had clothes dry cleaned before, but had 5 professional blazers that needed to be cleaned, so I asked my friends for recommendations, and Elite's was suggested. They got me in quickly with a 2-day turnaround time and the blazers turned out beautifully! Well, I forgot to bring my husband's suit at the same time (and we needed it this weekend for an event). I had attempted to bring it to a cleaner closer to my work...and that particular shop was horrendously dirty, smelly, and unprofessional. I knew that Elite was super busy with orders for the week already, but decided to ask them anyway. They squeezed me in and got the suit to me well in time for our event...and the suit was done beautifully! The store is clean, smells fresh, the customer service was A++ and I will continue to go there for all my cleaning needs from now on! Thank you for a great experience, Elite!!!
