They have a very easy sign in process. I had to take my mom to get blood work done. And we were in an out within 15 minutes. I've been here before too. They do a good job at getting things done rather quickly. They have good customer service. Plus, they do accept walk-ins. If course it's a little bit quicker if you do it by appointment, or you have to wait behind the others who do have an appointment. I've had to do both. And they have been quick either way.

Security and staff were professional, helpful, and understanding. I was skeptical because of the location but the staff is 10/10 the rooms are organized and clean. This office is considerate with the disabled, elderly, expecting mothers, and children. I suggest paying any previous bills with Quest prior to your visit and schedule your appointment through the Quest app. ** MAKE SURE TO SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS BEFORE COMING IN AS THE NO LONGER ACCEPT WALKINS **

Waiting time is not that bad. I didn't have appointment and probably an hour or so for me to get my tests. Laboratory is clean and I was helped by Michelle that have a great service and does her job very professional. There is no QUEST sign Laboratory outside the building so that makes it a bit confusing but the site is 103. I am attaching pictures of the building on Lake Mead Blvd across the parking lot of North Vista Hospital.

Great servi e- as always...my husband & myself were walk..ins..with special needs...was treated WONDERFULLY.... We come here all the time..lady who opens the door at 7:30am- Was the best ..I tried to get her name...but a big shout out... Your kindness will not be forgotten

This place is where I get all my lab work done at, every week before my chemo treatments. The medical staff are super professional, the girls ( lab techs Phlebotomist are very good). I wish I get their names so, I can mention. Thank you for all you do!!!

I went to quest diagnostics in north Las Vegas on 1815 E Lake Mead Blvd ste 103 north Las Vegas Nv 89030. I just want to say who ever did my blood drawn, on Monday December 28 2020, they were really nice. And she knows what she was doing, cause I have Deep vein.

Waiting time is good,it's fast.Representative ladies are nice also.Only my phlebotomist is bad.As soon as as i came in she didn't even greet and ask me right away i use perfume or not coz she have allergic.So she wear mask(my perfume is not strong one) and talking to me, i barely understand what she is saying coz of mask.She seems like not patient to me and not even try a little bit to be comfortable to me while taking a blood.Even though she do her job well,i don't like her altitude.(Not even one greeting word at the end).U guys should train about customer service to ur staffs.
