We are all working together to provide patients the best products we can offer. Everyone there cares about the quality of the product that the patients receive. Derby Dental Lab is a great dental lab! I am very surprised that the previous reviewer had a bad experience. Every single staff member bends over backwards to accommodate all of our lab requests.Our cases are done well, and they are always on time. As a dentist, I have found Derby to be one of the best labs I have worked with. Their lab cases return in a timely manner and they are very accommodating when it comes to rushing cases. Their work is impeccable, I have had very few redos. I love that when I call them I am able to speak to them directly without being connected to multiple departments. They are very understanding and patient!
