Christopher FousHaving worked with ACL now for about a year, I have to say that everyone I've interacted with seems to really care about their job. The corporate culture seems to be "we're a family, and what we do matters", and it shows. I know for fact that the owner gives awards for meritorious service, recognizing individuals for their extra effort. There are constant shows of appreciation like special catered treats, etc. In my experience, a company with appreciated employees is a company with happy customers.
