I had a great experience here. I have small veins and drawing my blood can be a challenge. Alex was terrific- he got me on the first try with no pain. The space was clean and they had water available. Carin was kind and helpful and gave me my tracking info for the lab I had bloodwork drawn for. I highly recommend them for blood draws.

I have been to the Any Lab Test site twice. The staff is friendly and competent. I usually receive complaints about my veins being hard to work with, but here, the techs were successful immediately. I received the results in a timely manner. I highly recommend their services.

Great experience! Alex was wonderful, first of all, in understanding and finding what I needed--a very precise version of a particular test--and getting back to me within hours of my inquiry, then making an appointment for me for the next morning, and doing a quick, easy, painless blood draw, with a cheerful and friendly demeanor. He also followed up afterward, to be sure I'd received the results. The location is easy to get to, with free parking, and it's bright and spotless when you walk in. Definite thumbs up.

Overall great experience - I recommend this lab and will use them again in the future. I needed a RT-PCR Covid test within 72 hours of an international flight in March 2021. I booked the 1st-available appointment within the 72-hour time frame. But because I needed results before a domestic flight connecting to my international flight, I was left with only 49 hours from the time I gave my sample to receive test results. I was grateful to receive the results 36 hours after giving the sample, with 13 hours to spare before my domestic flight. That's an impressive turnaround time! And the man who took my sample at the Plymouth location was great.

I was somewhat apprehensive but when I found out it was a saliva test, it was no problem. I was particularly pleased when the person on the phone walked me through registering via text. I had never done that before. It really was easy. Too many young people have said that to me and didn't realize my age. Personal computers came into my life in the mid-eighties. I was fifty years old w/ only punch card computer experience. I give this intake-process 5 stars. Now we will see how fast I get the results. She said 36 hours.

I asked the father of my child to get a DNA test so he would never question her belonging to him. We went to the appointment together and the intake clerk was outright dismissive of my presence. When the father of my child addressed/greeted her she was more than happy to reply. She was cooing over my child and her father but I felt completely disrespected because he was the “alleged father” and she definitely treated me as such without knowing any part of the situation. Both the mothers and the fathers should be treated equally. She didn’t say a word when I said hello or have a good day. I was absolutely shocked. Customer service? Professionalism? Where’d you. 4 Star because The service was quick, the process in the office was a quick 20 min and my daughter was just a week so it was nice to be in and out. Filled out some paperwork, the alleged father took photos with child. Results were in within 5 days. I was impressed, business wise.

Fast and Flawless... Been using there services for a couple of years now. I have never found a flaw with anything. Everyone is nice and helpful and found them trying to save me money on 2 separate occasions. Update, took a heavy metal test to find I am high on dangerous heavy metals. Dangerous levels of Uranium, Mercury, Platinum, Barium, Aluminum, Cobalt. Thanks too Any Lab Test Now I found out in time before my hair started falling out. I recommend heavy metal test for all.
