I would like to say first and foremost that Kris at this location was absolutely wonderful to work with, she was very personable and extremely friendly which helped my stressful situation. One of the best customer service experiences ive ever had. I would like to give a higher rating, but can't as of right now. I went in last Wednesday 11/9 for a standard 5 panel drug test with levels for a personal matter, of which I needed the results by yesterday 11/16. It's now 11/17 and after multiple voice-mails since yesterday I haven't received any updates. I was assured that even though the standard turnaround time was 3 days possibly longer for a retest due to a positive result. I am hoping to get them today and I understand the lab doesnt perform the levels test themselves so they don't have control over turnaround time, but they should give accurate timing.

Went in for a test and was nervous but the lady that was doing the test was super friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. I would recommend this place it was quick and not stressfull

Kris at the Mayfair location was by far the most timely and friendly medical worker I've met in a long time! Prompt service, engaging appropriate and entertaining conversation that didn't take away from the fast service and had me leaving with a smile determined to give a well deserved review! If I'm ever in need of services anylabtestnow offer's again I will surely try to make it happen here.

Had to do a drug test for employment and the requirement was to drink a lot of water before coming. I had my appointment at 9 am (They accept walk-ins) and woke up with a full bladder. I headed out earlier and reached there 10 minutes earlier and found it open though on Saturdays they open only at 9 am. Thank God I was able to get my test done earlier. What a relief!!!😜 The staff walked me through the process and I was done in a few minutes. Yeah!

I've been going to this location for probably 7 or 8 years for thyroid panels and it's always been perfect. Kris is awesome. She's helpful, prompt and knowledgeable every time I've needed something, and all of the staff has been the same. I'd recommend it

On their website they say 3-5 business days which is a lie. It actually is a week. They need to fix the wording of that.
