Fantastic experience! Was going to get gouged by a downtown hospital urgent care center for a simple Rapid Antigen test, and found ARCpoint. Courteous, quand quick, and great price. If you need the test for travel, go to them.

I had the pleasure of meeting Gina this morning. It seemed that she was manning the lab on her own, but still managed to politely greet everyone and make sure we were attended to in a timely manner. She also politely but firmly made sure that everyone complied with covid protocols. I was so impressed that I even commented to her that she deserved a raise. The prices were a bit higher than other labs, but it was worth it for the positive experience of dealing with Gina.

Complete your form online and book appointment. Takes less than 5 minutes. Came in at 0830 for a 0900 appointment and was seen right away. Lady at front desk was juggling multiple people and phone calls at the same time and did it flawlessly. They do expedited and same day special PCR tests. So happy my coworker recommended this place.

Dr. Patel is very friendly, professional, and accommodating. This was the fastest I’ve ever been in and out of a clinical environment, which I very much appreciate. These are the best prices, with the best doctor I’ve ever had, and will absolutely use her for all of my needs from now on. 10/10.

My experience was wonderful. There was no wait. The person who helped me was kind and accommodating. I had a few questions and she answered them with no problem. The facility was very sterile and easy to access. It honesty couldn't have been better. Five stars all the way!!

Kathy was extremely knowledgeable, professional, HELPFUL and informative. Service was a pleasant experience and lab results had quick turn around. Price for testing is incredibly affordable in comparison to other labs I had inquired on. Definitely using them again in the future.

I was very pleased with the customer service at this office. She had already taken her last appointment but i didn't know they closed early. She had an emergency to go to and she still took time out of her day to take care of me. I thank god for people like this. Gave me a comprehensive explanation of what the test would do and what it would cost and time in which I could expect results. Got me in as a walk in and did what they said they could do. Cost is expensive but they are timely and transparent.

As always, it's not what happens its how it's handled. The staff here truly puts customer satisfaction and service first and it shows. This office is discreet and professional. They understand privacy and confidentiality. We will continue to do business here. On a side note there is an option to submit a drug test for personal use and remain "anonymous.

Called to ask for information and they were very helpful over the phone, later that day I took in my friend since they needed a drug test for a job and they were very helpful in what was needed. Overall a very comfortable non awkward experience. Definitely would recommend to employer's if they are in need of drug testing !
