There are a lot of these franchises around, but the couple that owns this lab has everyone in the area beat with no comparison. Their prices are a little higher than other competitors, but the service you receive makes the difference. They have the best customer service and they truly go above and beyond for their customers and their specific needs. Honest, confidential in every aspect, a trusted and credible process so if you are needing to provide something for court or your employer it will be accepted trusted and relied on, and they are just truly wonderful people. I will gladly pay a few more dollars on a test there, than go somewhere else and get ok service, confidentiality mostly kept, but loose on providing details over the phone just because someone gives a good story? That's not confidential at all. And I've gone to a few in the Louisville area, Fastest Labs of East Louisville has them all beat hands down! In every category.

Excellent atmosphere and service they helped me with the process over custody with my daughter, faxed where I needed to immediately and we’re very kind! They also offer a variety of services for employers, employees, custody, legal issues and are willing to set appointments after hours if needed! I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
