First time in tonight due to a broken dryer at home. My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with the service and cleanliness of the facility. I have never been to any other local laundry mates but I can say, compared to the others we have been to in our home state, this one blew it out of the water. Sandy and Brittany were great and didn't turn us away when coming in ten minutes before nine to use dryers. Will definitely continue to return until our dryer is fixed and refer others! Wow!

Used to be a little dumpy but still the nicest place in town and with great service. Now they have remodeled and the place is clean and new but the service and convenience is gone. They used to make change with a debit card to use the machines, and now they don’t do that and they don’t have an ATM and the staff here today was quite rude about it.

I dropped off ALOT of clothing! 11 pairs of denim pants, 13 shirts, with collars that I wanted on hangers, 8 additional shirts without collars to be folded. The place looked pretty much immaculate to me. The staff absolutely friendly and nice. I figured I wouldn't get the clothes back for at least 3 days. However, clothes were read for pick up today (dropped off yesterday). Fantastic job!! Shirts on hangers exactly as requested, and the cashier Kendra ( who was extremely busy), even helped me bring the clothing to my vehicle. I think that was pretty above and beyond what was expected. I will be back, am very thankful, and would highly recommend.

The washer I was using broke. So they refunded me the 4 bucks, switched the soaking wet clothes to another one and gave me a drier sheet for the inconvenience. That was nice of them. Could be cleaner but best one I've been to in town.

Recently renovated with all new Dexter machines! I can wash 4 tall baskets in one machine. I wish they had more folding tables, but hopefully they will sort it out with the remodel. Better than the perpetual, never ending pile of dirty laundry at home. Get in, get every stitch of everything you and your family owns washed, dried and folded in a couple hours, and while you wait you will be entertained by the standard twerked out crackhead that every laundrymat seems to have.

Name has changed to Deluxe Laundry Service so don't look for Dirty Duds anymore. It seems expensive as the washers are a minimum of $9.00, but they are huge!! There are no smaller washers. Dryers are very good and reasonably priced. It is very clean and there are many washers. Also have a Laundry service for drop off and pick up.

I dont use laundromats often. We mostly use them for big comforters etc. But this one was very clean! Had washers for 5, 7, and 9 dollars and dryers starting at .25 cents. Very nice place and looked newly remodeled.

Machines are good. The floors could use some work though . Woman working here is quite nasty too. I don’t need her Bc I’m just washing comforters but the people who are dropping off and picking up laundry aren’t so lucky . Get some better staff .

Nice place... Most of the machines (some older) were working quite well. Anytime I can do an entire load of laundry (divided into 3 categories: colors, perm. press/ cotton-poly's, & whites) for under $15 I consider that a good deal. The attendant even bought my excess change back from me.

Clean facility and no issues with rudeness seen in other posts. I was in and out in about an hour and a half for 3 washers, dryers, and folded there. Dryers didn't have a set amount of time. 8 minutes for .25.. $1 for a normal to smaller size load was perfect. Will be using this one again if needed.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I have been to 3 different places in town. They come in 2nd. Broken machines, antiqued entertainment. This place could use a facelift for sure. Haven’t tried the drop off service and don’t plan to. Follow my for my reviews on the other 2 laundromats in town.

I come here every other weekend and it's a great atmosphere. Plenty of washers and dryers. I have only had to wait on line once. It gets really hot in the summer! The staff are very friendly and there is a Boy Scout book exchange inside for anyone who is interested. There are vending machines and games. The only downfall I would say is the cleanliness and smell of some of the washers is hit or miss. Time goes by fast and you get your laundry done in no time.

My opinion only. It is the better choice of the 3 in Cheyenne. It can get pretty hot which is to be expected. Washer range from 4.50 to 2.00. Really big washer to small top loader; if you have comforters they are pretty particular about what washer you can use to was comforters. And oily clothes you have to inquire about which washer to use as also. Certain dryers will take your money at times. The dryer depending on size cost .25 for 5 -7 min. I think....But the workers are good, happy to help. Always busy doing their job! The location is easy to access. You park across the front of the building(which is a really big help). Lots of folding tables and carts. My biggest turnoff is dog hair in washers. The workers will go clean if you ask. But I think that customers with pets that has really long hair(shepherd or husky) type should wipe it out. Another is when you open a washer and it smells like a smoke pit! I use baking soda in all my washes just to combat that!

We're full-time RV nomads and I have been in laundromats in nearly every state. This place is above average in that it is clean, priced well and typically not very busy in the morning. The amount of Out-of-Order machines is normal to less than average. Bring a book to add to the Free Library.

Very clean inside. 95% of the machines are working during a visit..considering the amount of washers and dryers and use they get..Employees are helpful. Prices are very reasonable. Never had a wait time for a washer or dryer.

July 5, 2020. Dirty duds was clean, staff was pleasant. I mean come on folks... it's a laundromat,not a 5 star hotel! Prices were on par with other laundromats I have used in past. Definitely recommended.

The employee was very friendly and helpful. However not all of the machines offer the same features. The place was over crowded, which is to be expected, the vending machine was super slow and took three dollars from me and the toy machine needs to be updated because it took money from me as well.

A laundromat of newer washers and dryers. A busy place no matter the time of day, at least every time I need to clean my clothes. It's a bit more expensive than the one I used to go...probably why it's no longer open. Anyways, I spend close to $7 for my 1 load per week. That's around $335 per year doing the math quickly off the top of my head. Compared to the $250, I was spending the last 3 years, but in today's world, that seems about right. Overall, it's a good laundromat and is still probably the best out of the only 2 or 3 left in town. There aren't many choices for washing clothes. So I would recommend them over the other. Plus, if you are willing to pay a little extra, you can always just have them do it. They got drop off...hmm, maybe I'll do that next time.
