This is by far the best Quest I have ever been to. Selena is very sweet and the office is not overcrowded like the other ones around town. They were respectful of my time with my appointment and getting me in within a few minutes of me checking in. I will only use this Quest from now on. Thank you!

I would just like to say after having a horrific experience at Quest Diagnostics on LakeMead in Summerlin. Coming here was a complete turn around. It was the best experience I have had at any Quest location. The location is pretty clean and the ladies were great. I was with Selena and she was an absolute delight. I can tell she loves what she does and she had superb customer service. Thank you for being absolutely amazing Selena.

I will start by thanking Cheryle and Jessica, they were caring, dedicated, and professional. I took my 2 sons there and they both have fear of needles specially my 10 years old who has a history of fainting. I was so worried he might faint and he was freaking out they calmed him down and drew him with just one poke. His vain normally takes a couple pokes but with her/Cheryle one ☝️ was it. Opens at 6am Mon-Sat, which makes it the most convenient location in Spring Valley to go to when you don’t have an appointment IF you’re willing to get in 6am-7am when wait times would be minimal. Special acknowledgment for phlebotomist Serena S who is always very friendly, efficient and effective (one poke is all it takes).

1st experience was rude, overbooked staff, 2nd visit was a super nice phlebotomist. She’s obviously overworked, yet remained polite, and got me on 1st poke! I know they are overwhelmed, and probably doing their best, so I will give a five star. Hang in there staff!

Patient Care everywhere! Tomi who answered the phone at this location has been extremely helpful in getting the information that I requested even though I know how busy this place gets after leaving from there. Veselina who took me back just minutes after checking in, talk about super quick service. You can just tell that she loves her job and is really good at it.

I had a very good experience. I was a walk in & didn’t have to wait long even though it was a busy afternoon (15 mins - maybe less). My phlebotomist was so sweet, she got my blood with the first poke (which never happens). I’d say the customers might need to chill out some, every time a staff member came out they were bombarded with a swarm of guests about things that were out of their control. I watched many nasty attitudes & I just felt bad for the staff... so if you’re going in, be kind to these people! They’re working hard & not out to get you.

Great overall experience. I was called within 5 minutes of checking in, which was awesome. The staff were all very pleasant, and the tech who did my blood work was friendly and easy to talk to. This location would be a good choice for people who are scared or squeamish about getting blood work. It was a very comfortable environment.

So you have to wait in line outside. I waited in line about 5 mins. Friendly staff. Seating is spaced 6 ft apart. Called me immediately after I signed in. Made short work of my blood draw. I was in like at 2:31p.m. and was walking out at 2:44 p.m. This was a Friday afternoon. 😁 …

Totally worth the drive. Lobby was empty on a Saturday morning at 9am.They quickly and efficiently saw me and although the drew a ton of blood, 5 vials, there was hardly any pain. I read some other reviews where people asked questions. I didn't have any questions to ask my doctor just sent me to get blood work. So I didn't have to deal with that part. And my paperwork was all digital so they had no trouble looking it up. I think the quality here depends on what you're looking for. If it's a quick simple blood draw then I highly recommend.

Great location. The techs are polite and professional. The place is clean and the techs did a great job with my 13 month old son. He is a strong little guy and a fighter but they handled it well and forewarned me to stay calm so he wouldn't pick up on my stress and get stressed out himself.

I didn't get any rude employees like some of the other reviews stated, but there were a lot of people there and my wait time was exactly one hour(I got there at 12pm on a Saturday). The lady that I got was nice and apologized for the wait a bunch of times and even admitted that they were a little short on staff. Overall it was fine, no big deal. Just bring a book or something to occupy your time.

As a “walk in” on a Saturday morning I thought I’d be waiting for hours when I saw how many were in the waiting room but the staff works fast!! From start to finish I was out in less than 20 minutes. Andres was my tech and was awesome!! This will be my go-to quest for any future needs.

Hello, I came today as a walk in and less than 5 minutes i was greeted by Nick, he was super friendly, with a face mask, took my information and invited me to sit inside, then some time went by and I was greeted by Anneliese and she was EXCELLENT. Normally I get my blood drawn from my right arm in the middle between the wrist and elbow area, so when Anneliese asked if she could check or look around, I said of course but I knew in my mind she wouldn't be able to find a vein. See, this would be the 2nd time ever that anyone could find a vein. Yes, im not sure what the location is but its where the arm bends inside were normal people get their blood drawn. So hands down, for Anneliese, because I didn't feel that poke or pinch, So, out of my way, im coming over here. Thank you, Anneliese. 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆, 10 Stars u deserve.

I take my wife to this office all the time and never have any problems, until today. We got a technician (name of Noel). Normally the technician prepares her for the stick by saying 1,2,3 then pokes. but today she just went for the stick, my wife jumped. Noel threw the needle in the garbage with a disgusted look, said she was getting someone else. Her overall attitude was terrible. Never had a nice thing to say.

MY daughter has small veins so when it comes to drawing blood it is always a challenge. A few days ago I went to the quest on Sahara and Fort Apache. Unfortunately my daughter got stuck with a very rude and arrogant lady. She kept shaking her head and saying my daughter did not drink water. I told her several times my daughter did drink water. She is a health nut and is vegan. She doesn't drink any but water and occasionally some coconut water. She then proceeded to pound on my daughters arm and kept shaking her head. Finally she puts the needle in and kept moving it all around she hurt my daughter so bad that she passed out! So we were unable to have her blood drawn. Today I took her to this location around 730 am. We did not have an appointment and we were called within 5 mins. We had the pleasure of dealing with Vasalina. She was very sweet and kind. She saw that my daughters veins were tiny. She did ask if she drank water and I said yes. I did explain to her that she has small veins. She was very gentle and rather then trying to take on the challenge she brought someone else in. Her name was Lady and she was also very kind. I expand the situation to her and she proceeded to take the necessary steps with having my daughter squeeze her hands tightly and explained that she has to tie the rubber band on her arm a bit tighter. She kept making sure my daughter was ok and asked if she was in pain. Finally it got to the point where Lady felt it was ok to try and place the needle in her arm. She did it 1 time and got it instantly! She did it all without hurting my daughter! I love Lady for that! I also love Vasalina for not suing my daughter as and experimental challenge like I have experienced in the past! I don't care if there is a long wait in the future, this place is well worth the wait!

I went in at 7:00am on a saturday and i was in less than 25-30 minute's. The staff were really pleasant and everyone has smiles on their faces. I was very surprised for being that early on a saturday morning.

This is my "go to" location and there are at least 2 closer to my home. I like the sign in tablets, how they treat my 86 yr old Mom (who has Alzheimer's) and the key is making an appointment and your wait won't be long. If you don't have an appointment, unless you go in when the place opens try to wait until after the morning rush.

Every Time I go to Quest @ 761 South Rainbow(This is the only Quest I go to) I am greeted by the receptionist(s) with a warm "WELCOME" & a SMILE! The techs that know be by heart give me a SMILE & a WAVE! My appointment is always ON TIME & the Techs are VERY COURTEOUS & PROFESSIONAL! That is why this is My one & only location!

I have had at least a half a dozen appointments here to give blood. The techs are always SO professional and I have never had a bruise, ever!! I’ve never waited more that would minutes for an appointment, it’s usually just a 5 minute wait. TIP: MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE it will save you time and headaches!

Had my husband’s bloodwork done less than 3 weeks before his primary doctor’s appointment.... saw his doctor but no result put in the computer . Doctor ‘s assistant called the Lab but they said there is no record of his lab test ... ?!?! WHAT HAPPENED?
