We purchased a refurbished Abaxis Vetscan Hm5C Veterinary Hematology/CBC Analyzer with Accessories from Allied Analytic on April 2022. We’ve used it to analyze mouse whole blood. The machine is reliable and the reproducibility is good. We like the compact size and the fact that it can analyze volumes down to 50 microliters. The technical support from Allied Analytic is excellent. Within a few hours, they responded to our various queries. Acquisition of this refurbished instrument has been a great investment for our lab.

Being the department head for a local college’s Animal Sciences program can be a challenge when it comes to providing desired hands on learning opportunities for our students. Allied Analytic has become an amazing resource by supplying us with affordable blood chemistry machines (HM5C and Latest Generation VS2) that allow us to stay well within our budget! These machines are top notch in function and reliability. It is truly a great feeling seeing our students becoming confident in their skills by obtaining valuable hands on experience before they enter industry. Jennifer answers her phone immediately and will go the extra mile with anything we need. The ongoing support is fantastic. Very different from the long wait times and ridiculous automated systems I have experienced with the "others". Thank you Allied Analytic for all you do!!

I own one doctor veterinary hospital in Media, PA. I bought HM5 and VS2 from Allie Analytic. Before the purchase, I asked them many questions, and those numerous emails were answered very promptly. The transaction were shipping were very easy and fast as well. When I received the machine, HM5 was consistently producing higher Hct than reference lab value. When I confronted this issue to Allied Analytic, they sent me a new machine, allowed me to swap, and the new machine has been working great. VS2 machine has been great from the start. I highly recommend Allied Analytic if you want a more affordable option than buying new machines, and they provide a great customer service.

Outstanding pre and post sale support! Always same-day response to questions, many times well after normal business hours. Just crossed 1000 cycles on our analyzer with only self-induced problems (which Allied quickly helped us resolve). The HM5c is a great machine and would highly recommend the purchase through Allied!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. The reps for Idexx were pushing my wife to invest in some new equipment, promoting all the great deals to be had. As an accountant, I tried finding info for the actual value of what was on offer. After countless hours on VIN and various other websites, I was convinced that a new purchase made no real sense. Allied had come up as an option in various message board posts, and they offered a solution to the problem of reliability. Sure enough the customer service was smooth and painless, and we've been running our Abaxis HMC5 analyzer with no problems for the better part of a year. My wife was so pleased and impressed that she mentioned Allied when looking for some refurbished dental equipment. While this isn't something Allied offers, it did remind me to go back and write this review. Thanks so much, Allied!

Truly impressive! The equipment, customer service and technical support is truly impeccable. Purchased the Abaxis vet scan and HM5 from this company and must say that we’ve been beyond happy about the service we are receiving. Firstly, we were extremely apprehensive about buying such devices online (never really shop online to begin with) but we were referred to them by a work colleague who was happy about their service. Upon initial contact, they were extremely pleasant to deal with and patient with all our questions/concerns. Jennifer made sure that the entire transaction went smoothly and Mark is a tech support genius. Even though we’re countries away, he explains everything so well that we are able to do the entire set up and troubleshooting in no time. This is really great for us since modern technology is not our forte. We would definitely recommend, not just for the quality of the analyzers but for the follow through and technical support! Everything works like brand new and no question of ours was ever left unanswered or dismissed.

I bought my first blood analysis machines from this company, sight unseen, gritting my teeth and crossing my fingers. I have upgraded with newer macines from them, since. They will work with you until you get your machines up and running. I can tell you if you have any problems they will be addressed promptly and Mark is an expert in helping via email. If you cannot fix the problem this way, he will be shipping you another machine until you are satisfied. This was our first purchase of a bench-top analyzer. We had many very detailed questions because we needed the device for study work. We contacts most of the big players...Siemens, Abbott, Beckman-Coulter...all good machines, but absolutely none of them had the level of product support or knowledge that Allied did! There is no such thing as "fully automatic" or "turnkey" with a device as precise as a hematology analyzer. You'll need to ask questions at some point and those answers will either leave you reassured or frustrated. Fully reassured has been our experience with Allied in sales and support. Highly recommend!

As a veterinary practice owner, one of my top concerns is finding the highest quality laboratory equipment that I can for our hospital. Mark has assisted in finding the best blood chemistry analyzers for our hospital. He has advised me numerous times and saved me thousands of dollars. Mark ALWAYS answers his phone. I have him on speed dial , and he answers the phone with " How are you Dr. Mayes " . He has been there for me ( after the sale) many times to assist me with problems.
