Writing this on behalf of my boyfriend who had his labs drawn today. We purchased a Groupon for several labs and it was quite simple in redeeming the vouchers for two separate orders. The check-in was simple. We were a bit late, but they were still able to accommodate us. The phlebotomist was lovely. Good experience with Quest today.

Easy check in at kiosk. Clean waiting room. Was seen promptly at my appointment time. I don't remember my phlebotomists name but she was very friendly and professional. I have stubborn veins and she knew how to work with them. When I need more testing, I will be coming back here again.

Quest needs to give Laurie a raise immediately. I get super anxious around needles and she made me forget what i was even there for. She was amazing!

Very easy to check-in. Friendly staff- Laurie was outstanding! She provided excellent service. Overall, easy to find. It has a kiosk-type station w tablet to enter in.

I felt like more than just a number while there. I was greeted by friendly staff and Kim made me feel comfortable appreciated. She went the extra mile to make sure that the job was done thoroughly and professionally. If you have an opportunity to choose from one of the three sites here in Wisconsin that would definitely be the best option.
