I have been using DDS for years. I am very pleased with the customer service, quality, and staff training. I VERY RARELY have any issues with crowns/bridges/dentures, and anytime there is an issue, it is addressed and handled immediately and with good customer service. Technicians typically follow order instructions and patients are pleased with their dental work. DDS offers services for staff training…multiple times Alex has come to the office to help with scanner training and case reviews. I will continue to use DDS.

We have been partnering with DDS for years now and they do a great job. If ever something needs to be fixed or retouched they go out of their way to make it right. We recently had a training led by Michelle Brockman from DDS who visited with our office and gave some really great tips and tricks with scanning. I'm always asking a ton of questions, and he takes his time informing me about the process, and how everything works without any frustration. I truly appreciates his help, and kindness. I have been using DDS Lab for 3 years now and overall I have been very pleased. We have made everything from single unit posterior crowns, anterior veneers, immediate dentures, implant restorations, night guards, etc. and very rarely do I have issues. Michelle Brockman also recently came to our office to help show the team some tips and tricks on how to effectively use your iTero Scanner and she was great.

I am updating my previous review because this lab now deserve 5 stars, seriously. After my last review a couple of people reached out for me from DDS and i can say the only reason i am still working with them is Houssam. He is an amazing lab tech, my crowns now fit 100% of the times, i have to do very little or no adjustments at all. The crowns are looking beautiful and my patients love them. He is very attentive to detail and an excellent communicator. If i have any questions about any materials or any process i always find him knowledgeable and ready to help. He is amazing at what he does. His response to texts and calls are phenomenal. I am very happy that he is handling my cases and feel very safe and comfortable that he will deliver the best quality products which i can use on my patients.

DDS lab is one of the best labs out there that I have used (and I have tried my fair share). The lab technicians offer great advice, they really know their stuff and they are quick to contact the doctor when any concerns arise for a case. The lab as a whole are very available from customer service to lab technicians, it is easy to check on the status of a case, and even when my margins are not so clear on an impression the crowns are precisely fitting. I have been using DDS for a few years now and I will definitely continue to use them in the very distant future. Thank you DDS for partnering with our office to help us provide quality, lifetime patient care!!!

Have been working with them for a while now. Love the quality of the products and shipping is incredibly quick. We use them for orthodontic cases such as expanders. Pricing is good, quality is great and they send over a materials lists so you know exactly what is being used. Yes, it may go overseas but I have had many other American labs who made poor quality at higher cost so I don't see any problem with overseas or not. Easy to get in touch with someone, so communication has been great. All around 5 stars. I will keep using them as long as they keep it up!

Quality lab that is right on top with great customer service. Of course I wouldn't use a lab just for the customer service aspect, and the work I get back from DDS Lab is beautiful. On the rare occasion there is a problem with a case I'm able to speak to the technical staff immediately and get the problem quickly resolved. I can, without reservation, recommend DDS Lab for all of your dental lab needs.
