Sara is a great phlebotomist. Her attitude is very positive and she was very gentle on drawing my blood. Customer service is excellent at this location.

My phlebotomist did his work very well with a nice and friendly attitude, not like the other one at another Quest Lab on Madison Ave. The location is great and convenient, and parking is free because it’s located in Safeway, next to Pharmacy window. If you made an appointment and received a message to check-in, just walk inside after checking in regardless of the key pad on the door. It’s already unlocked.

Went in for some tests midday on a Thursday, and it was actually better than I expected! A place to park and lock the bike/scooter, a security guard in the front of the Safeway (not that I needed that, but for the sake of the review and "Seattle"), and a nice secluded waiting room at the back of the Safeway - so you didn't have to pace around or sit in a fishbowl waiting area. Clear instructions and a low/no touch interface to check in - even audible and seemingly accessible announcements for vision impaired customers. The phlebotomist - Sage - was fantastic. Communicative, friendly, hit the vein painlessly, and - most importantly - assuaged my fear of the whole process. Needles are not my favorite, and this was a better than anticipated blood draw. A+

I didn’t get the name of the phlebotomist that drew my blood but she was so sweet, gentle and courteous. I don’t like seeing my OWN blood, so she was very good at letting me know when she was done had all the vials put away and I was ready to open my eyes. It was probably the least painful blood draw appointment I’ve ever had ♥️

Needed lab work done. Literally walked in, checked in, and was called within 5 minutes! Phlebotomist was SO sweet and very encouraging for someone who hates getting blood work done. So convenient to be inside a Safeway!!! And there’s parking!!!!

Entrance is on a little door to the left side of the Pharmacy inside Safeway, at the back of the store. Great location, free parking, great people working there and no lines (I had set up an online appointment). It was great!

Great experience. I took my chances and walked in on a Monday morning. The kiosk indicated they were all booked but I joined the wait-list, regardless, despite it saying it may be a long wait. Within ten minutes I was walking out the door. The phlebotomist was skilled and professional.
