*MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE* Received a link via text for check-in. Unfortunately, they had 2 employees call out so they were running about 40 minutes behind so be prepared for that. The walkins had to be turned away or they were told they just had to wait. Soooo would def make an appointment if u go to this location. Jessica C. helped me with my test today. So friendly, patient and instructions were clearly given. Thank you! (And the reason for my 4 stars). If u go to this one, just be prepared to wait.

Just came today and this time I decided to make appointment. I signed in with a Scan on my phone. Then at 11:15 my appointment I was greeted by Serrina, which was a sweet heart. Once again I didn't feel any pain and she was very kind. Today, is September 9, 2019. I'm definitely coming back. 5 Stars once again. Should be 10☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆This morning I visited Quest Diagnostics, excellent service and quick too. I generally have to show whomever draw my blood. But today was different, I had the privilege of having Ephraim, she said i had a deep vien and took sometime and to be honest, I didn't feel anything nor afterwards did I bleed. We both talked and put me at eady, very very very sweet Ephraim. , I always like to thank the ladies up front. Because everyone needs that special word " Thank you ". When you visit, you too will continue to go back.

My experience was extremely quick and painless. Had an appointment at noon to have my blood work done and from the time of signing-in to walking out of the building, the whole process took less than 15 minutes. Technician was nice, knowledgeable, and efficient. Overall a solid experience.

I had a good experience here. Checked in from my car at 6:40am and now I'm at work eating at 6:56am. I received a text they were ready. Walked in and was greeted by a friendly shorter Asian girl. She made the experience efficient, painless, and exceptional. Thanks

Currently sitting in the waiting room and there’s no AC on. Door wide open, it’s 82 degrees outside and about 92 degrees in here. There’s NO ONE at the front desk. So help is just non existent. Patients are walking in completely confused as to what is going on. I checked in on the kiosk and waited to speak to the receptionist as my appt time is incorrect, NO ONE GREETED ME OR EVEN ASKED HOW THEY COULD HELP ME. Another employee, at least I assume since she had on quest diagnostics gear walked in and someone from the back Immediately came to get her. Thankfully she stopped her and told her I was waiting and had not been helped. Waste of time because I was questioning why my appt was showing an hour later than what I was told when I scheduled it. She just said she didn’t know, didn’t look it up, ask for my name or anything. Now I arrived at 12:45 for a 1p appt and the kiosk was prompting 2:10p. Anyhow, I decided I would just wait in the waiting area since I noticed one employee was calling out patients and if they didn’t answer she would move on to the next, although the kiosk gave an option for us to wait in our car. I was called in the back at 1:04p. So despite the no organization, no AC, no communication & unknowledgeable employees, I was still seen at my appt time and out in a timely manner.

I want to say thank you to Ariana S. She made my wife feel so comfortable while she was drawing blood. It was so quick and painless! When she has blood taken it usually takes several attempts for them to get it right!!! Ariana S. only had to stick her one time!!! I hope I can get her the next time I need to have blood drawn!!! Thank you

This is an EXTREMELY BUSY location with wait times are usually around 1 1/2-2 hours with no chairs available. Please leave your loved ones at home so for those who are there for lab work have a place to sit. Also, for those able bodied people, give up your seat to those in need. Most of the business there comes from drug tests, which is why there’s such a long wait. Also, appointments get priority. The iPad to check in is in an awkward location - right where people are discussing their sensitive medical history with the front desk. So, there is no privacy. This and all the other locations are generally clean. Most of the staff is nice, competent, and good at their job. Just be sure YOU ask your doctor prior to showing up if you need to fast or do anything special for your tests AND make sure YOU have your orders with you. I can’t tell you how many people wait 30+ minutes just to find out there’s no orders, the orders are wrong, or the person ate that morning (and wasn’t supposed to).

I don't see what all the complains are for. It's pretty simple, actually. Get paperwork from your doctor then bring that paperwork with you to your appointment. I didn't have a problem here. I was a little late to my appointment, waited about five to ten minutes and the routine took about five minutes and I was out. The people I encountered were polite. I think if you go in with a bad attitude you'll probably get it back. It's also pretty well known that people are more likely to tell everyone about their bad experiences than their good ones. If you're just here to look up the location and you have a good experience at this location I recommend sharing it. Not enough people leave reviews for their good/normal experiences. The only problem I had was finding the place because there are no easily visible signs from the outside. It's in the medical building to the left of Spring Valley Hospital when you're facing the main entrance. The building closest to Hacienda. The office is on the second floor. The way I got there, I entered the main entrance of Spring Valley Hospital, turned left, went straight all the way down to double-doors that lead to a walkway that connected to the other building, up the stairs one level, in the door leading into the building and it was on the left side of the hallway about 30 feet down. Just in case you have a hard time finding it.

Love this place absolutely friendly. Was pretty much in and out. Good people here didn't even feel the needle. So many people complain because they're not flash. Lol they're humans too js. Great job to the staff putting up with the karen that was complaining of waiting too long

Ephraim is the only good thing at this Quest diagnostics. She was very kind and understanding and always asked if I was doing okay during my blood draw. One front desk lady is loud and rude, and the other one is okay. The check in screens are ridiculous since they’re right up front and everyone can see your information that you’re typing in. Name, birthday, phone number...they really should change that.

I have been going to Quest Diagnostics for years for various reasons... this one is by far the best one I've ever been to. Its clean, the staff is friendly, and I don't feel like I'm going to catch an STD just by walking in there. My other favorite location is up by Centennial hills, but this one takes the win. This should be a model for other locations to follow!!

Better than 2 other Quest Diagnostic location I have been to. I went on Friday, walk-in. In at 3:56PM out by 4:25PM. Not bad at all for a walk-in wait.

I go late as a walk in since everyone is there first thing in the morning especially if they have to fast and the wait wasn't bad at all, only 3 people in the waiting area and the rest were outside or waiting in their cars.

No one really wants to visit a lab but if you have to go then these ladies are very quick and precise. Don't learn the hard way to make an appointment online rather than waiting as a walk in. You will be there for a long time as there are so many people needing services and they take appointments first
