Thank you nurse & employee. If you have own physician doctor from CAMC, you don’t have to require appointment for labwork but ask them for any questions before start labwork. They will happy help you. There have free car parking but need more car parking.

Very professional and efficient. Located my presurgical blood work request quickly and I didn't have to wait long at all for them to take blood.

Went in for blood work. Took about 8 minutes in and out. Staff was very friendly. I like how they have an outdoor covid testing drive through tent as well.

The politeness and kindness started before I even entered the place. I wish I remembered the name of the person who walked me back from the employee parking lot to the back entrance for patients. He was clearly leaving for the day and yet didn't even hesitate to walk back and take a few minutes to help me as I clearly had no idea where I was going. I'd accidentally parked a bit away from the building. Staff inside were great too. No wait. Blood was drawn in one go with no pain. Professional. Heck, even on the way out I ran into another employee who was cheerful. All-in-all 5/5 (for a place where you get your blood drawn).

I have to have a PT-INR done once a month and I find the staff there to be very efficient and friendly. I’m rarely there more than ten minutes and my insurance covers it with no copay.
